When deciding which products to work on, it was obvious that he should be the one, primarily because I too want to benefit from the lessons he’s discovered in remaining relaxed.

And make no mistake, he has taken on the art of relaxation as a craft, meaning he literally studies relaxation and the mind as a science.

This will probably help me out so much. I have always been would super tightly or high strung and impulsive. Learning how to relax will definitely help in becoming more patient and becoming a more long term thinker and planner

Yeah I’m curious about that one myself. I get the impression from what I’ve read that Love Bomb is the one to run for loving yourself. It will be fascinating to see how this is expanded on. I don’t think I have ever known anyone who genuinely Loves themselves.

I know a few people in real life and I can read some people here who you can think they love themselves a lot.
Love bomb for humanity people say it is already very good but I am onto self love up to the max. So I am genuinely curious of what they will do.

I would argue though, Love Bomb is not really about self-love. It’s more… everyone loves you, including yourself.

Being able to relax seems to me to be one of the most important skills for self-improvement. Or maybe life in general.
