Day 12 of 12 listening day. Khan ST2 15 min, ASBR and LoveBomb 7 min each. Time for washout.
Quick but intense arm workout before work.

There is a great synergy now between these 3 titles. I’m just dialed in mentally physically and spiritually, firing on all cylinders.

I like Khan for the Alpha base, sexual prowess, and strategic planning.
ASBR for the brain power, swagger, resilience, and sharp wit.
LB for the healing power of loving yourself and to truly know what it means to have love coming from within not just intellectually but experientially.

Next cycle starting Tuesday March 26
Khan ST3, ASBR, and LB.

During the washout I vented a fair bit of grief. The dog that I share with my ex is coming to the end of her life. Had my heart set on taking her on one more summer vacation, not looking like she’s going to make it that long.

I wouldn’t say it was recon. What I think happened is I projected excess love outside of myself in the form of a pet. It was LoveBomb that helped me realize that.

Either way there is a heart wound that life has brought to the surface in order to be released.

One thing I’ve noticed is my resting heart rate is a few bpm lower the past week or so. Made a couple of minor changes to my diet but nothing crazy. Also been using a 10,000 lux light for 20 min most mornings. I’d say it’s a combination of those 2 things plus having partially released some samskara’s the past 10 days.

April 13 day 10 of 12 listening days.
Khan ST3 15 min,
LB 10 min
ASBR 5 min and….

Tonight new Daredevil 3 min test loop.

Yes I know it’s overexposure but I have a washout coming right up.

Seemed to be getting slight presults regarding my voice. I like to sing in the truck and always had trouble hitting the low note on Down to the Honkeytonk by Jake Owen. Could hit the low note but it was at the end of my low range and just had no volume with it but tonight was the first time I had considerably better volume at the low note.

I’ve been wanting to become a better story teller too so why not give it a try. Will have to get out to Karaoke one of these weekends as well. Did a couple of tunes in Mexico a couple months back and rocked it then too.

Might swap out LB for this next cycle which will be Khan ST4 and ASBR.

So sad to hear this, brother. I had a dog who used to live with my grandmother when I was a kid and cried when she passed away. It was a long time ago but pups are simply God given bundles of love.

Your realizations from this experience are profound. It pushes you in the right direction .

That 3 min test loop of DD the other night backfired as I didn’t get much sleep that night. That why I do my subs first thing in the morning.

Today is day 12 of 12 before washout.
Khan ST3 15 min, DD 15 min. Next cycle Khan ST4/ DD and ASBR with fame in the mix as well.

This morning workout: Flat bench 200 X 19
Pronation curls 2 x 35 x 15. Just started doing those Devon Larrat style. Started with 25.

As a Dallas Cowboys fan I’ve been thinking about their QB situation lately.

Dak Prescott is a top 15 player for sure. He will get you to the playoffs but currently doesn’t have what it takes to make a deep playoff run. His biggest issue is he chokes under pressure. If he could get that same clutch performance ability as Patrick Mahomes he would be top 5. Brock Purdy from 49ers is top 15 also and has good clutch performance in the sense that he doesn’t turn the ball over in pressure situations.

If I were to prescribe a sub stack for Dak my first thought would be Hero Origins and ASBR w/ Fame. He already has the fame, perhaps some more resilience to handle the fame would help. Or maybe a starter stack of LB and Sanguine.

On the other hand they have beefed up their offensive line in the draft and perhaps better protection will help out. Still think he lacks the clutch mentality of a Brady/Mahomes.

Been enjoying new Khan ST4. It might just be my favorite title in all of subclub just by the way it makes me feel.

I feel unstoppable and have my best workouts right after running a shorter loop of it. Thats where the invincibility scripting comes in for me. DD and ASBR also compliment it very well.

One thing I’ve noticed is I tend to get prideful on it bordering on arrogance. Pride is what I call the silent killer, it feels good but can subtly undermine the best of intentions. I’m taking about pride in the form of arrogance, being proud of your kids or other friends and family members is different and I healthy form of pride.

I do feel fearless on it which is exactly what I wanted from Khan from about a year ago well before I ever ran it.

Can see myself sticking with Khan ST4 for multiple cycles, perhaps till the end of the year.

Day 4 of 12.
Khan ST4 15 min
DD 7 min
Primal 7 min.

Workout: Partial range pull-ups 3x10
L-sit pull-ups 1x7.

