Sign of overlistening?

I listen to Khan Black and Emperor Fitness as main
Plus GLM as additional.

Two loops of one main sub plus two loops of GLM a day.

Head feels heavy sometimes.
I think physically, Sub audio don’t touch much brain, so there is no physical damage?
What is this hang that I feel sometimes?
I have enough rest days too.

so, 4 loops in a day?

Yeah.
2 loops of main and 2 loops of GLM
GLM I can not drop, it makes my voice very good and powerful.

How many minutes for each subliminal are you listening to?

Why are you listening 2 loops of each subliminal?

Yes. Two full loops certainly, why is cutting them in fractions effective
I don’t ever want to get a half or incomplete message.

Be sure to read the listening instructions here.

We have moved on from using more than one loop of a sub in a day.

More doesn’t mean better results.
We have an entire forum worth of testimonies to back that up.
Not to mention, the people who made the subs themselves recommended this approach.

The fact that you’re experiencing clear signs of overexposure also contributes to the fact that you’re listening too much.

If you listen to 1 minute of a sub, you’ll get hundreds, possibly thousands, of sentences with only 1 possibly cut out.

That’s a minuscule, benign trade-off compared to the real drawbacks of overexposure.

You want to stimulate, not annihilate.
You’d be surprised by how much more you could gain by finding the sweetspot, instead of overlistening.

Stop listening to what you think “is right” and start listening according to the official instructions only!

Yes, it’s too much listening.

You don’t have to do full loops. It is not so much about getting the “full script”. Results and minimizing recon (headaches) matters more.

You are listening to more than 1 title, so you can’t listen to GLM twice back to back.

If you were ONLY listening to GLM (over a 12+ day period) then you could listen to GLM back to back, but since you have Emperor and KB, you should listen to each title only once.

You can listen to all three on the same day, but you should start at a smaller amount. Find where you feel the right amount of listening is. It should feel like you’re getting positive results. Then, you’ll be able to experience for yourself “what overlistening feels like” because it’ll feel like you listened to too much (to get the positive results you were previously experiencing)

Just gonna be real here, his questions remind me of several banned accounts. He just posted a question about the Q format. That’s been outdated for reals.

Yep he just got banned

Even if you’re just running one title and not stacking multiple titles? I could be wrong but I don’t remember the instructions saying that. It says work your way up from 15 seconds, but does it say stop at 15 minutes if you’re only running 1 title? The instructions for 1 title and 2 titles are grouped together, so it’s a bit vague. It just says listening and rest. It doesn’t break it down like the instructions for 3 titles.

I assumed you could still do 2 loops of 1 title every listening day if you just have 1 title since you’re essentially doing 2 loops combined of 2 different titles.

I remember asking saint about that when the new schedule was being rolled out.
Back then I was solo-ing DRR3 for 30 minutes using the old schedule.

He said something along the lines of it not being a thing with the new schedule.

Edit: I found it.

@AnswerGroup has it changed now?

Interesting. I guess if less is more then there’s no need for the second loop when running 1 title.

Yea. The second loop is outdated
