I recently listened to some old songs from Three Days Grace. I mean the song “I hate everything about you” kinda gives it away, but all of them are literally hating on partners and ex-partners.
I like the music, but it occurred to me, “why do I put this in my mind?”
As much as I love Marvel Movies and Marvel Snap, one must be clear what message these movies portray.
Hero story? Sure.
But deeper goes the overpopulation and “humans are bad for the universe” message.
I almost always listen to music without any singing and therefore any lyrics, in my background.
Like various focus, and concentration music when I am doing something at work or for my own benefit.
When I want to chill and not do anything important, or just read I have a tendency to listen to chill, jazz, lofi music.
Sometimes I even listen to fireplace like this one
or rain, nature sounds.
An alternative that i also do is listen to songs in a language that i don’t understand. Their voices become like another instrument in the song instead of lyrics.

The same reason I love well made movie sound tracks.

I’ve been down the road of only high vibe or positive music before. Idk it feels too restrictive to me, like when people deny their shadow. Admittedly gangster rap is in my rotation a lot. But I see it as another person telling a story and their experiences, I don’t try to relate lol.
Would anyone be willing to discuss this more in another thread? I think there’s more nuance to it that will inevitably derail saint’s journal more.

@SaintSovereign Is it possible to build in subs to develop an ability to detect other sub club users in daily life? Like through subconscious communication or something? Like you get a intuitive ping where you lock eyes and just know type scenario?

Honestly, some of us were worried that something bad happened to you. Or you were injured. You know the world can be really cruel sometimes.
So the reason why he left the forum for so long was you
