Starting out as a newbie

Hello. Just started out listening to subs for the first time.
I’ve read the manual, instruction notices, and relative posts inside out but still I’ve got some questions. (mind you, I’m not a native English speaker)

I just bought four subs. One is multi-staged (Ecstasy of Gold), and three are single-staged (Emperor, R.I.C.H, Paragon Complete). You can see my main interest is money, and becoming more masculine, being alpha. I bought Paragon too because I have had lingering tendon injuries in my ankle and wrist for years, they just get healed for some period and are easily injured again.

Since they are all ZP titles, I chose only three titles for my first 21 days routine as the manual recommended - EoG, Emperor, R.I.C.H.

Since you’re just getting started, take it easy.

Play Emperor alone for a while. It has significant wealth functionality as well. (Read through the Objectives on the sales page.)

This is something like exercising. Give your system a chance to adjust and adapt. Don’t overload on day one.

Day 1 (Eog, Em)
Felt some determination-like feeling in my chest within the first 3 minutes. Hard to describe. I don’t know what Im determined to but it feels like I DECIDED SOMETHING. It’s a strange feeling because usually if you have those feelings you already know what are you determined to do, but this time there is no object, just some kind of determination about nothing. Did some squats, plank, and superman hold for three sets each. which I have been procrastinating. feeling indifferent about socializing with people and seek for validation when I look at friends’ group chat.

Day 2 (Rest)
Procrastination strikes again. But not as bad as before. I actually kept myself busy with doing chores I intentionally managed to do. My procrastination is almost pathological, it’s a disease. It’s just the second day so it’s still here, but I kinda keep myself busy. I just wanted to ‘do’ it. even when I’m wasting my time on Youtube, I somehow managed not to after a short period of time. felt some depression and sadness, and lethargy due to a family issue I have at the moment. but I have to feel that I am being an individual and gotta carve my way out. digging out old accounts for stock/coins with some deposit. they were literally sitting there for a long time (I knew their existence but bother to check them and withdraw money from it. laziness) it’s almost $1000 dollars.

Thank you! What kind of schedule would you recommend me for soft-landing?
my thought is one loop of Emperor for every other day for the first week.
Then EoG/Em in the second week, and Eog/Em, R.I.C.H in the third week.
Then washout for 5 days?

I’d actually recommend just one title, every other day, for the first three weeks.

This will allow you to get a clear, strong sense of how that particular program works with your mind. It will also give you the chance to see how you process subliminals in general. It will establish a baseline that you can then use to compare and evaluate how things are going when you add in additional programs.

The real index and litmus test of subliminal processing is Action. Seeing what you are able to do and make when you process and execute the subliminal.

Soon there’s going to be a Master Class released by Subliminal Club which will give you all kinds of useful information that will help to develop your understanding.

Anyway, I digress.

I’d just play Emperor for 1 to 2 months and watch as amazing developments unfold in your life and in your actions. As for when to bring in Ecstasy of Gold? I’d wait for at least one play period. It’s just 3 weeks. And you’ll already be getting money benefits in the meantime, so waiting should be fine.

Mucho gracias. Right now I’m so focused on making some money because I’m between jobs now and cannot find an appealing place to work at the moment. I actually want to start my online business in the meantime so I can make another stream of income when I have time.

master class? sounds great to me. what kind of form is it gonna be? like in a youtube video or in a post?

Day 3 (R.I.C.H)
I have been procrastinating setting up my Shopify store, like for months even more than a year.
finally have conjured up my will just to join Shopify and follow instructions on youtube.

don’t get me wrong, this lingering procrastination is still there but my will is a little bit stronger to move forward. my procrastination is based on a false belief and fear of failure, that ‘if I don’t try something, I’m not going to fail’. I’ll just accept the fact that it wouldn’t turn out as success and if I’m going to fail it’s much better to fail as soon as possible since it’s gonna make me grow up.
started having some positive anger about wealth. if other people can have it, why can’t I? i want to make more money and have a better lifestyle.
Interestingly, I suddenly have a strong urge to sign up for a new credit card that would benefit me more. I already knew there are better options for me but also have been procrastinating to change(too bothersome paperwork). I ended up signing up for new cards. will cancel my old ones as soon as I get new ones.

