3/6/24 Cycle 2 Day 26 Dayoff 5 Review
Total Days Counter: 104

Sleep - ?/10 Forgot
Daily Routine - 7/10 Rest day. Ok I guess
Action - 5/10
Habits - 5/10
Emotions - 5/10 So-so. It wasn’t entirely bad.

Daily Thoughts - Catatonic - a word I haven’t thought of in a long time. There are three dating strategies with corresponding risks. Don’t date at all for loneliness. Spin plates for more chances of STIs and chaos. Focus on one for breaking you. Pick your poison. But whatever you choose, life goes on.

“Man is condemned to be free; because once thrown into the world, he is responsible for everything he does.” -Jean-Paul Sartre

Sleep - 7/10 So-so. Had to wake up early
Daily Routine -3/10 Went exactly as I thought
Action - 8/10
Habits - 8/10
Emotions - 8/10 Exhausted but ok

Daily Thoughts - Towing is not as easy as normal driving. Sporadic tugging is annoying and low speeds on the highway are boring to boot.

3/10/24 Cycle 1 Day 4 Rest Review

Sleep - 8/10 Good enough
Daily Routine - 8/10 Getting back to perfect
Action - 7/10 Pushed through lag and resistance
Habits - 8/10 Great

3/11/24 Cycle 1 Stack Run: DRLD+QLST3 Day 5 Review
Total Days Counter: 109

Sleep - 10/10 Straight and regular. No complaints.
Daily Routine - 10/10 Perfect
Action - 10/10 Smooth. No lag and resistance
Habits - 10/10
Emotions - 10/10 Composed, even

Daily Thoughts - Still waiting for my TDCS from Amazon. Adding 3-day water fast to every last week of the month and 24-36 hrs for the other 3 weeks to boost my Brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF. Already doing HIIT 3x a week for that as well. Just picking up whatever is useful along the way. Gotta improve my consistency with my current routine though.

3/12/24 Cycle 1 Day 6 Rest Review
Total Days Counter: 110

Sleep - 9/10 Standard but no oomph
Daily Routine - 9/10 Spent some time reading fiction. Perfect otherwise
Action - 8/10 Some resistance early on but the rest was stellar
Habits - 10/10
Emotions - 10/10 Blessed. Happy

Daily Thoughts - Felt exertion headaches for the first time today while pushing myself to failure. I think I have to reduce intensity a bit next time.

3/13/24 Cycle 1 Stack Run: DRLD+QLST3 Day 7 Review
Total Days Counter: 111

Sleep - 8/10 Skipped hot bath yoga. Somewhat lacking
Daily Routine - 10/10 Guided rest day
Action - 10/10 No lag and resistance
Habits - 10/10 Followed the structure
Emotions - 9/10 A bit more impatient and quick to anger. A bit more brash. I guess it’s the testosterone from working out. A bit more alert.

Daily Thoughts - One of the best sex we’ve had. She was really into it today. Very wet and soft. Complimented me about my noob gains. Severe diarrhea tonight though. Family businesses also have some problems and I have to intervene.

3/14/24 Cycle 1 Day 8 Rest Review
Total Days Counter: 112

Sleep - 7/10 Woke up twice to pee
Daily Routine - 5/10 Had to attend a friend’s birthday party
Action - 8/10
Habits - 3/10 Too much social media today
Emotions - 9/10 Good overall

Daily Thoughts - White bread and peanut butter at night lead to spiked insulin levels which causes nocturia. No wonder I slept better when I stopped them for a while. No snacks and desserts after dinner.

3/15/24 Cycle 1 Stack Run: DRLD+QLST3 Day 9 Review
Total Days Counter: 113

Sleep - 5/10 Slept late. Tinkered with TDCS device and did some research
Daily Routine -2/10 First failure in a long while. Still worked out and listened to subs though.
Action - 6/10 No lag and resistance but was chasing time throughout.
Habits - 2/10 Woke up late. Groggy lunch. Unplanned afternoon nap
Emotions - 8/10 Supposed to be disappointed but still happy

Daily Thoughts - Too many mistakes since last night. This is supposed to be one of the worst days in like the past month but the contrast highlights just how far I’ve fallen before I started my SC journey. Today is still better than my best days stuck in that rut.

3/16/24 Cycle 1 Day 10 Rest Review
Total Days Counter: 114

Sleep - 1/10 Insomnia. Felt awake throughout and kinda itchy for some reason
Daily Routine - 1/10 Barely hung in there
Action - 1/10 Lag and resistance throughout
Habits - 1/10
Emotions - 5/10 Kinda sad but it is what it is

Daily Thoughts - Tomorrow is another day.

3/17/24 Cycle 1 Stack Run: DRLD+QLST3 Day 11 Review
Total Days Counter: 115

Sleep - 8/10 Late but good, even though it’s less than 8 hrs
Daily Routine - 9/10 Tweaking my routine to have 8 hrs sleep and 10 hrs work
Action - 10/10 Smooth
Habits - 10/10 Perfect
Emotions - 10/10 Blessed. Energetic

Daily Thoughts - I stumbled upon Elon Musk talking about working 100 hrs a week last night. That’s 16.67 hrs every 6 days or 14.29 hrs no rest day, which is frankly insane. I don’t think it’s sustainable as I won’t have enough time for sleep, meditation, exercise. etc. The best I can do is 10 hrs a day which coincides with London and New York session time frame and 8 hrs sleep. I’m still assigning the rest of my 6 hours appropriately. It’s so much easier to construct than freestyling from scratch. Too bad we only have 24 hrs. 27 hrs would have been ideal.

