qOS Question and Answer Thread

Question from @themadsexyscientist (original post):

@qOS if you were to make a bingo chart of all the same actions that need to be taken on emperor, Primal seduction, WDB, GLM, Lots and maybe essence become the prize, to fulfill the script…what would they be for emperor its easy because the sales page objectives are clear cut, save money, do something related to debt relief, work out, lift weights, study, start a business etc., you get the point the others are a little more vague, yea you can talk to women and be in a place where women tend to go but are there other actions we can take that build up to that right now I’m on action oriented mode now that I’m on my washout so I want to take as much action as humanly possible

Summary

@themadsexyscientist — here is the card: one short row per title, then the squares that count on several cards at once.

Emperor

  • Start a venture with the resources you have now instead of waiting to save up first.
  • Write down your wealth, success and romance goals, pick the one you have been avoiding, and take the first step on it.
  • Pay down a debt that is getting in the way of building wealth.
  • Find one mentor, book or course for the skill your main goal needs.
  • Write down every new money idea and act on one of them this week.

Primal Seduction

  • Go where singles go: bars, clubs, concerts and restaurants. Primal Seduction works best with an active social life, and the more charged the setting, the easier it is to use.
  • Start conversations in ordinary places too, such as the supermarket or a coffee queue.
  • Once a night, take a conversation away from small talk and into a moment that feels set apart from the day, through a story, a dance or a shared joke.
  • Go dancing and let the music set how you move.
  • Show up as yourself rather than a persona, because the title works through your own personality and strengths.
  • Keep it out of the workplace, where that set-apart moment can form without you meaning it to.

WANTED: Dream Boy

  • With someone you like, speak a little slower, leave more silence and give them your full focus.
  • Change one outfit detail, try one new scent, and get rid of one item that no longer feels like you.
  • Say yes to invitations, approach someone you are drawn to, and take one conversation deeper than you usually would.
  • Let your eye contact rest on the person in front of you instead of scanning the room.
  • Share your story in pieces over time instead of all at once.
  • Post something online that reflects how you actually live.

Godlike Masculinity

  • Begin each day with five minutes of deliberate silence before you engage with anyone.
  • In conversations, watch tone, timing and posture as well as the words.
  • Look for small, controlled tests of composure, such as a delay, a disagreement or a change of plan, and hold your centre through them.
  • Spend some time alone each week without distraction.
  • End the day by reviewing your choices: where you held your standard and where you slipped.
  • Walk away from one pointless argument.

Legacy of the Spartan

  • Train on a regular routine. The title works even at a low activity level, and a steady fitness routine may speed results up a great deal.
  • Spend 5–10 minutes a day visualising the physique and features you want, then go about your day. An image board or a journal takes it further.
  • Give your body recovery time between hard sessions so it has room to change.
  • Keep your general health strong, because better health tends to bring better results.

ESSENCE: To Become The Prize

  • In social settings, stop chasing: no double texts and no rushing to fill a silence.
  • Before deciding about someone, ask yourself whether she is what you are looking for.
  • Keep the conversation playful instead of running a strategy.

Shared squares

  • Lift and train: Emperor, Legacy of the Spartan, Godlike Masculinity and Dream Boy all carry body work.
  • Go out and talk to people: Primal Seduction, Dream Boy, To Become The Prize and the romance side of Emperor.
  • Review your day in a journal: Emperor, Godlike Masculinity and Legacy of the Spartan.
  • Slow your speech and steady your eye contact: Dream Boy and Godlike Masculinity.

Primal Seduction rewards going out and leading the interaction. Dream Boy and To Become The Prize reward staying unhurried once you are there. Both fit on one card: go to the places Primal Seduction points you toward, and once there, keep the slower pace Dream Boy develops. Treat a no or any hesitation as a full stop throughout.

