No, four different audio files, that’s why it’s more expensive.
And as for your other question, I can’t really tell you. When you know, you will know. Most have said it will take about 45 days. I personally would prefer to run each stage for 3 months, but I’m also more conservative than most.

Mate no it has never ever ever ever been marketed as an advanced program in all my two years of being here until this thread
It is an alternate style to healing and was the first program I ever ran and it was smooth as hell in what it did
This thread is the first time since joining ANYONE has ever claimed it to be an advanced program

The one healing program here that isn’t beginner friendly is DR. And khan in abs of itself is a self reliant program so you can search far and wide on the forums and will rarely ever see someone ask “I heard khan stage 4 is a beast and not good for newbies, what do?” And someone reply “run ascension”
Their answer 95% of the time is “run khan stage 1 followed by 2 followed by 3 and then you’re ready

I once said previously that heartsong heals relationships, but relationships are nothing more than a coming together of two individuals… if one or both individuals are broken, the relationship will be broken and impossible to heal, because it’s parts are broken.
Therefore, before healing the relationship, you need to heal the individual. So heartsong is not at this stage at this time for this person. If two decently healed people are trying to heal or manifest a relationship, THEN you play heartsong IMO.
The key word is insecurity.
And what KIND of insecurities will determine everything…
The user isn’t saying he has insecurities with STRANGERS or with cold approaching…
He’s saying that once he is IN the relationship, then he has insecurities.
Primal and Khan are more about meeting women and being socially fearless… although Khan ST1 could certainly have some benefit, it’s notoriously known to be better for generating new relationships as opposed to keeping them and having them be loving and harmonious. It is an effective sub but doesnt seem to meet these specific goals 100%.
For the healing of insecurities, the best sub will be Wanted.
What are you insecure about? Doesn’t it ultimately come down to being left in favour of someone else… being the less wanted man? Not being good enough? Not being loveable? Being unwanted?
Not only does Wanted directly help make you more desireable, wanted, and make people more clingly to you to assure you they’d never leave you, but it also works directly on self talk so that you know with every fiber of your being that you are indeed a Wanted man.
Wanted seems like your best bet. Maybe mix in Chosen for general positivity and social fluidity, it’s a great inner/outer game combo sub for people that need more confidence and a reduction in anxiety. I much prefer recommending Chosen over Ascension in most cases these days.

With that being said, Emperor could ABSOLUTELY help you. Playing Emperor saved my relationship, and it worked on me as an individual to become much stronger… and in that strength, I found that I could always be loving and compassionate and nothing anyone said could take me out of that frame.
When you look at a relationship as two individuals who need to be healed, then Emperor, Wanted, Chosen, Ascension, even Khan ST1 all make perfect sense. Emperor ZP specifically had a warmth to it, whereas emp qv2 would be bad for harmonious relationships, is more focused on dominance. Just like how Khan is very focused on dominance… and its healing often helps you heal everything that needs to be healed around dominance specifically

well, khan stage 1 doesn’t clean sweep everything. It generally takes out things that come in your way that are truly stopping you.
It was my first sub ever and it was very smooth and not too cerebral
this is coming from a guy who ran wanted 1 year and 6 months into my subclub journey and STILL mistook slight changes that were towards the better, for ACTUAL recon and anxiety and helplessness.
guys all im saying is, calm down, density and complexity is not the same as roughness
it can be a very simple program that is very rough. That’s all I’m saying
Khan stage 2 is considered a moderately complex script, whereas Khan stage 4 IS DEFINITELY a complex and advanced sub
Khan stage 1 is by far the lightest of all Khan stages, but isn’t very easy to endure.
even a beginner can tell that it is paving forward, and won’t fall into recon’s tricks.

Alright I can see what you’re saying and agree with it in part. Sometimes beginners can ease theirbway into Khan SR1 by listenin to it for a long time, which would mean its a good foundation builder
Still think Wanted is the best bet for what he’s struggling with
