Reborn As Musashi - Personal Development Of Ouroboros (HERO, Genesis, LE, Paragon)

Umm LoTs is not all about muscle and size. If you think about it that way then Empfit could be see in the same light but it’s not

Unless your planning on running Empfit ST1 then yeah but LoTs has that and more.

I think a perfect plan would be do one cycle of QL because it’s deeper then do Limitless afterwards so you can continue the brain benefits. That’s what I did, a long long time ago like 2 years ago.

I’m planning on running emp fit ST1 of empfit exclusively. Not the other stages.

@Plutus one cycle of each stage of QL? Or just one cycle of ST1 QL?

Then it makes sense.

One cycle of each stage then once done you can use Limitless from there or Index Gate: UPX. Both are good but work well for different reasons. Although if your going to continuing doing what your doing and eventually maybe making a business out of it. I’d go with Index Gate: UPX instead since AI and automation will be the backbone of scaling.

I’ve changed the title of this thread to “Reborn as musashi, personal development of ouroboros”

To reflect my overall life journey - anything and everything - in a way… to become more like musashi by any means and any sub necessary

The journal “True Sell Black - Adventures Of Ouroboros” will be for professional related insights and will probably have “professional” added to the title

My goal of a 10+ daily strain on whoop (aka doing a lot of cardio) is going extremely well. I’ll likely increase the goal and make it an 11+ daily strain (unless whoop coach advises me to slow down)

Doing way more cardio than usual has been giving me purpose with what to fill my spare time with - I can see that on my low-activity days, I spent a lot of time online and procrastinating. I can see that on days where I get a proper 15 minute cardio session in before work, I am much more focused 3-4 hours later.

And the long term goals of reducing my HRV and RHR are important - I’m “below average” in both of those age groups and they’re a metric I should improve for good health - improving them also improves mental health, focus, and stress tolerance, so, it’s cool to do cardio knowing it’ll make me smarter and more physically capable, and therefore more like musashi :crossed_swords:

Girlfriend and I went ring shopping Saturday and she said “I’ve never seen you that focused before, I loved it!”

So; that did a lot of things simultaneously. It showed me LE is working, and it Showed me my focus effects my gf and she doesn’t say anything.

Further motivation to later run QL but we won’t bite off too much too fast. LE is doing its job.

I see you have chosen power.

Took me 4.5 mins of meditation to go from 85bpm to 68 bpm, approximately my resting heart rate, using open awareness meditation.

I’ll test out other meditations to see what effect they have on me physiologically

Of course, Breathwork has the biggest effect on my heart rate and physiology but that’s separate from meditation, not a replacement. Actually a nice warm up to meditating
