I posted more about it in this poster here, but inshort everything I am trying to release with this subliminal arose at once.
I felt like a deer in headlights for a few days. Constantly in flight or fight mode, constantly thinking and sort of living thru my fears and other mental junk that I carry around.
The scariest part was that for the first 2 days of happening I couldn’t connect it to subliminal themselves and felt like I am going crazy.
After I realised that it could be connected with Regeneration and got confirmation from folks on the forums, that those sort of things are normal, things got much better.
