I mean u said any goal.
Like completing a project, completing ur workout(obviously)., i am sure about workout but what about mental attributes. I mean some non physical goals also need u to get through pain. Just asking.

I can assist here as i have used Spartan. It can be used for any goal you have in mind it pushes and motivates you.

For Spartan, I wouldn’t use it for social/sexual goals at all-but pushing through tough work of any kind it works great.

Actually my friend asking me which product to buy which is best for toughness mentally as well as physically. So i think spartan would be good and he is more interested in sports. So i think it is best for him now
