Honestly, I feel like I’ve extracted 0 benefit.
After the first period, I thought I would give it proper time to settle in and just keep going and see what happens. But I am dissapointed. I feel as though I’ve gotten no positive response whatsoever, no tangible benefits at all. I’ve basically just going through routine, and listening as outlined for best practices and about to finish the 4th 21 days of listening.
I’m not discounting anyone’s experience, but wondering why I got no results at all. I know people suggest journaling and taking massive action and all that (and I’ve done some of that), but I would logically think that after this much time dedicated to this program, I would see something. I was pondering if I can attribute any success to adding this to my routine, and I can safely say, I’ve seen no tangible difference at all.
I’ve consciously allowed for some more time between the 21 days, between listening sessions, just to give my brain a break, avoid any reconciliation etc. but it makes no difference at all for me. I’m pretty disappointed. I’m probably going to try another brand of products from another creator and see if there is any difference…
has any of you guys had a similar experience?