Day 4 (Rest)
experiencing enhanced logical/critical thinking about everything. I can see more things behind the scene and understand the motivation behind them. positive anger is still there, have thoughts about my past that I was letting other people ‘cross the line’ and was putting up with their bullshit.
Jordan Peterson said we should be dangerous and be able to control it. Healthy aggression is necessary for everyone to defend themselves when it comes to meeting people who often cross the lines. It’s like fighting back against bullies. if I’m letting them bully me, they know they can bully me and do even worse. i was never been bullied at school physically but sometimes i let others socially treat me like a doormat because I was ‘too nice’. i thought not making a scene is better than firing back. now I’m angry about myself but it’s not self-loathing. it’s like I’m pissed and I’m not gonna let it happen again. i feel a strong need to change myself. Will switch to Emperor Experimental from tomorrow since it’s ZP2 and I’ve just run Emperor one loop this whole time.

I agree with Malkuth. Taking on three big titles like that straight out the gate could increase your chances of recon. Set yourself up for a great first impression on the subs and take it easy for the first cycle. Emperor alone will put you in a great place.

But I see you have begun on the 3-sub stack. If that’s what your gut is telling you, then hey I’m not going to argue :slight_smile: Just be mindful of recon, Once you’ve run each title around 4 times, you can reduce the amount of time you listen to each if you are experiencing recon (3 or 5 minutes each instead of the full 15).

Emperor is amazing for procrastination from my personal experience. I’m just beginning a second cycle of it now and absolutely loving it. Crushing my goals right now. EoG also pairs really well with it. I run both, and funny enough I just recently added Paragon Complete just to take care of a mild but pesky skin infection (after months of treating with OTC stuff, i’m seeing big changes/healing just days after running a couple loops of Paragon).

You and I are in similar places, so just want to say your combo of Emp + EoG is great. The early EoG stages will help you with the ideas of how best to create income (and prioritize those efforts – maybe that was a mix of Emperor). I quit my job in January to go the route of solopreneur. Took me about a month and a half but I’ve completely reinvented myself, have a biz strategy, been creating content like a maniac (planting seeds) that will soon turn into passive income.

thank you, man! what did you say about 4 times means 4 loops of each title right?
how do you manage your listening schedule if you reduce play time down to 3-5 minutes?
just playing each title for 5 minutes instead of playing full loop?

i have the plan to dial down each title to 3-5 minutes as you said, and if I still have recon, then I’ll double up rest days, and even if i still have recon then maybe completely have a few days of full rest.

I’ve just run 1 loop of each three title so far but i don’t see any signs of recon, yet. too early to tell maybe. just have some more fatigue after sleep. interestingly i want more sleep in morning but i tend do have a shorter sleeping time now(like around six hours. i usually sleep 7-8 hours). i just naturally wake up and cannot go back to sleep. I try to hydrate more as i eat properly. also have been taking vitamins and supplements so i would be fine.

Yes, I mean that you’ve listened to a specific title 4 times, for the full 15 minute loop. It’s been stated in some place (forgive me I don’t know exactly where) that after 4 loops of a program, your subconscious has sufficiently “tuned itself” to the script. From that point, you can potentially limit the amount of time you listen to 3 minutes or 5 minutes. In fact, some have experimented with just 30 seconds. Sounds counterintuitive, I know. Personally, I have not experimented with this myself because I do not often experience recon. Sure lots of others who do this would chime in. But as a new member, just wanted to make you aware of this potential strategy if recon becomes an issue.

Don’t want to confuse you with all kinds of different strategies, but the most important thing is to listen to your intuition as these subs should really heighten that as a faculty. As you read the board you’ll start to see some pretty interesting takes on listening strategies. But stick to the recommended… I’m only 7 months in as a subclub member and I’m still on the traditional 15 minutes.

Day 5 (Emperor Exp.) 2 loops
This is the first time trying Emperor experimental version.
I just switched to Exp. version in the middle of the cycle since I’ve had only ran original version of Emperor just once, I reckon it would be fine. and I took @Malkuth and @atreyu’s advice by starting off with a single title, especially for beginners, I decided to go with only Emperor for my first 21 days cycle. I thought emperor is a great base for me to stack with other things later on anyway. I’ll decide if I’ll add more to my stack after the washout.

today I felt some intense anger about the environment I have now. going through some family issues and I’m angry about people who are related to the cause. I’m not sure if this is healthy anger because it doesn’t give me some urge to change, or breakthrough. it was just intensified feeling. I’m not sure if this has more to do with the conversations on the family issues I had today, or I’m just reacting to two loops of exp. version emperor.

