Good morning brothers, I have a problem with self-sabotage in relationships, related to insecurities, and I always sabotage the relationship that ends up coming to an end, can Emperror help me or would some other Sub be better?

If youāre specifically trying to address your tendency to sabotage relationships, Iām not really sure why you want to run Emperor out of all things.
It sounds like your problem is more with your insecurities than anything else, where do your insecurities stem from? Perhaps running Ascension instead would be a better place to start.
If you only want to address your tendency to sabotage relationships, Iād go for a romance sub with a healing component, Lovebomb or Primal perhaps.

Start with ascension for a good base, perhaps stack it with rebirth for some healing and then after a couple months get on emperor

One thing in regards to self sabotage in relationships. Iām very familiar with this. For me personally I learned that I do this because deep down I feel I donāt deserve love, intimacy, a gf, sex etc so I self sabotage. When you feel unworthy of something when you get the thing you say you want you will sabotage it

Actually, and Iād like others opinions on this, Iād recommend using Heartsong as I believe it has healing in it towards stuff in regards to relationships.
I could be wrong however. Maybe @Billions (I may have the wrong person) can talk about it more?
Someone has definitely used it so Iām unsure if I have the wrong person or not.

Ascension would be the best choice. This will help build the foundation to advance to more dense subs such as Emperor, Stark, and many others. Ascension will help with all that youāve stated.
You can do a stack along these lines:
Regeneration + Ascension
Regeneration: Because there might be something mental causing you to self-sabotage, this will help heal what is leading you to do it.
Ascension: To improve yourself over all.

It could, but why go for a sub that will beat you down into a pulp as your first sub? Iād say start smaller with something like Ascension or Primal, LB or HS like Brandon suggested.

Khan stage one donāt be compared to DR just because it isnāt gentle

Itās not about side effects, itās about intensity of the experience of the subliminal. Khanās first stage is called total breakdown for a reason, itās supposed to completely break you down psychologically and make you realize all of your faults. It will take all the faults that youāve realized you have, and proceed to shove it down your throat while creating a feeling inside of you of wanting to take action to address those faults.
Itās been said by so many people that Khan Stage 1 is one of the most intense subs, even for the most experienced members of the forum. Why go through that with your first ever sub when you can try something else that will help you significantly, while still giving you a good feeling of yourself? Thatās why I recommend Ascension especially.

Emperor is not the right sub for your goal. Iād recommend Heartsong or Love Bomb.

Well the sub that you would use to ārebuildā yourself after going through the ātotal breakdownā is Khan Stage 2.
Khan is a multistage sub, with 4 different stages or levels. It begins with the total breakdown that I had described, and stage 2 is total reprogramming which is what you would use to build yourself back up from within. Stage 3 is total action, which will take your newly programmed self and push you towards the goals you had with running the sub and then stage 4 is what you would run to maintain the effects (itās the other stages but without the healing component).
Because thereās a set plan from beginning to end, people like recommending it. I personally am not a fan of recommending multistagers to beginners because it requires commitment, which is not guaranteed from someone who has never ran subs before. And because it puts you through the fire from the beginning for awhile, I wouldnāt want a beginner to have a wrong impression of what subs are for, which is ultimately to better your self and your life. Thatās why I would recommend Ascension, and why I often refer to Ascended Mogul as the best sub that anyone can use.

no, this is my first time hearing this, its marketed as an alternate approach to healing.
itās also literally the introduction program of a multi stage that requires very little prequisite and is self serving in itās scope
