Margin Nov 7 sell 1 MARA 22 Call dec 6 contract. 1.25 1.06 commish. $123.94 NC. Stock trading at 19.40.

Margin Nov 8 MARA 13.5 Put, Expired.

Margin Nov 8 PLTR 35 Call, Called away. Buy price was 16.10 for 100 shares. Sold for $3500 for $1890 profit, over 100%. Shares closed today at over 58 so missed out on a bigger gain. Can’t complain with a 100%+ gain so I’ll take the win.

These are the books that got delivered a couple weeks ago. My winter reading.

Was unsure which one to start with until the other day when reading Choose Your Enemies Wisely by Patrick Bet David when it mentioned Crucial Conversations. I’ve immediately switched to CC as it is of utmost importance. Have one today at work and another one in a few days with a personal relationship.

I will finish the other book but for now it’s a deep dive into crucial conversations. Going through it slowly and highlighting lots.

Broke things off with the girlfriend Friday night, went to her place today to exchange personal items and have a good conversation. We peacefully parted ways and will remain friends for now. She took it pretty hard and it was the first time in her life that she wasn’t the one to break things off. My first time breaking things off in over 2 decades. Only took 2 loops of DRG ST2 to finally make the call. DRG seems more powerful than DRR so far.

This is the first time in my life that I’m single and not actively looking for anyone else. She will be going on dating sites and I even gave her some tips regarding photo’s.

There is a Zen Trilotherapy lesson regarding relationships using the Apple tree as a metaphor. The Gestation phase or death of a relationship lasts for 1/5 the duration of the relationship. During that phase it is important to take the time to heal or else the cycle will repeat itself. It’s fine to date casually during that phase though. I skipped that stage following my previous 2 LTR’s.

Was with my sons mother for 11 years then went to ex we will call “R” 3 months later for 9 years. Then 3 months later with most recent ex of 18 months. This official gestation period if we’re being precise would be 108 days which is totally doable whereas 2 years in the pits of heartbreak seems like an eternity.

Fun fact, was with “R” for 108 months. The official gestation period would have been 21.6 months. I believe with the passing of the dog that we shared that happened at 18 month mark was energetically the end of our gestation period as there was no longer any tension between us and I was finally able to forgive her for everything that transpired as well.

MARA 17 call got called away in margin account. Cost basis 11.69, 45% return.

PLTR 50 Call got called away in TFSA, cost basis 16.55, 200% return.

Cut my loss on PLUG, was multi 4 figure loss. Lesson learned. Felt good to cut it loose and take it off the watchlist.

Doubled my position in BABA. May take 2-3 years to fully turn around. Will have to wait for China’s economy to recover. Also some fear around tariffs, don’t see 60% tariffs actually happening, more like 10-15 but I’ve been wrong before. Current basis is 96.

Nov 19 sub day 8 of 12.
DRG ST2/HOM/KHAN ST4 15 min each. LOTS 10 min.

I know overkill. All I got planned today is a massage then some reading. Want to see how Khan blends with HOM. They both have lots of scripting dedicated to building strategic connections. Also want the drive of Khan to fuel the investing research that HOM draws out of me.

Will be off work for a couple of rotations so 5 weeks in total. Even put through paperwork for short term leave citing insomnia as the reason. Might as well get paid for my time off. Even if the claim isn’t approved I have the cash to cover the time and it is a good investment in myself to have a good reset.

Ultimately it’s the nights that are hard to recover from especially the past 2 rotations since mid September. I know I won’t get out of nights outright but I’m ‘playing the system’ to at least get an extended break from them.

Have priced out trips to Mexico last night and today. Can get away for 8 full days for a good price. Haven’t decided for sure yet if I’ll go in December or end of February. Either way I won’t be bored.

Since me and my latest girl broke up we have chatted on the phone a few times and we actually get along better than before. It’s actually kicked her ass into gear to get after her own mental health.

Soooo to complicate matters, on Thursday when I go to her place to return her house key she is making me lunch and I’m most likely going to bang her again. We’ve talked about it and we are going to transition to a FWB situation. She’s horny, I’m horny and we both service each other well so why not.

