I took breaks between loops and it felt much better.
I also pushed the loops and doubled exposure.
I practiced TRE and yawning while listening to the first two subs and I noticed much lower symptoms of recon/overexposure afterwards.
I feel a greater intensity in my nervous system throughout the day, the impact of the subs is felt stronger.
I experience it as a current of energy flow that is more pronounced than with shorter exposure, and when I sit quietly and relax I automatically get deeper within this flow and follow its movement of recalibration and expansion.
