Serafim’s 2026 Journal

Another coincidence. Recently resigned a 3 year fixed mortgage contract. Interest rate dropped from 4.84 to 4.04%. My bi-weekly payment dropped $69.99. New ascension price tag, $69.99. Different currencies but I’m still calling it a coinkydink.

Got the answer from qOS regarding paragon sleep timing with or without name embed Earth.

Answer

Hi there,

Good questions, and the timing dimension here is actually the most important thing to get right.

On Paragon Sleep timing — standalone and embedded:

Paragon Sleep should always be listened to before bed, whether you’re running it standalone or embedded in a name-embed custom with HERO: Earth (or anything else). Its scripting is purpose-built around the evening descent into sleep — the wind-down signal to your nervous system, the identity shift from “not a good sleeper” to someone who trusts the descent, the anchoring of sleep to your actual sleep window. Listening to it in the morning or mid-day pulls those signals out of alignment with the cycle they’re designed to reinforce. Keep it paired with the moment your body is about to rest.

This is true even when it’s embedded in a custom. A custom that contains Paragon Sleep (or a Paragon Sleep core) should be listened to before bed. The fact that HERO: Earth is also in the build doesn’t change the timing — when two scripts live in one audio file, the file gets listened to once, and Paragon Sleep’s timing requirement is the governing constraint.

On whether HERO: Earth suffers from being listened to before bed:

It doesn’t. HERO: Earth (the Stage 1 Earth element of HERO: The Light That Blinds) doesn’t have a daytime-only timing requirement. The subconscious integrates its scripting regardless of when you listen — subliminal integration isn’t dependent on being awake during listening. You might consciously notice HERO: Earth’s effects during your waking hours (embodied presence, grounding, physical awareness), but the scripting is delivered to the subconscious at listening time and integrated from there. So embedding it with Paragon Sleep and listening before bed is a clean setup — you get both scripts working, with the timing aligned to Paragon Sleep’s requirement without harming HERO: Earth’s effectiveness.

On morning listening and drowsiness:

I’d advise against morning PS listening regardless of drowsiness risk. Even if it didn’t make you drowsy during the day, it would dilute Paragon Sleep’s effectiveness by disconnecting its scripting from your actual sleep context. The wind-down identity work, the evening descent scripting, the body’s anticipation signal — these all want to be anchored to the moment you actually sleep. Morning listening breaks that anchor. So the answer isn’t “try it and see if you get drowsy” — it’s “don’t do it, because the title works best paired with the sleep window regardless of how you’d feel during the day.”

On shift work:

This actually simplifies once you hold the rule clearly: Paragon Sleep should be listened to before your main sleep window, whenever that falls in your schedule. If you’re on nights and sleeping during the day, listen before your daytime sleep. If you’re on days and sleeping at night, listen before your nighttime sleep. The scripting cares about the sleep window, not about clock time. Your shift schedule doesn’t require you to listen in the morning — it just shifts when “before bed” actually is.

For the day-off experiment you mentioned: I wouldn’t use your days off to test morning PS listening, because the outcome won’t help you decide how to run it during shift weeks. A cleaner experiment for shift work adaptability is running PS before whichever sleep window you’re entering next — testing whether it supports your sleep quality across a rotating schedule.

On your note about trouble sleeping when listening to titles before bed:

This is worth flagging. Most users find Paragon Sleep uniquely fine to listen to right before bed precisely because its scripting is designed for that context. If you’ve found other titles keep you activated in the evening, that’s a real pattern — but Paragon Sleep is the one title where that pattern is less likely to apply. Start with a very short microloop (5-15 seconds) for your first few listens and let your system calibrate. If you find it supports sleep, gradually increase; if it activates you, shorten further or add more wind-down buffer before lying down.

Best regards, Quintessence Support Team

Finished last night shift Monday night. Flew home Tuesday morning. Had a nap on the bus on way to airport. Slept 2.5 hours yesterday for a nap.

Listened to The Stabalizer and Summertime with a micro loop of WDB upon awakening then paragon sleep before bed. Slept last night from 11:00 to 7:30 straight through. This was by far the best sleep I’ve had on nights in decades. The changeover went very smooth as well.

Been trading less frequently the past couple months. Will post monthly investing cashflow for now.

April TFSA cashflow: $537.35
April Margin cashflow: $574.06

Total monthly investing cashflow $1111.41 USD.

Got caught up in a crypto scam but managed to make a profit and get out.

Story Time

A lady on linked in messaged me. After some back and forth she suggested to migrate over to WhatsApp. We chatted quite a bit over the course of a few months.

She showed me how to set up accounts at Newton Exchange, OnChain, and Curve DAO. The first 2 are legit sites. The curve DAO site was a scam site with binary options trading as low as 30 second intervals for 8% gain if you chose the correct direction.

I placed a few trades as per her signals or should I say her aunts “analysis team”. All in all I deposited 2500 CAD and withdrew 3880 CAD for a profit of $1355 or 54% in 2 months.

