My personal approach, based on running Phoenix for two months, is running the sub for at least two months. If I cannot make that commitment for whatever reason I just go with a sub I can commit to for at least that period of time.
It applies to stages as well, so at least two months for each stage.

I even ran EOG st1 for three months and I think I read of someone running quantum limitless st1 for 9 months.

Did you find that Khan stage 1 over powered the other majors in your stack ?
I have noticed as well that results are really starting to become noticeable after 2 cycles of exposure. There are some stuff going on in the first cycle for sure but it really startes to shine during and after the second cycle

While doing stage 1 tih WTP i almost didn’t feel WTP but on the washout and after the results from it were noticeable

Even something as easy as reading “The 48 Laws of Power” and “The 33 Strategies of War” caused huge shifts in my social game and the way I deal with people massively. That’s very interesting. Perhaps this kind of scripting (like in TWTP) that helps you understand the “principles” on the deeper levels could be applied to every sub. I was just amazed how quickly I adapted the lessons from the books to my unique personality and way of being, and started applying those laws and strategies intuitively.