Day 6 (Rest)
it is still late 5 pm now but doesn’t really feel much difference. I’m not as angry as I was yesterday but there still remained. there is not much particular to note here. I’ve been thinking about being myself and my self-image a lot lately. I’m setting up my own principles and I tend to think with more logical sense and articulation. Procrastination is there but keeps being reduced. I want to break off this guilty pleasure feeling and get things done immediately.

Day 7 (Emperor Exp.) 2 loops
listen to emperor as soon as I woke up in bed. I listened to it like as if I’m meditating on it.
something interesting thing happened today. I don’t really watch anime or am super interested in it.
although I watched some famous comic books when I was child and not dislike them. but I’m not really the one who actively searches for them. I suddenly had this urge to watch the anime ‘My hero academia’. i heard of them years ago but didn’t really appeal to me at all and I didn’t like the styles of characters too.
so it’s funny for me to have this urge to watch some ‘anime’ that ‘I wasn’t even interested in for years’.
and I was just hooked. it’s like my subconscious mine found some external channel as an advocate to convey messages to me. there are many quotes that really resonate my situation. and it just inspires me so much. it sounds funny that 37 year old male got inspired by some anime, but the source doesn’t really matter at this point. what matters is the messages. I now have this idea of being my own hero and contemplating on it

Day 8 (Rest)
I’m developing my ground mindset.
this feeling that I should be my own hero and save myself is stuck in my head.
I don’t like where I am at the moment and there is no one else to help me but myself.
well until this part of my thought is kind of cliche that many people have heard of motivational speech or youtube video, I know.

The difference between that notion and my thought is this part.
I’M GONNA DO THIS FOR MY YOUNGER SELF. like five years old myself. and no, this wasn’t from the anime. this notion just popped up in my head itself.
It’s not like when I was five years old, there was something memorable thing that happened or something so I picked up this particular age, no it’s not. It’s just symbolic age of me being young and innocent and only being happy.
I didn’t have a negative self-image or feedback, failure, nasty breakups, bankrupts, pandemics, complains about the government or shitty job or anything. I didn’t have negative views about the world. I imagined the future is bright and I’ll be a very cool adult and couldn’t wait to grow up to be an adult. weren’t we all?
I decided to take responsibility for things in my life. It doesn’t mean every bad thing that happened in my life was my fault, no. but I’m still responsible for it. if somebody scratched my car overnight, is it my fault? no. but it’s still my responsibility to fix the car. no matter what happens in my life, I have to take care of my life and this is what it means to be responsible for one’s life.

I’m gonna be a hero of my own, for the sake of five years of myself that I’ll have a wonderful and happy life when I grow up. I’m grown-up now and as an adult, and I’m gonna protect and keep that boy’s dream alive. some of people may have had unfortunate events in their life too early so maybe they have different childhood than mine. but either you had a great childhood or unfortunate childhood, the conclusion is the same. if you had a bad childhood, you are responsible to live up to that kid’s wish to be happy in the future.

Day 9 (Emperor exp) 2 loops
forgot to listen to the sub until the very last minutes of the day.
also forgot to listen to the ascension chamber yesterday, so 2 loops of emperor, and 1 loop of ascension.

Day 10 (rest)
I had some strange dream last night.
I guess I was putting sub sound file to some web-app? to analyze what are the messages of the sub.
I don’t remember which sub was it. all I remember is the website printed out some messages from the sub in realtime, and I was just acknowledging them, I don’t remember messages. the modality of messages wasn’t like simple affirmation (ex: ‘I am rich’, ‘I am happy’), but more sophisticated than that. It’s like ‘nudging’ you to lead your mind to think in a way of thinking. i guess it is a sign that my subconscious mind is interpreting messages. I woke up today and feel motivation to improve myself. it’s not like ‘have to’ mind but more like ‘feel like’ mind.

Day 11 (Emperor exp) 2 loops
I almost skipped my schedule since i was kinda caught up during a day.
was going to do it right before sleep for maximal effect on my subconscious mind.
I think it’s better to do in the morning since it’s easily forgettable.

Day 12 (rest)
procrastination.
why am I so afraid to start my business? do I fear about something?
it seems likely that I dont want to start it because if there is no try, there would be no failure…
gotta get my mind straight.

