Daily Thoughts - I’m guilty of negative self-talk and beating myself up that’s why I just want to take it easy and let it all out for now. Self-talk promises permanence compared to other systems. We’ll see.

Daily Thoughts - Saw a blind student braving the streets unassisted with just a walking stick. It stopped me dead in my tracks. I really have no excuses for not giving my all every day.

Daily Thoughts - Self-talk awareness is a must. Mindfulness of how you talk to yourself and how it affects your life is not taught in school but I believe the logic of the author. Programming(self-talk) instills Beliefs affect Attitude influences Feelings directs Actions equals Resutsl. Most of my programming is level 2 which is bad. Most should be level 3,4, and 5. I think 1 and 5 are mostly passive and implied. Despite the torrents of my life, I think DRLD led me to this book so both subconscious and conscious domains are covered.

Daily Thoughts - I don’t know what happened but something just clicked. All emotional turmoil is gone. I think about my thoughts in the third person. I feel like everything is easy from this point on. I’m looking into TTS AI to generate my custom self-talk audios. Considering its alleged power I think it can replace listening to music and podcasts. It’s in the category of high-level media for sure and would be a great complement to my daily subs. I am truly blessed.

Daily Thoughts - Memorized a few phrases for self-conversation. It seems to work because I feel more energetic when I feel somewhat lethargic or resistant. Just happily building onwards.

Daily Thoughts - Reached 1000 sessions in QnB. My progress is slow due to several factors like 90% setting to move up, no attention hopping, skipped sessions, and ADHD but it doesn’t matter. I’ll just keep on moving forward until I reach my desired outcome. I am putting mental and physical training on my non-negotiable list. I will no longer allow negative emotions as a valid reason to skip them. I’ll also move other grey area time-wasters to my untouchables list. I only speak and think positively to reshape my reality.
