Ordered some new face care products. Very excited to give them a go. Spoke with my esthetician friend to find out the best order of product use.

I’m going to start exfoliating more too.

I was getting a bit lazy (my standard of lazy :sweat_smile:) which didn’t feel good. Just washing face with a facecloth in morning wasn’t doing much for me.

Stepping up my self care routine once again.

I’ve started adding one drop of tea tree oil to my toothpaste at bedtime brushing. Taking my time with flossing and using natural mouth wash again.

Started thinking of the possibility of wearing makeup again on occasion for fun. Play with dressing more dark feminine like. Spice things up.
Maybe.

Maybe you can search for retinal products.
Not RetinOl but RetinAl. Retinal is more efficient than retinol.
I recommended this kind of product to my female colleague and after she started using it she told me that people complimented her skin and even in a bar they wanted to check her ID. She is slightly over 30.
Retinol, Retinal, Tretinoids … all of them are very well known for their effectiveness on the skin.

Glutathione is also great for anti aging youthful glowing skin.

I tried Glutathione several times, but it seems to make me more nervous, maybe due to too many antioxidants.

I don’t use anything anymore but I recall this brand working very well out of anything else I ever tried.

I also heard daily classic sun screen is very good for your skin from multiple sources. You might want to look into that.

Many stuff, also some things from the Niod line. I am not complaining.
But since I am using many things I can not say what is exactly working and how.

I love the support people have for each other here !

I used the ordinary before. My skin has changed for the better but I feel gross if I don’t wash my face everyday. It’s more as part of a spiritual practice. (Sadhana) The “cleaner” the product the better. Just feels good to scrub my face. Fresh and clean. :grinning:

Purify and cleanse away any impurities.

Day 10 ~ rEsT dAy

Enjoyed my morning self care routine. My face feels so soft right now. :grinning:

Had 2 successful reiki sessions.

Going to get myself some yummy lunch.

I decided to make a super “healthy” parfait for before my back to back sessions.

Having a lot of introspection about right meow…

Had a really good chat with my friend earlier who also listens to Seductress and LBFH. She isn’t very active here but we talk often about what’s going on with this journey. Nice to know some people on a personal level who are here too. She’s adding Stark to her stack. :smirk:

Edit: don’t really remember my dreams. That’s nice for a change. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes::grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes::grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Edit: sad recon has commenced at 4pm est. :sweat_smile: Read some stuff on here about businesses online and marketing stuff. I’ll just sit in my sad recon for a while and let it flow.

Don’t remember much of my dreams. Felt pretty agitated yet non reactive today. Noticed and sat with my feelings.

My skin is feeling so soft since bringing back my morning and night skincare routine.