Day 13 (Emperor exp) 2 loops
I stayed up last night and went to bed in the morning.
as I go to bed, I put on earphones and set my playlist for only two loops of the emperor.
so I don’t have to loop it repeatedly throughout sleep. the tickling sound of streaming water sounds so soothing when you are sleepy. I fell straight asleep.
when I woke up around 1pm, I felt tired but it’s from lack of sleep but from the sub.
it is subtle change but i feel like my mindset is slowly changing for the better.
the most noticeable thing is i become indifferent of what other people would think about me. it’s not that i become anti-social, I don’t do crazy stuff in public. it’s just i act more freely on my will in a socially acceptable manner. for example, when i got to a doctor’s appointment and was waiting for injection treatment for my wrist, I had to lie down on a bed until my doctor comes in. there was a nurse next to me but I just closed my eyes and relaxed because i was still tired. I was just being comfortable in my own skin so if you have seen me there you probably thought i was the owner of the building or something. i feel more assertive as time goes by and can talk about my true thoughts more. still, this new characteristic hasn’t reached its 100% but im slowly changing.

I think you need clarity regarding your business goals.

Jumping from zero to for example 10k/ month is not easy. If you do not know how to get there, of course you will feel fear.

What are the methods you are using to drive sales? Could you list them? On the frontend and backend.

I want to understand your current skill set, so that I do not give you a bunch of advice that you are not yet capable handling.

I just had my third 7-figure year where 90% of the revenue was through Shopify. So I might have some pointers for you.

I’m currently trying to build my Shopify store. with some little help of a free logo maker website and chat gpt. actually I came up with my store name and brand slogan with chatgpt, going to use it for email template and product description, etc etc.
anyway, here are some of info to understand my skill set and my store

  • Niche is not settled but I think I’m going to focus on fitness appliances. like yoga mat, resistance tube, protein shaker, health supplement carry case, etc. since fitness is one of my main interests, I think it’s gonna be easier for me to keep focusing on product hunt. the one thing I wish it I would like to get in touch and be able to sell well-established brand products (not super well known like nike, but let’s say like Bullworker) the only problem is, if the same product is listed on amazon, I cannot beat the price for selling well-known product. I guess it would be more lucrative to sell higher-priced products than those that can be easily replaced with competitors’ (yoga mat, yoga block, tank top etc). do you know any cases of affiliating with established brands for dropshipping their product?

  • I have some basic SEO understanding, i used to have internship at some SEO agency before.

  • I have job experience in a product management role in IT company. not tech savvy but have a better understanding of website/mobile than most people.

  • I don’t have experience in digital marketing. like running ads on fb/instagram. but i can learn the skills. i know what’s more important is the contents of ads, not knowing how to list them.

  • my marketing plan is a mixture of Pinterest, paid ads on fb/insta, google ads

  • I’m not sure what you mean by methods to drive sales, on the frontend and back end.
    you mean using pop-up windows for promotions on a main page, and giving discount at check-outs in backend?

What I mean by frontend is getting the first purchase from the customer. Backend= repeat purchases from existing customers, for example by email.

It’s a lot easier and cheaper to get sales from people who already know and trust you. Use tools like Klaviyo to automate that side. Email is a very cost effective way to drive more sales. And to create a lasting relationship with the customers.

Something really important o keep in mind…

There are only three things you have to do to grow your business.

  1. Get more new customers.
  2. Raise the AOV (Average Order Value)
  3. Raise the frequency (Basically means get more repeat purchases)

Concentrate on those three areas, after you have setup all the necessary tools.

If what you are doing is not under any of the three areas, regarding to sales, consider it secondary. You will get much faster results when you do not waste time on secondary tasks.

Now, it might for example mean that you need to optimize your fulfillment and product sourcing to be able to serve more customers. So it’s not just about selling.

Automate and outsource your busy work as soon as possible. That way you can concentrate on growing the business.

Also, data is crucial. Setup your tracking properly. Go with server side tracking if possible. FB conversion API is a must.

I have a kid here demanding my attention so can’t concentrate properly xD

Realizing changes in my attitude these days.
I feel like I’m more straightforward, assertive, shortened-temper about B@llsh@t, and more Logical and critical thought. somehow it is easier to elaborate on my logic than before. Im more comfortable with my masculinity. I’m more stoic. I’m looking forward to more positive changes in the future that emp will bring

-how to you manage shipping? do you outsource it with 3rd party company? or is it fulfilled directly from your source like dropshipping?
-can i use FB conversion API with my shopify store? how it is different from pixel?
