Or you simply outsource the skilled tasks and you take care of the strategy… Trying to learn everything before taking action leads to never taking action. I’ve been guilty of that. I should have outsourced some of those tasks and kept on moving.

I have identified 4 key areas of processes I need to get built. After that I can separate myself from marketing 99%. This will allow me to move on to build the future of the business. The goal is to get all that handled before Xmas.
I have already done the key hirings to allow me to do that.
Do we have a timeframe when this will be released? I cannot wait for their arrival!

It’s all the new titles. Nothing else has been upgraded to ZP2 Max. Customs are inbetween ZP2 Max & ZP3.
