Stack feedback please. (trying to avoid overexposure)

My current stack is:
day 1: [dragon reborn st4 + sanguine] custom wid 20 module total (full 15 mins) + Phoenix (full 15 mins)
day 2: break
day 3: repeat

I would like to add my [stark black + mogul] custom wid 20 module total into my stack.

My plan is:
day 1: stark black custom (7.5mins) + dragon reborn custom (15 mins)
day 2: break
day 3: stark black custom (7.5mins) + phoenix (15mins)
day 4: repeat

This stack is created by looking at this post from fire:

Would it work? Appreciate ur advices. :v:

Only 1 day rest between loops? Try 4 days in between, or once a week.

I listen to my custom for 15 mins but need at least 4 days processing time. You are doing heavy healing, give yourself more time regardless if it’s 7.5 mins or 15 bro

I don’t see the point of Phoenix when you already have DR.

It’s like bringing baby dragon to the adult fight, he’s cute but he’s also taking space without adding much.

Not really. I asked support. Here is the response:

Thanks for reaching out to us! While Dragon Reborn: Red ST4 and Phoenix both dive deep into transformation, they aren’t redundant. DR Red focuses on forging identity through fire—emotional strength, intensity, and personal power. Phoenix leans more toward healing, renewal, and rising from the ashes. So while DR Red ST4 is broader and more intense, Phoenix offers a more nurturing and restorative energy. They can definitely complement each other depending on your goals.

Plus, I sense alot of advantages on stacking dr wid phoenix. Like phoenix providing emotional intelligence, instantaneous healing of some issues etc.

Nothing personal towards you but this type of answers from support means 0 to me, utter nonsense.

What’s important is your own experience so if you feel the benefits from this combo that’s perfect.

I second the answer above for more rest days considering you have a black title and lots of healing and DR is also heavy, an extra rest day could give you a way smoother experience and faster results.

I appreciate it.

I dont have enough experience to speak first hand, but in the fire v saint thread, an OG member was telling me @Leandros that he listens to 2-3 customs once every 5+ days or so and gets more results this way. Having longer processing time in between listening days=more results.

So I would dial back the exposure. Every 48h is general beginner main store titles for newcomers. I went down to 3x a week and it’s been smoother for me.

Anyone here listening to full loops at all?

I would perhaps start with lower exposure of ASBR custom. It’s a new (addition) thick 20 module custom and an artisanal title to the stack. Just considering duration (playtime) as only factor might not be the best.

I think you’ll have to go a bit slower and increase the duration over time till you find a sweet spot. You could also start from the other end and cut it down, but it comes with risk.

Yes

Less is more

I did 2 loops of my new custom for 3 min each and then the next 5 days no input.

I had recon for 2 days and on day 3 a magnificent bloom phase that last until now.

Tomorrow I do another loop
