Im using QLST1 now for that same reason for resetting my whole nervous system and help with adhd and memory issues and other cognitive stuff

So i guess its gonna help a lot, since ST1 is ver important to me as equally as the all stages

I recommend running for 2 months minimum, 4 months maximum i think, ill go for 3 months each stages

So to answer your question i think it would help! But i dont know any journals

also can you elaborate more on what do you mean by " damage caused by porn"?

im just starting out QL i will post updates on my journal

but im running a 3 Q stack and 1 ultima so results might be a mixture of all

the dopamine circuits get fried and the reward system gets messed up with porn use

thats why im here for QL1 i need cheap dopanmine outta of my life, i want it to be not so effective on me, on such things like watching quick stuff to get dopamine like instagram reels, notifiactions , porn maybe

but havent watched porn since i started subs, did it only once to see how it feels but meh doesnt intreset me anymore

so QL1 is a good place to start, also paragon with QL is huge i think

@Budewr to address this I recommend trying a dopamine fast. It’s a tough but very doable challenge to really reset your mind,body, and spirit. Basically by avoiding all dopamine spiking activities for a full day you’ll gain better control over these urges and more clarity and focus in your life.

What to avoid during dopamine detox: food, cell phones, internet, computers, TV, video games, reading, consuming of any kind really

What you can do: journal, meditate, light exercise, nap haha

It seems really boring and is kind of tough to do in a way simply because of how overstimulated we are with all of our electronics, but honestly I found it to be one of the most rewarding challenges I’ve ever done and helped me a lot when I was feeling the same way as you.

i might do a detox from social media , and only depend on real dopamine that is healthy

such as working, finishing my tasks, listneing to music (cause thats a part of purpose and a part of my work tasks)

food is okay, ive done juice detoxes for like 3 days so its not a big deal, but social media wufffffffff

porn ive quit since i joined subclub no more urge to do, ive only done it one time on subclub cuz i wannted to see how it feels afterwards

as always the key is balance, you cant hide from dopamine in 21st century

but i think it needs more time than just a day
