Anyone practicing Joa Dispenza meditations at the moment?

What are your experiences @Lion ?

I got interested into Joe’s meditations listening the Become Supernatural audiobook, so I bought Gaia membership which includes Become Supernatural 7 day meditation program by Joe Dispenza (though they dont follow the book exactly). I am at the meditation 3 right now and it looks promising, last meditation really somehow activated my heart and I feel elevated. I am quite sure there are some blockages that need to be resolved.

Am currently mostly focused on the Tuning into New Potentials meditation. But must admit that I haven’t done it everyday.

I sometimes wonder if there is a better way of doing it rather than having loads of different meditations and having to listen to many of his lectures and audio books.

I love the concept of it but wish it could be simplified.

I do love watching the testimonials on the Stories of Transformation youtube channel. So I know it works.

Maybe I am not ready for the results so am still on this journey.

It’s a great book and brings a lot of hope for what is possible.

That’s excellent :+1:.

I wish I could add more but am not an expert in his work. I do the meditations when I can and listen to the audio books and youtube videos while trying to apply them in my life to change my situation (especially my health goals). I promise to post here if I get a breakthrough.

PS: had asked Saint which subliminal is best to aid with the Dispenza meditations and he said Revelation of Mind is excellent for that. So it’s something you could consider running if you plan to pursue this journey. All the best, bro!

This is an interesting thread I must have missed back when it came out. I had run across Dispenza’s meditations myself several years ago, but they never really resonated 100% with me. The presentation and reliance on pop sci concepts kind of turned me off. The material on the pineal and the CSF was interesting; that being said, it seems like this material has been a lot more clearly set out elsewhere by people with a better grasp on the biology.

I’ve found that for me the best way to approach any new technique like this is usually to do a deep dive and try to reach a level of understanding that lets you know how it’s going to interact with the “subconscious”, and with consciousness and state of mind in general. The aim of that for me is to understand how to make the method and the sub use “compatible”, and whether there is any action or conscious guidance required to make that happen.

I used to be pretty in to hypnosis and guided meditations, but I got dissatisfied with the material that is out there. It seemed to me like there are better and more direct methods to interact with what we call subconscious than these crude methods, and I feel like my unfolding on my current stack has been giving greater clarity on that.

Hypnosis actually arose from Mesmerism via the removal of all of the non materialistic components of the world-view, via Braid, and its development was steered by those who did not want the “science” or art more specifically of it to become public knowledge (think Freud and the people who helped fund and popularise his tripe). Paret gave a good overview of how this happened and how it at first fractured the study of this art into different camps, although the true extent of how much this set back the study of the human mind/soul is held back by him and is only implied by its absence. Mesmerism was itself influenced by even older traditions and suffered from its own problems such as Mesmer’s own peculiar hybrid world view brought to the topic (he held a somewhat materialist view on the magnetic “fluid”).

I won’t go any further with this explanation because it doesn’t help this thread, but let’s just say in summary that there is a place where hypnotism, guided meditation, Mesmerism, the oral transmissions of the schools of fascination, the study of consciousness, pneuma theory, and so on all meet up. The universal spirit was seen as a bridge between consciousness and matter, and the more you study the history of all these methods, the clearer you’ll be able to see that linkup. This leads to the ability to know how to use these techniques safely and with intent, if you maintain a cautious, open minded but skeptical approach to studying the history.

Thank you for the extensive answer. I sincerely hope you get the breakthrough my friend. All these testimonials are very encouraging so I am sure it is possible.

I am running it for no specific goal ATM, but to raise my overall vibration and manifestation ability. Having said that, I guess it is a good time to return Ascension Chamber in the stack. :slightly_smiling_face: I didn’t run RoM sub yet.

Will report back in this thread when I have more experience.

Did a lot of joey meditations before. Blessing of the energy centers is the best. It relaxed all levels of body,

Tried his abundance stuff as well but not mich sucess with that. They are super high quality and really cool, But subliminals are way more powerful.

Reason I really like energy center one is it’s moslty just relxation deep relaxation at all levels.

Yes, we both have masculine and feminine energy in us, they are not gender specific. Feminine energy is dynamic and always flowing, it follows no rules rather it goes with the beat of a heart. When this feminine energy is created, Its like having an AI computer. It can see possibilities that are invisible to the masculine energy, create opportunities that are in contradiction to logic or had been previously known to be impossible. On the other hand, the masculine energy is stable and predictable. This energy likes to create and rules, loves to apply logic in different ways. The feminine bend the rules, but it needs to be express or created. The masculine never talks about “feelings”, the feminine never suppress emotions. It recognizes that emotions and feelings are valuable, it thinks in a circular motion and everything is interconnected - the masculine takes it like a mission order, like following a battle map.