3/18/24 Cycle 1 Day 12 Rest Review
Total Days Counter: 116

Sleep - 9/10 Adjusted my sched so I wake up late now. There will always be some risk of noise interruption but hopefully, I just sleep deeper to adjust eventually.
Daily Routine - 10/10 Just following my list
Action - 10/10 Hyper
Habits - 10/10 Great
Emotions - 10/10 Enlightened

Daily Thoughts - The 6 hour window is too short, especially during workout days. I think I might have to transfer cognitive training between those days. I’m very happy with my sample run yesterday and today as well. Finally finished the Getting Things Done book. The nuggets of wisdom are worth it. You don’t even have to read its entirety. Skimming and getting the gist would suffice.

3/19/24 Cycle 1 Stack Run: DRLD+QLST3 Day 13 Review
Total Days Counter: 117

Sleep - 9/10 Slept a bit earlier so that worried me. Woke up at the right time though.
Daily Routine -10/10 Just following the list. Every minute counts so I’m happy.
Action - 10/10 Smooth
Habits - 10/10 Perfect
Emotions - 10/10 Grateful. Ecstatic

Daily Thoughts - I feel amazing. This is the best routine yet. Waking up I feel like it’s a race but I don’t feel rushed. I can’t afford to dilly-dally so I am always doing something at every moment. That’s it for now. Off to working out.

3/20/24 Cycle 1 Day 14 Rest Review
Total Days Counter: 118

Sleep - 9/10 Close to perfect
Daily Routine - 9/10 Did everything but almost fell off towards the end
Action - 9/10 Some lag and resistance towards the end
Habits - 10/10
Emotions - 9/10 Ok rest day

Daily Thoughts - Some lag right now but will do what I’m supposed to do. I feel like a failure if I say something but don’t actually do it.

3/21/24 Cycle 1 Stack Run: DRLD+QLST3 Day 15 Review
Total Days Counter: 119

Sleep - 7/10 Last night carried over. Groggy morning
Daily Routine -8/10 Good for the most part. Followed the template in general.Would have been lost without it.
Action - 9/10 Good
Habits - 8/10 Took a nap but perfect otherwise. Hopefully, it doesn’t affect my sleep schedule tonight
Emotions - 9/10 Stable

Daily Thoughts - Did some additional research on tDCS montages and the works of John Jonides. Some people actually dedicate their academic lives to cognitive neuroscience. Found that interesting.

3/22/24 Cycle 1 Day 16 Rest Review
Total Days Counter: 120

Sleep - 8/10 It was alright. Better than yesterday but only around 7 hrs.
Daily Routine - 8/10 Nonstandard day. Had my AC cleaned and bought some groceries.
Action - 10/10 Pushed through
Habits - 10/10
Emotions - 10/10 Satisfied

Daily Thoughts - The daily template is useful. Even though I’m playing catch-up because of nonstandard stuff I can jump back quite easily. Still productive overall.

3/23/24 Cycle 1 Stack Run: DRLD+QLST3 Day 17 Review
Total Days Counter: 121

Sleep - 10/10 Perfect. Slept on time. Woke up on time. No interruptions.
Daily Routine - 10/10 Did everything and then some.
Action - 10/10 Seamless
Habits - 10/10
Emotions - 10/10 Great life

Daily Thoughts - First 100% at Q3B today then stayed at Q4B for awhile before going down again. No tDCS yet as I’m waiting for some accessories. Reading Ultralearning by Scott Young first then Make it Stick by Brown, Roediger III and McDaniel. Then I’m finally getting started on learning and training FX daytrading. I’ll put off Speed Reading for now. It took me over 100 days to organize, reorganize, and eliminate a lot of open loops. My current regimen of 10 hours of work and 8 hours of sleep should pay dividends in the long run. I had a lot of baggage in several areas of my life. Now my diet, exercise, and sleep are on point, my energy, emotions and environment along with it. To think I’m still at Stage 3 of QL. I’m excited to unravel more.

3/24/24 Cycle 1 Day 18 Rest Review
Total Days Counter: 122

Sleep - 8/10 Not the best. Only 7 hrs or so. Still enough energy.
Daily Routine - 10/10 Did everything
Action - 8/10 Some lag, no resistance.
Habits - 9/10 Minor bad habit of social media during transition resurfaced again.
Emotions - 10/10 Lucid and happy.

Daily Thoughts - Halfway through Ultralearning. Some techniques I’ve already done before but the most effective retrieval tactics like free recall and closed-book learning I’ve never tried. Directness and deep diving head first whilst embracing discomfort and difficulty are also unnatural to me. I usually overprepare, sometimes maybe to a fault. I will definitely apply this moving forward. Learned some interesting facts about Benjamin Franklin. His older brother indentured him at age 12 lmao. Surely that influenced his views on slavery. Ramanujan, a genius mathematician, also lived to a ripe old age at 32 tsk. I read more about him and appreciate his passion for math. Dismissing almost everything else for the sake of one’s craft, I’ve always loved that madness…

3/25/24 Cycle 1 Stack Run: DRLD+QLST3 Day 19 Review
Total Days Counter: 123

Sleep - 3/10 Around 5 to 6 hrs only. The neighbor played loud music so I woke up abruptly but it is what it is.
Daily Routine - 8/10 Did everything but late on some
Action - 8/10 Some lag and resistance put pushed through
Habits - 9/10 Great
Emotions - 5/10 A bit sluggish but not enough to say I’m sleepy. Relying on willpower though.

Daily Thoughts - Still doing what I’m supposed to do and pushing myself to sleep on designated time even if I have to douse myself with water. Can’t afford to slack off again. Chewing sugar-free gum to remain alert as well. I read a study on it recently.
