Me at 67% recovery and at 73% sleep reading this.

i’m really annoyed because i had a GREAT lead that said she’d be able to show up to a 8am sales call no matter what, so i gave her the spot, and then she cancelled.

I never ever ever book sales calls before my scheduled time because if they no show it always throws me off.

37 HRV???

Mine is at 72. Oh but age matters I forgot.

Also try the knock out sleep drink I told you about. It’s all natural but it knock you into sleep like nothing else will. According to my WHOOP, after taking it yesterday I fell into light sleep 40 minutes faster then I usually do.

I just have low HRV - it’s not an age thing. that’s one reason why I wanted to calculate 10+ daily strain on whoop opposed to 10K+ steps. Cardio zones 2-4 are better for HRV and RHR improvements than Zone 1, which is walking.

I really need to improve my HRV/RHR metrics. Check your RHR but my average is 65

RHR average is 64.

Although more systematic research is required, various aspects of diet have been shown to benefit HRV acutely and in the longer term. Examples include a Mediterranean diet, omega-3 fatty acids, B-vitamins, probiotics, polyphenols and weight loss

  • Fish Oil
  • YourHeights Probiotics
  • Green Tea, Black tea, etc + Brain Multivitamin
  • Last one you don’t need lol

Also drinking a minimum of 2L of water a day to stay hydrated.

Going to try to experiment with Ketones myself as apparently it’s good for cognition, sleep and HRV.

My RHR is below average for my age group and you’re younger than me - you might want to also get some cardio in to work on that depending on how optimized you wanna go.

You should ask your whoop coach this question

“Based on my data, what are the top things I can do to improve my health”

and

“Based on my data, what are the things that I do that are the worst for my health?”

Me and my lady got COMPLETELY different answers - not even about the same things. Hers gave her just 1-2 activities that give her exponential returns and told her to avoid drinking. Mine gave me the key metrics that I’m lower than average on and told me to improve them.

Dreams were vivid last night.

Someone posted in the RoD thread to let the last thing you think before bed be the thing you want your subconscious to work on. My brain remembered that and I as I was falling asleep I gave myself instructions. It wasn’t forced - it felt like the natural thing to do and like I had done it 1000 times it was natural and easy.

I was aware I was dreaming. Very aware. But didn’t exercise any control over my actions beyond maintaining awareness.

When I entered a room in the dream I would momentarily gauge the dimensions of the walls… in the dream, the logic was that so long as I knew where the walls were, I would maintain awareness I was dreaming and wouldn’t become FULLY immersed (lose awareness) in the dream

The content of the dream was nothing spectacular but it was especially narrative, character driven with people from my real life, is EXACTLY the kind of interaction that I would have in real life, and all of the reactions I had in the dream are realistically how I would react in real life, maybe a slightly more optimal reaction. I reacted calmly to things that shocked/surprised me. I saw old “friends” I don’t really like and was able to feel the discomfort, but remain poised and jovial. It was me practicing good living in the dream world.

And when I woke up, my subconscious had completed the instructions I gave it, I had a clear climax to the story I’m writing, complete with the tone and cadence of how to perform it on stage - which is what I asked for.

An all around beast of a sub. The more I read about it the more I realize how powerful it is.

Day 2 of Revelation Of Dreams

Time Dilation is the theme both in my waking world and in the dream world.

In my dream, I dreamt that I had slept for 33 hours. I dreamt that I woke up, checked the clock, and that it was very late the next day. I checked my sleep tracker, and it said I had slept for 33 hours. I dreamt that my lady and i were on vacation and we had “slept in” on steroids.

Then when I woke up, I hit the snooze alarm and drifted off into a bit of half-sleep. It felt like FOREVER, I felt like I was able to have so much thought and cognition in my dream-state that it felt like I had fallen back asleep for 20-30 minutes. In reality, only 4 minutes had passed.

I’m taking this to mean that my brain is able to process and interpret SO MUCH MORE INFORMATION in such a short period of time that it’s getting confused and thinking I’m getting 33 hours worth of dreams in 8 hours of sleep, and 30 minutes worth of half-awake-cognition/dreaming in just 3-4 minutes of falling back asleep.

I’ve been sleeping in more since starting RoD. I don’t get this effect listening to paragon sleep.

Let’s say that recon wasn’t a thing, all subs manifested how I wanted them to, and reflected my ideal life, here’s what my stack would look like.

I would have had, before running my “ultimate stack” listening history of having listened to all of QL, all of Khan, and some time with Executive and Paragon Sleep… call that my inner development maxing it out to the fullest.

With that history behind me, I would run my main QTKS with HOM, Limitless Executive, and RICH, 3x per week as the driver of my entire stack and to drive my work-self.

I would run a ZP custom with Chosen, True Social, and Inner Circle once a week on Thursday or Friday evenings to become my social well connected Weekend self… and to allow all three of those titles to integrate into the rest of my life and make me a better leader, coworker, person.

And I would listen to a ZP custom made up of Love Bomb + Sanguine: Elixir for constant emotional renewal & constant positivity, not on a specific schedule, but at least once every 2 weeks, and whenever I felt like I needed a boost. 30-60 second Microloops of this would be my friend :slight_smile:

Why am I posting this? Just to see who my ideal self is I guess! Reflected in which sub goals I align with the most

And how realistic is this stack? Not very.

But with adjustments it gets pretty good.

I could actually keep the HOM/LE/RICH QTKS custom

The Chosen custom would probably not include Inner Circle, just True Social or perhaps Love Bomb instead

And the healing custom would probably just be Sanguine: Elixir the major title

But that would be powerful! So it’s about making a plan to make that a reality in my life.

After running QL I may not even need The Executive…. But I’m starting QL very soon. Just washing out from RoD for a few days first

I was really holding off from running QL apart from a brief test of it because I just kneeeeeew it was going to be upgraded soon. I’m excited to run Limitless with NLE
