Day 3 of washout.
Candito workout week 2 day 1:
Squat 325x10 (tied all time 10 rep max, 1 breath per rep)
4 sets of 330x3 reps.
Workout called for 5 sets of 3 with 60 seconds rest. I did 4 with 2 min rest. Felt 50 lbs heavier than the 10 rep set. Skipped the deadlift portion today.
Squat is back to my all time highs. Bench is still 25-30 pounds off. Deadlift I’m not too concerned with at this time.
Had 3 days off between workouts. Haven’t slept the greatest lately. I think I pushed the previous 2 workouts too much for a workday which puts me into fight of flight mode when I can’t sleep enough. Today is last workday then a week off so don’t mind pushing it on last day.
Have a 3 month supply of Midnight Alchemy tincture deep sleep formula from lost empire herbs to try out. Normally I wake up in the night to pee once then can’t get back to sleep without a 50mg gravol. Will try this tincture instead. Skipped the gravol last night and got up at 3:00 instead.
