Simple workouts recommendations

Guys, can you recommend me some workouts to do at home? Something simple to do, preferably not requiring equipment and lasting 10-15 minutes.

I want to build a new habit of daily workouts, as I did with meditation - to stay fit and gradually increase endurance. I am in a good shape, I dont need to loose weight and I use to do long walks during all the year (for pleasure). But I dont have an actual habit of working out.

Have you ever tried the workout apps they have a lot of good ones and offer short workouts and they are tailored to fit your goals. No equipment or gym required well just a mobile phone  . I also look on YouTube they have a good variety as well

With no equipment whatsoever, that’s pretty hard or I’d recommend a pull-up bar or a kettlebell. The simplest workouts you can do are in circuits, high paced with minimal rest time. If you’re in good shape and you want a super simple routine, the easiest thing you can do for 10-15 minutes is to divide the time up and spend half of it on press-ups, half on jump squats and then plank for as long as you can. Do variations of these workouts every day (ex: diamond pushups, alternating lunges, etc.) and it should help, just don’t expect to be looking like Arnold any time soon.

Agree with using YT as your go-to source, to start.

Searching for “calisthenics at home no equipment” resulted in more than a few short workout videos: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=calisthenics+at+home+no+equipment

But I highly recommend getting yourself a pull-up bar at the very least (or jogging to a park that has one), then you can address the major pushing, squatting, core, and pulling exercises. You can grab one for $20 on Amazon.

I’m starting to get back into building up my fitness routine again too, and right now I do nothing more than sets of pull-ups, push-ups, and squats in a circuit.

I promise you, if you do enough of them without much rest between sets, you’ll get a decent workout.
