It’s recommended to start with QL ST1 however depending on your own cognitive development and sub processing you may be able to handle ST3 but only if you try it you will know. Some are even able to do directly ST4 but it’s not very common. For example, I only really ran ST1 and ST2 for 7-14 days each (recommended is 21 days for each) however I was fine and got pretty good results when testing ST3 and ST4.