That’s how they build trust is a few winning trades and successful withdrawals then they escalate with wanting you to deposit more and more till they decide to pull the rug out. The next recommendation was that I needed 10 grand USD to capitalize on these “rare signals”

The whole time it felt off. Like my gut intuition was scream at me that something wasn’t right. Each 30 second trade has a countdown and shows the price in real time. One of the later trades went the wrong way and should have been a loser but still showed an 8% win. That’s when I knew for sure something was off. Then both GROK and Chat GPT confirmed it. She walked me through the first withdrawal process. Then I withdrew the rest, shortly after was the call to deposit 10K. That’s when I blocked her and took the money and ran.

The 1355 CAD converted to USD is $997 so if we include that then April investing cashflow was $2108.76 USD total but that was a one off and a good learning experience. The $997 would fall under cap gains.

Mid month market/investing update.

Semi monthly cashflow from may 1-15
Margin: 1161.55
TFSA: 1097.57
Total: $2259.12 USD.

Great first half so far. Market has had quite the run the past 6 weeks. Looks to be topping out. May see a slight correction the next week or 2.

I have a short position on the semi conductor’s. I was too early with it, needs to sell off more to be in the profit at this point. May dump half the position for a loss by end of June if the semi’s keep rallying.

Was finally able to hit 405x5 on squats last week. Hit 365x8 after. Next target is 365x10.

Bench press is lagging due do left shoulder pain. May have to lay off the heavy benching for a bit. Was hitting it heavy twice every second week. Used board press for my second bench workout to take some strain off the shoulders.

Current stack is The Stabalizer, Rich Trader custom, and paragon earth sleep during work days for 1 min.

Days off I swap PES for a romance title. Last month it was WDB, last days off was WB. I’d say WB is more sexually intense, line jackhammer ramrod sex. My personality in intense also.

The sex is still very good on dream boy, more in tune with my partners sensations I would say. On WB she put my hand on her vagina and then came faster than usual. In terms of attraction WB is hard to beat.

Have more social activities this days off and want to test Primal as the romance title.

So far The Stabalizer is doing its thing yet it’s hard to express in words. Just feel more grounded and, well stable haha. It’s not a flashy title by any means but it will make the flashy titles flashier after fixing the energy leaks.

Semi monthly update for second half of May.

TFSA: 309.58
Margin: 175.55
Total $485.13.

Sold half my SOXS position for a loss. Total loss of -$4305 or just over 50%. Was short semi conductors with too large of a position. With half the size I can let it ride for a few months. This is a capital loss and I don’t usually calculate it against my cashflow that I sell options for. Same with cap gains. Other positions are up to make up for the loss.

The Mental Information Mastery module in the rich trader custom is guiding me to stop listening to everyone else’s opinion on YouTube even though I do find some of them entertaining.

Tested Primal as my romance title last days off. It wasn’t as strong socially as I wanted. The sex was awesome, just as good as with WB. WDB is very good for sex, WB and Primal are top tier for me. Will most likely rotate WBD next days off to retest.

Last big squat workout was 3x365x5, wasn’t feeling like pushing it for higher reps that day. Bench press I managed to hit 265x6, not my best ever but one of the best rep maxes of recent times. Best ever rep maxes for bench were 280x6 and 300x3 around the same time.

For subs I’ve been running a 3 day washout every 14 days. 6 sub days then skip the 7th every other day. 3 day washout after today then one more mini cycle of ASC ST1-Rich Trader Custom and Paragon/Earth sleep-Swapped for romance title on days off. Will look to start ascension ST2 after one more mini cycle, then 5-6 mini cycles with ST2

Came across this article about the book psycho cybernetics, the Matt Furey edition with prompts for journaling. I haven’t journaled in a couple months and listened to this one on audio a decade ago.

Although my stack is planned in advance, I think Minds Eye would pair vary well with this book.

Speaking of stack, I snuck in a micro loop of ASC ST2 and I liked the way I felt after. Will be starting ST2 for this next mini 14 daycycle.

Mid month investment summary June 1-15.

Margin cashflow: $588.59
TFSA: no cashflow trades. Had an IONQ 55 call get called away. Cost basis was 33.76 for a cap gains profit of $2080.88.

Worked nights last week. Just got home this morning. During the past 2 sub days I swapped the rich trader custom for ASRDF custom (ASBR-C&C). Both days I played it I experienced frustration at work.

Can’t blame it all on the sub as it was work situations that I found very aggravating. Also threw in a 30 second loop of Hero:Water. Tough to say how the situation would have played out had I just stuck to rich trader custom instead. Sleep was still on point.

This days off I’m taking a break from ASC ST2 and Rich trader in favor of a sextastic stack of Khan ST4, WDB, and Diamond. Ran 3 min test loop after my post night shift 2 hour nap and had a short intense sex session where I stopped before the pleasure past the point of no return .

I’m building a custom out of those 3 cores and want to test the cores out this week via 3 sub days. 1st sub day already off to a good start. Will post the modules once I finalize the build. Awaiting my discount badge and one more reply from qOS.

Will resume ASC ST2 and Rich trader custom next week at work following 3 day washout.
