Rcon and listening question

If I’m experiencing a lot of recon with my stack does that mean I should drop the time on the loops? I read where @SaintSovereign posted something about starting with one minute and going from there. Is that enough to start out with? How should I progress or add time?

I have probably asked this before and apologize in advance

There are a number of ways to adjust things to lessen the recon. But my current favorite is to just take a break.

You may be making the rookie mistake of associating growth with the workout instead of with the rest periods between workouts.

I make that mistake, on average, about once every 2-3 months.

Some here have even run as little as 10 seconds

I’m actually curious what recon is. I never really get it since zp.

My idea is that it’s your mind resisting the change for a bit before all pieces start falling into place

5mins is my sweet spot

And my listening schedule is so overkill sometimes. Like now waiting for a module for my custom I ran way to many subs to get used to the cores of it XD.

To me it’s the mixing of two belief sets and the ensuing emotional reaction to integrating new ideas. My running theory is those with really good emotional regulation experience less recon. They’re able to integrate the short term discomfort and let it pass which opens the way to change. But it has to be subconscious emotional regulation skill, meaning they aren’t consciously thinking of how to regulate, they just do. There’s no lapse during the day while performing other activities or losing focus.

Are you stonewalling ?

What is stonewalling?

This makes a lot of sense. Considering how deep I went into shadow work and meditation.

I misread what you said so probably doesn’t apply here.

Ah nope no stonewalling. Subs seem to work better than ever.

I seriously doubt anyone gets much in the way of results with that little amount

You used to say the same about 30 seconds.

I still think that sometimes. It just seems difficult. I don’t know

Lately I’m thinking as ZP titles as being similar to holograms.
If you shatter a holographic plate, each of the shards has the entire image contained within it still.

Seriously. In less than six years we went from listening to 24/7 if possible to fifteen minutes and often advised to do not even a fraction of that. I’m definitely trying to understand it because honestly it feels like it’s some sort of mental or emotional block that keeps me from out right say " ok". If that makes sense?

Rather than reduce loop time, why not try reducing how many listening days per week?

I used to listen every other day with weekends off.

Or what about each title on its own per listening day during the week with weekends off?

That’s actually not a bad idea
