Noticing some dominance. It’s weird it’s like really obvious to me now when in days past I just sort of understood it as a mystical energy field rather than actual behaviours you could point to and say “that there is a display of dominance”
Maybe I should keep running this stack. I don’t know but I’m leaning in that direction

Even tho you’re getting results, the fact that you thinking of changing something is just reconciliation, work pass it an you will see a breakthrough

Yes I took a week off during this stack

Well less loops looks like the best option
I’m already only running one loop a day. One day on, then one day off
If your not running anything on you days off then I would recommend giving it sometime for some results, also take some more action toward your goals