I like to stick with 2 and sub hop the 3rd title freely. These 3 are another great combo. I don’t know the scripts and haven’t read much of the synergy thread but my guess is DD has a synergy module in it as it was advertised to blend well with any stack. Just my speculation.

Here’s what I like from the Khan copy.

A two-fold function will be developed on ST4 – a complete, true independence, self-sufficiency and self-reliance is created, ensuring that no matter what the situation is, you will be able to handle it. But at the same time, Khan ST4 has extensive social and professional manifestation, helping you expand your network and create powerful strategic connections that advance all your ambitions. Combined, this creates a profound synergistic effect of true independence and yet being able to sway kingdoms with your words and connections.

And from the objectives list.

  • Develop natural leadership qualities and sharpen your strategic planning abilities, planning your conquests and endeavors with the acumen and foresight of a true Khan.
  • Master handling conflicts assertively and effectively, maintaining control and respect in challenging situations.
  • Strengthen your resilience to face challenges head-on, using obstacles as stepping stones towards your personal and professional goals.
  • Enhance your ability to make swift, intuitive decisions, trusting in your inner wisdom and judgment for optimal outcomes.
  • Encourage self-sufficiency and independence, fostering autonomy and a strong sense of self-reliance.
  • Actively expand your social and professional networks, making strategic connections that advance your personal and career ambitions.
  • Align your habits, environment, and relationships with a lifestyle that reflects abundance, success, and an elevated status, embodying the essence of a successful Khan.

On night shift this week.

I’ve been been utilizing the N/S supervisor as a mentor in how to deal with people and also how to present issues to management in the most effective manner. I’ve had a couple of long visits with him this week.

We brainstormed a few ideas regarding an ongoing issue regarding air quality so he wrote an email and sent it to the big bosses with 3 possible solutions to the problem and made it sound like all 3 ideas were mine even though the 3rd idea was his.

This reinforces the motto of taking action to speed up results. The only “action” I initially took was approaching him regarding supervision skills. It’s unknown the after effects of the email sent but at the very least I have learned a lot the past few days and feel meaning, purpose, and momentum.

May 1 day 5 of 12 listening days.
Khan ST4 15 min.
Primal and DD 9 min each.

Workout: Standing OH press 135x8. Decided to not go with 155 due to wrist pain that’s been off and on for awhile.
Pronation curls 3x35x16.
Band push downs 3x20.

These 3 subs seem like a hyper masculine stack for me which is what I want. As long as it doesn’t make me too aggressive which so far it hasn’t. DD helps add social fluidity to Khan and combined with Primal it helps with having fun in general.

If I listen to hard rock on my morning commute I tend to drive more aggressively. It really helps get me fired up for the day but I have to consciously guide patience while driving to hard rock through.
On the way home it’s country to help wind down.

May 9. Listening day 9 of 12
Khan ST4 and DD 15 min each.
ASBR 7 min.

Signed up for an improv class. It runs every Sunday in June. It’s level 1 of 4. Not sure if I will complete all 4 levels. Level 1 should give me an idea.

Doing it to increase my social skills and I felt inspired to try it out from listening to various podcasts. Looking forward to it, should be fun.

Did toastmasters for a year back in 2013/2014. It was good for learning public speaking and getting over the fear of it. The topics were boring after awhile. I did win a speech contest though which was cool.

This short animated film called the Kingdom has some powerful symbolism in it regarding the dark and the light.

Almost makes me want to run something like The Alchemist once it’s updated which hopefully isn’t for awhile as I want to stay on Khan ST4 for a few months at least.

May 10 rest/processing day.
Experienced anger at work for the morning. Was frustrated with the shitty job I was doing. Was thinking I’m better than this shit. After lunch it cleared up and felt better.

May 11: Khan ST4/Chosen 15 min each. DD 7 min.
Workout. LB squat 315x8. Current goal is 315x10.

Overall it’s been a pretty good day. Got out of that same task from yesterday and over to the assembly side. Have had good flow today.

Sometimes I feel trapped in my job. It’s a good paying low stress job but still feel trapped due to mortgage payments. Not hurting for cash just not as well off as I want.

Would love to become location independent and spend more time in Mexico/Latin America especially during the winter. Just unsure how to get to that point just yet. I would have to 10x my stock portfolio to make enough to leave my current position.
