Settling in the new place, the energy is very relaxed here and since yesterday I can feel this constant flow in my body relaxing and grounding ever deeper, perfect energy for my needs, time is stretching and feels slower and the earth is embracing me deeper and wider.
It’s like I stepped into a portal to over 100 years ago in simpler times.
I set up the outside shower nicely in a corner of the sheep’s house and cleaned up the outside toilet that was very dusty and full of spider webs.
I talked to the landlord and set up the hose to get water to the kitchen sink and she showed me where to get drinking water from her house from a tap outside.
I also cut my hair which feels really good!
I’ve been thinking I’d like to be able to run RoS, RoD, AS, Sanguine and LB long-term but I would have to make customs for that and all I really want is the cores, I don’t have the money for it at the moment anyway so just some thoughts.
But after reading about Saint microloop schedule I was inspired and ran:
RoS
RoD
LB
Sanguine
One after another for 30sec each.
I noticed a slight upliftment of my mood without any of the usual processing symptoms.
I usually do at least 3-5min with subs so 30sec feels very smooth, I’m gonna experiment not running anything over 30sec for a little while to see what results I get from such small exposure.
I usually expose just enough to create low or medium recon because I feel the most progress from a more active engagement with my inner world and I have plenty of time and space for it.
My mom called me today saying she started Tai-chi classes and she was in such wonder about it, the teacher even has his own master out in Asia somewhere, I think she got very lucky and is opening a whole new world of peace and happiness for herself.
I’m going to expand my new practice with new qigong related movements, it’s not really qigong but it’s different static positions that stimulate meridians and cultivate overall energy system flow and help with softly getting in touch and releasing energy blocks in the body.

I added KB1 to RoS and LB stack so I need to keep track of listening times
August 1st: RoS 3m LB 3m
August 3rd: KB1 3m LB 7m
August 5th : KB1 3m LB 4m
I added KB1 because a new issue came up, I had an almost unbroken streak of 3 weeks of daily masturbation.
As my healing is reaching into deeper territories within my sacral and root there’s a lot more energy flowing and I got into this bad habit almost everyday which is really draining and depressing and comes with exposure to sexual content online which is also not great.
Even as a teen I never did it so often so I really need to get a grip.
The loop of KB1 3 days ago dramatically changed my energy, I felt more intensity and transmutation of sexual energy which cut off the habit on day 1!
The need to masturbate is completely gone now and I feel the sexual energy flowing up and feeding my entire energy system, bringing pleasure to my whole body and bringing more clarity and purpose to my thoughts.
4 days without thanks God I can breathe again, KB1 is incredible!

I’m probably gonna start the next year with another run of KB.
I’m excited how it will be after a full Khan run, RoS and my LB&Ascension custom. Maybe I’ll even squeeze in some GLM before.

Holy cow I had the best day ever.
The synergy between KB1 and LB is divine.
I went mushroom hunting with my best friend and we spent the day at her cabin in the middle of the forest, had some deep relaxation lying down in the grass taking in the afternoon sun, played cards, had a breath work meeting online that was very pleasurable and I got to release some deep emotions and lots of laughter too, it was very cozy we switched the fire oven on and made a nice pasta meal with the shrooms and some cream.
I have never executed KB and LB at such depth before, I was very surprised when I ran the 3min loop of KB a few days ago, it hit me so strong and executed so fast, before there was a lot of cleansing happening but this time it went straight to energy increase and circulation, and it’s fueling the clarity necessary to dive deep into the wisdom and experience of self love without fear.

I’d like to add a touch of Singularity and RoD, I wish I could make a custom with only 3 cores(RoS,RoD, Singularity) not sure it’s possible. @Parsifal ?

Three cores is intense.
And probably not enough to build a custom.
But you could add a few fitting modules.
I have a few ideas already if you want.
But afaik they’ve built a few customs with like 5 modules. Open a ticket and ask for q engineers opinion if it’s feasible.

Thanks for the reply, I don’t have money for this just yet but when I do I’ll definitely ask for some advice on the modules if necessary.
I’ll send a ticket to see if only 3 cores is doable. I’m not sure I’m willing to spend more than 150$ for a sub anyway, I’m just inquiring at the moment.
I wish they created a slightly cheaper service to simply gel 2-3 cores together into a single custom.

3 cores or 5 modules makes a difference of 30$. With junior alchemist it’s just 25.5$ more.
So a small custom with 5 modules would cost you round about 150 €.
And I can tell you a custom, or at least a good one, is worth every penny.
If you take Experimental Anti Recon (it’s free), you can make it even cheaper (138€).

I realised even if I can build a 3 core custom it will not serve my purpose because I want only micro loop exposure to each core which won’t be possible with the custom because it’s likely that each core is playing one after the other throughout the 15min track so I’d have to expose myself to entire scripts if I want to receive all 3 cores.
Nope. Wrong.
Saint revealed that each sub is build in quadrants. When you’re building a custom, you’re getting the modules first. Then the first quadrands of all cores, then the second quadrants and so forth.
Iirc Saint mentioned once, that the parts could be interwoven even more tightly.

You can use advanced search, you use a key word like Frontloaded and then @ the user you want posts from.

Parsifal is saying that in a custom build, the first quadrant of each core is playing one after the other, followed by the second quadrant of each core.
So the mini stages within a core are coming together as lvl1 of all cores followed by lvl 2 of all cores, etc.
Which Saint’s quote doesn’t explicitly states
I interpret this as cores of major titles in a custom. And they are split by ministages. This wouldn’t make sense if you get one complete core of one major title, then after finishing one complete core, the next complete core and so on. Why the. say they are split if doesn’t make a difference?
We all know how strict they are with keeping they’re tech close to the chest. It’s a big business secret after all.
But I remember reading something from Saint that brought me to the conclusion that they might be even more tightly interwoven.
Let’s say you build a custom with RoD (
) RoS (
) and RoM (🧑🎓). Each core is divided in 4 ministages: 1,2,3,4.
Then you get a custom structure like the following:
Support Scripting, Modules, 1,1, 🧑🎓1, 2, 2, 🧑🎓2, 3, 3, 🧑🎓3, 4, 4, 🧑🎓4
But let’s just say
1 covers topics: A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H

It could make sense to order them accordingly

Haha I love the emotes explanation! Yes you’re probably right in your interpretation, it would make sense to build it that way otherwise micro looping wouldn’t work at all with customs and they would have said so explicitly.
I asked Saint in the LB thread for clarification just so I can be sure without a doubt but I’m now 99% convinced I can microloop a custom and receive quadrant 1 of all cores with microloop, which Saint mentions is about 5min mark
