For panica attacks I know that alternate nostril breathing is very helpful, when i do it, i feel zero anxiety and almost high euphoric feeling. It always great for sleep
LBFH might help you with all above, some titles are start working better when you work on deeper level as self-love and healing, so there will be solid foundation

People who cant visualize at all have a “condition” known as Aphantasia. Aphantasia is a relatively new phenomenon in science, and I wont go into its science in this version of the document, maybe added later. I will copy paste techniques for techniques visualization for people who cant visualize from a website called UnchainMyBrain:
Recall: Recall a recent dream \ memory and begin describing that dream out loud even if you cant see it. Describe the scene from memory. Keep describing and soon you’ll find images appearing on your mental movie screen.
After-Image: Look at a candle (or any other not too bright light source). Stare at it for a few seconds and then close your eyes.
You’ll see an after-image of that light source. Begin describing that image and it’ll soon change and transform, grow in clarity.
Eye-Touch: Gently, I mean very gently, press with your fingertips onto your closed eyes. After a few seconds, you’ll perceive some color sensations. Remove your fingers from your eyes, and begin describing these color sensations.
The amount of time it takes to develop a mind eye for people with Aphantasia is unknown.
But i think its better for laer as now you should balance rest and panic thing and not overload yourself
