Yes and this is a thing that isnt so good. Because everyone is different and what works for one person won’t work for another.
Fibre is definitely needed. Don’t ask me how I know lol.
That said, I’ll try getting rid of the veggies first. But the carbs I need. I will literally die without them. My metabolism is so high I don’t put on weight and my body will eat itself. Like I said: different problem. My problem is I need to gain weight. Opposite of your problem, so I don’t think your solution will fix my problem. As they say “to a man with a hammer, every problem looks like a nail”
Additionally, it may be an omega 6 to omega 3 imbalance caused by me no longer taking my fish oil capsules and taking more veggies
