Hi everybody,
I’m thinking about this combination for some days now. The background is that I want to establish some core habits in 2024 that have previously only been approached half-heartedly and then dropped again. The reason was that I just wanted to try things out and find what was right for me. Of course, I kept trying new things because I also suffer from shiny new object syndrome.
However, the core habits become more concrete.
- Nutrition (clean diet & fasting)
- Physical Training (starting with sun salutation to fix my posture, later bodyweight exercises)
- Mental Training (using subliminals according to ZP guidelines)
- Daily Journeling (for progress and awareness)
- Daily Planning (goal setting/focused work/task review)
- Meditation (HRV resonant breathing for calming down and clearing the mind)
- Reading/Learning (focused on the topics referring to the topics mentioned above)
I’ve done all of this before at some point and in some way, so the individual topics are not new territory for me. And of course I don’t want to do it all at once, but over the course of the year I want to establish the habits permanently so I don’t have to think about in the future. I’m not primarily interested in specific results of the habits but rather in establishing them permanently. The results will come on their own.
Of course I don’t want to make all the rookie mistakes (subliminal switching, not sticking with the stack, using advanced subs), but I see my goals and ideas reflected in so many titles. Therefore, the combination of physical/discipline via Spartan and action-taking/focus via Limitless Executive seemed very promising to me.
Do you think this might work out? Or would the objectives of the two titles be too far apart?
Thank you in advance.
