Day 3 of washout.
Candito workout week 2 day 1:
Squat 325x10 (tied all time 10 rep max, 1 breath per rep)
4 sets of 330x3 reps.

Workout called for 5 sets of 3 with 60 seconds rest. I did 4 with 2 min rest. Felt 50 lbs heavier than the 10 rep set. Skipped the deadlift portion today.

Squat is back to my all time highs. Bench is still 25-30 pounds off. Deadlift I’m not too concerned with at this time.

Had 3 days off between workouts. Haven’t slept the greatest lately. I think I pushed the previous 2 workouts too much for a workday which puts me into fight of flight mode when I can’t sleep enough. Today is last workday then a week off so don’t mind pushing it on last day.

Have a 3 month supply of Midnight Alchemy tincture deep sleep formula from lost empire herbs to try out. Normally I wake up in the night to pee once then can’t get back to sleep without a 50mg gravol. Will try this tincture instead. Skipped the gravol last night and got up at 3:00 instead.

Yesterday was sub day 1: Hero Earth/Wanted 6 min each. TS/IC custom 3 min. Had thanksgiving dinner, was a lot of fun with plenty of laughs.

Today sub day 1.5. Hero Earth/Wanted 1 min each.

Workout week 2 day 2: Bench press 215x10, 230x8, 245x7. Accessories included 1 arm dumbbell row, seated dumbbell shoulder press, lat pull-down, hammer curls and OH dumbell ext.

Just received my Aeon ST4/Hero:Earth custom. Played 1 min of that too. Will test it solo tomorrow.

Yesterday after my 1 min loop of custom I had a 2 hour nap. Was sleep deprived so can’t say the custom made me tired. Last nights sleep was fantastic.

Today sub day 2: Aeon/Earth custom 7 min solo. Feel grounded so far. Next workout is Friday for big squat day, it will be a new 10 rep max if I can get all 10. Have to get at least 7, if not then I back down the max poundage for the rest of the weeks. Will have to monitor my left quad as I tweaked it 6 weeks ago. Re tweaked it Sunday during the last set of 3. Feels ok now, will have to warmup a bit extra.

Squat 335x10 lifetime 10 rep PR!
10 sets of 325x3.
Skipped deadlift portion.

One of the most punishing squat workouts I’ve ever done. The most brutal in this 6 week block for sure.

Sub day 4 yesterday. Aeon Earth custom/Wanted 7 min each. PR 3 min.

Candito workout week 2, day 4: bench press 2x245x7. Same reps as last week.

Today workout week 2 day 5: Bench press 230x10.

Will start week 3 next week. Will do less intense workouts for this week of work.

Sub day 5. Aeon-Earth custom 7 min. EOG ST4/Wanted 4 min each.

Slept poorly. Read the copy and forum posts on the new Regen thread. So I bought it and ran 3 min along with Hero Earth for day 5.5. Also woke up with tight upper back.

First thing I noticed is I was more calm than usual during my commute which is short and frustrating at times.

Had some downtime at work and did 30 min of Qi Gong. Took an in person class of 2 one hour sessions.

Smart thing to do would be take 2 days washout. Perhaps 7 min of the custom is too much for work days.

Sub day 6: Earth/DR Regen 30 seconds each.

Slept good, upper back tightness 50% better.

Having thoughts on what an ultimate money beliefs annihilator custom would be.

Will commence 2 processing days.

Workout: Squat 315x5, 3x185x3 speed reps. Candito week 3 starts Wednesday, want one more bench workout in before.

This has been a stellar month so far investing wise with a week left to go. Market hit fresh all time highs with inflation coming in as expected. It’s been creeping up lately, wouldn’t be surprised to see the Fed revise their target from 2% to 3%. Toastmasters speech this Monday.

Processing day:
Workout: Bench press 225x5, 245x5, 245x8
Pull up 3x5
JM press 90x10, 2x115x10

The last 2 bench workouts with 245 I failed on the 8th rep, today I failed on the 9th. Good progress as I didn’t use any bouncing of the bar. My sticking point is about 4” from bottom. Perhaps more board press work would help

Sub day 7 after 2 days off:
Aeon/Earth Custom- DR Regen 3 min each.
EOG ST4/HOM 1 min each.

Workout standing shoulder press 175x5. Previously 175x3 last month. Great progress and close to lifetime 5 rep max. I know I’ve done 175x5 before, not sure I’ve done more than that. Would have to look through old logs from 8-10 years ago.

Gave toastmasters speech, went against 2 senior members, didn’t win best speaker this time. I felt mine was more interesting and I didn’t use notes, other 2 speakers did. Oh well such is life, can’t win ‘em all.

Had a massage today, got upper back worked on and some elbow pain that showed up, strained from JM press, straight bar curls also irritate it.

Finished The Chosen series. On to Medici series, great so far hence my short loop of HOM today.
