@RVconsultant If I remember correctly you made a custom Ultima with Paragon, Dreams, Dream Traveler and Deep Sleep.
Can you comment on your findings with this combo? Is your sleep good?
I´m about to make a similar custom, but my sleep suffers a bit when I use DreamsU.
Thank you. I was experimenting with it helping me sleep. It did seem to help.
It might make sense that DreamsU could cause some difficulties. I can’t listening to Ultimas after about 2 pm. However, I could listen to my custom with DreamsU. I wish I had an simple answer for you.

Thanks for the input. I know that Paragon knocks me out good so combining it with Dreams and Deep Sleep might be a good recipe.

Oh sweet! I was curious on what kind of stack you’re running and what your current goals are, if you’re willing to share them.
Your curiosity is understandable. I run customs. However I rarely disclose what I’m running because just because I do it, doesn’t mean you should. As an example, I got impatient and jumped to stage 4 of Dragon Reborn. Although the healing results were great, the distress I experienced for 2 months was awful.