It’s my next sub day and I’d better be on my best behaviour so the day stack will be DRG2/PR and either EmpD or KHAN ST4.

I have a vocal lesson in the morning that day. Practicing the 4 songs tonight then will take tomorrow from singing so my voice is fresh for the next day.

Nov 27 last day of cycle DRG ST4/Minds Eye 15 min each. Good to have the heavy healing stages of DRG over with.

Haven’t noticed enhanced visualization with L:ME yet. Last night I crafted a 6 min speech for my ice breaker speech at Toastmasters next week. I only realized after I wrote it how the dots suddenly connected from past events till now.

Had a dream I was wrestling with a demonic/satanic figure. It seemed more powerful than me at first. That is till I realized that it derives its power from fear. After I overcame the fear I gained the upper hand. I knew it’s moves in advance and remained one step ahead of that demonic [mod edit: you know why].

Next cycle DRG ST3/L:ME. With rotating 3rd sub of HOM/Khan/EmpD depending how I feel. Will favor HOM to get the trades going for December. November has been great as far as cash flow goes. Will update on Friday.

Total monthly cash flow for November $1627.6 USD or $2278.64 CAD. Didn’t include trades for profit since I want to base it on cash flow.

My mortgage is 1/3 of my take home pay, by far my largest expense. More than covered by monthly investment cash flow. ‘‘Twas a great month.

Last night I gave my icebreaker speech at toastmasters. It went well. Some constructive criticism was that I should use bullet points instead of trying to read it word for word. Also when I shifted my weight while standing my shoes made noise on the floor. Will definitely take those 2 main points into consideration for next time.

Completed the manifestation course on Mindvalley. The main practice I took away from it is an hourly reminder I set on my phone to practice visualization. Ideally I sit for 2 minutes every hour and visualize myself achieving my goal/goals.

Started a new quest today called Becoming Focused and Indestractible. Both this quest and the visualization practice should help L:ME scripting to thrive.

Will be going back to work on Dec 19 which will have been a 5 week break. I’ve regained my strength and vitality and still have another couple weeks off.

Have also taken up hot yoga lately. Currently go twice a week and one sauna session per week. It’s 38 C or 100 F for an hour and 15 minutes. It’s a refreshing practice for the winter months.

First day of cycle proved to be too much, haven’t slept to good since. Will leave it as is for today except for a short loop or PR early afternoon .

KHAN does seem to work well for me when it’s used as a booster instead of a main title. A main title is one I listen to for the full 15 min and a booster is 3-7 and not every sub day. When used as a booster it powers the rest of my stack. As a main title I find I’m a bit too domineering on it and obsessed with sex. The drive that Khan gives me is unparalleled though. May try stage 3 Total Action instead of ST4 next time to see if the drive is the same.

Made a list of root causes for distraction the other day, 10 in total; 8 of which were things I’ve been procrastinating on and 2 of which I have no control over. Halfway through the 8.

Halfway through the book Love is Free Guac is Extra by Monty Moran former CEO of Chipotle. Great book so far. It’s the kind of leadership that I admire. Would love to work/Mentor under someone like him.

DRG ST3/L:ME/DD 15 min each. Had the Toastmasters Christmas party last night, used DD for the social boost.

Currently reading Love is Free Guac is Extra by Monty Moran, former CEO of Chipotle Mexican Grill. The challenge is integrating the wisdom from the book without getting pissed off at my current workplace for being the opposite in many ways.

He speaks a lot about creating a culture of empowerment. In a nutshell here are the 2 elements that must be present to have an empowering culture.

1. They must feel confident in their abilities
2. They must feel encouraged by their circumstances.

Even though I’m not in an official leadership position I still intend to embody the leadership traits learned from this book and other reading to the best of my ability. Also focus on making the people around me better rather than just trying to be the best myself.

Today was quadruple witching day. Happens once per quarter. The weekly, monthly, and quarterly options all expiring on the same day. Also the week of FOMC meetings and statement release the Wednesday of each week. They have those meetings most months but the quarterly ones are where they are more likely to move interest rates.

QWD is a high volume big moving day and it’s anybody’s guess as to which direction.
