I dont see people really judging in negative way here, just trying to help really.
For panica attacks I know that alternate nostril breathing is very helpful, when i do it, i feel zero anxiety and almost high euphoric feeling. It always great for sleep

LBFH might help you with all above, some titles are start working better when you work on deeper level as self-love and healing, so there will be solid foundation

I have been listening to the subs at full volume where I can hear everything.

People who cant visualize at all have a “condition” known as Aphantasia. Aphantasia is a relatively new phenomenon in science, and I wont go into its science in this version of the document, maybe added later. I will copy paste techniques for techniques visualization for people who cant visualize from a website called UnchainMyBrain:

Recall: Recall a recent dream \ memory and begin describing that dream out loud even if you cant see it. Describe the scene from memory. Keep describing and soon you’ll find images appearing on your mental movie screen.

After-Image: Look at a candle (or any other not too bright light source). Stare at it for a few seconds and then close your eyes.
You’ll see an after-image of that light source. Begin describing that image and it’ll soon change and transform, grow in clarity.
Eye-Touch: Gently, I mean very gently, press with your fingertips onto your closed eyes. After a few seconds, you’ll perceive some color sensations. Remove your fingers from your eyes, and begin describing these color sensations.
The amount of time it takes to develop a mind eye for people with Aphantasia is unknown.

But i think its better for laer as now you should balance rest and panic thing and not overload yourself

Dont listen to your subliminal at full volume. Listen to them at a comfortable level if your listening to masked version.

As a tip just listen to a normal youtube video where you find it comfortable and then at that same volume listen to the subliminal

Also to check if your having recon you will notice symptons like anger/tiredness even after sleeping enough hours

And also vivid dreams and nightmares

Welcome to the internet man its toxic and people just give horrible advice lol even on this forum, you can ask what sub should i listen to get a job and someone would recommend a romance subliminal (happened to me lol), opening a ticket is a good place to ask as someone like fire one of the creators of the subliminals will answer you

When I am tired after listening, I interpret that as a sign to listen to the subliminals for fewer minutes. So if I listen to a title for 5 minutes and I feel tired, then the next listening day, I listen to the title for 3 minutes. This is how to find a sweet spot. Does that answer your question in a way to help you?

When listening to the masked version, listen to it so you can hear the water. You don’t have to hear everything.

When listening to ultrasonics, listen only on speakers.

You could calibrate a volume with the masked so you can hear the water at a comfortable level, and use that as a volume level for the ultrasonic, but only over a speaker. Best to double check with a program like Frequensee.

Visualizing isn’t mandatory for the subliminals to work.

Learning new things associated with your objectives should help. That’s one thing people mean when they say “take action”.

Couple of things… as I have said before.
I don’t dream… never… over 20 years… never dream
I am not tired… and I sleep only about 6hrs a day… its been this way for years.
even if I go to sleep early… I just sit there and toss and turn…
worry… about stuff.

only use masked versions.

I have Mogul and RICH… that was what I started with.
After taking to SaintSovereign, we moved to Limitless and I have added LBFH.
He wanted me to leave Mogul/RICH for now and leave time for it will integrate.
He wants me to do this for 30 days, then move back to Mogul/RICH.
I need funds… even now, I received an email about something I need to pay tomorrow, but no way to pay it. Very close to losing where I live now.

As mentioned, before, I was doing the 15mins. “No” to what you guys call recon happening.
Wasnt tired, wasn’t anything. no difference for 1 and a 1/2 full cycles.
no changes in sleep, no changes in mood, just down, unhappy, stressed all the time…
but this has been the same for years, so I suppose, if and when changes come, it will take a long time.
Tried your AfterImage stuff… see nothing… no after image…just black…
even with tests years ago, even if I look at a flash, I get no after image.

I honestly don’t understand why anyone would use them anyway.
I imagine in the old days, when people had to do multiple loops a day, they run Ultrasonics while sleeping. Thats what I was told years ago. That to me would make sense, but now with a 3min loop, once on the loop day, and then a day off, I find it strange its still a consideration for use. Doesnt make sense, especially when its only 3mins, even with multiple subs… possible 6mins.
If you cant find 6mins of time during the day… that would be weird.

Also, read through Day 15: For Those Without Hope Masterclass… and essentially feel like that.
Had major trauma early in life that lasted for more than 10 years… so, don’t put much faith in anything. In saying this, I acknowledge it may take longer to effect me. A lot of darkness inside.

Imho first there should be emotional healing in here. I’d made LBFH as primary sub , which might help mogul and rich to unfold. Possibly changes happening, but you are stonewalling due to deep emotional turmoil. As for example, when I tried to add and concentrate on healing sub for awhile, it helped to the other title “seductress” to bloom. I had much of trauma too. Its my guess and I am not that much experienced in subs yet, so input of advanced users would be very helpful

For dealing with his really stressful situation I would run Sanguine to get calm and rock solid internally and Limitless to figure out some way of tackling the whole situation. Sanguine is just amazing at doing its job. However, given that he really cannot afford Sanguine I would stick to what Saint recommended, that is Limitless and LBFH he has already added to his stack.

I thought you meant that you read Day 1 through 15, rather than meaning you read Day 15.

If you read through all 28, then I think you have read them all.

Isnt Sanguine much like Limitless?

No, Sanguine is about being grounded and Limitless about a cognitive boost. However, it may be that EmpD and Limitless is an optimal solution to your misery.
