I’m noticing that I’m having to consciously unclench my jaw this morning. It feels like I’m subconsciously preparing myself for some impact.
It’s similar to but not quite the same as what I’ve called ‘the Looming’ in previous journals.

I have been put on administrative leave at my job due to a couple of fradulent gift card transactions a few days ago.
Besides the embarrassment (it’s no small amount) and humiliation, I’m over it. I’m looking for other jobs in the interim.
I was getting tired of working in that capacity anyway.
No, I haven’t been officially let go.

I didn’t get anything from my first loop of GLM that others reported with the initial loop.
With New Wanted though, a couple of minutes in something relaxed in my forehead and I felt minor pleasure/joy.
I feel more relaxed near the end of this loop.
Literally no feeling of processing; I feel lighter than when I started cognitively.