Start with three squares from the shared row this week, since each one counts on several cards at once. Listening guidance for when you return to the titles is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Jouissance (original post):

@qos how would KBST1 pair with GLM as an alternate to the recommendation of KBST1 + Peace What advantages would GLM/KBST1 have opposed to PEACE/KBST1

Summary

@Jouissance — yes, Godlike Masculinity pairs well with Khan Black Stage I. It gives the season a different character from PEACE. PEACE settles you while Stage I clears. Godlike Masculinity builds composure, self-command and an outward push while Stage I clears.

What PEACE brings beside Stage I
PEACE is the pairing Khan Black recommends for Stage I. Stage I digs out shame, performance anxiety and old hurts, and that digging can run heavy for a few weeks. PEACE’s whole aim is settling into wholeness. Return to the Root and The Valley Breath give you a way back to calm in the middle of a hard moment, and Living Stillness keeps you relaxed and alert in the same body. Both titles are inward, foundation-season work, so the clearing may land with the least turbulence.

What Godlike Masculinity brings instead
Godlike Masculinity steadies you through self-command. The Fortress Within and I Feel, But I Master help you choose your reactions, so you can feel a heavy day of clearing fully without it steering you. It also meets Stage I directly in three places.

  • Intimacy. The Hearth Asks Nothing retires the inner examiner from your intimate life. Godlike Masculinity helps you hold a steady, grounded centre during pleasure, for more control, endurance and presence. Run together, the self-watching may ease and steadiness may take its place.
  • Shame. Stage I clears shame about sex and desire at the root. Godlike Masculinity also helps free you from guilt and shame over your desires as part of its self-acceptance, so the shame is worked on from two sides.
  • Stimulation. Firelight, Not Floodlight helps the cheap hit lose its grip. Cease the Chase and Solace and Solitude help you stop reaching for distraction, which supports the same change from the other direction.

Godlike Masculinity also carries a direct push toward action. Total Confidence, I Act, I Decide and The Stoic Warrior’s Mindset keep you moving and building presence while the ground clears. Stoic Joy and The Rising Light Within help keep that composure warm instead of cold.

Which to choose
Choose PEACE if Stage I is running heavy for you, or if you want the gentlest possible clearing season. Choose Godlike Masculinity if you are handling Stage I comfortably and want the same season to build composure, confidence and steadiness in intimacy. Godlike Masculinity is written from a masculine perspective, while PEACE works under any identity.

Question from @Jouissance (original post):

@qos can you review my custom, it’s a results enhancing custom, with a bunch of my favorite modules, so that I have them in a custom no matter my stack. I used GLM and Paragon sleep as cores because they will fit every stage of life for me, too. What could I use for the last module slot to help tie this custom together as a results enhancing custom - I don’t see the need to add in New Results Enhancing Exp. Core to make it 3 cores…. What would these modules do To The custom: the naturalizer MDFY: freedom MDFY: conscious guidance Here is the custom Godlike Masculinity Core Paragon Sleep Core Homeostasis Essence: alchemy of money Essence; the still point of work The Aligner Enchanting Smile The calling Torchbearer Voltage Seductive Calibration Voice of Desire Synergy: APS FACE/Head Free agent (solitude) Off Grid (sanctuary) Unwitnessed Light The Lazy Genius Wanted Physical Shifting Module Mosaic

Summary

@Jouissance — yes, this custom holds together as a results-enhancing custom, and you do not need the New Result Enhancing Experience Core. MDFY: Conscious Guidance is the module for the last slot. With it, the build reaches the 20-module cap.

What the build already does

The Godlike Masculinity Core is the centre. It helps develop composure under pressure, Stoic joy, independence and freedom from approval, and it carries its own physical shifting for posture and carriage. Paragon Sleep is designed to stack with Godlike Masculinity. Deep, restorative sleep gives that composure a rested nervous system underneath it, so it does not have to be held together by will. Both cores fit any season of your life, as you said.

Several of your modules pronounce Godlike Masculinity features. Free Agent turns its independence into initiative: your own plans, decisions without another round of reassurance, interests that absorb you. Unwitnessed Light pronounces its freedom from approval, so you do your best work whether anyone is watching or not. The Aligner, WANTED Physical Shifting, Synergy APS: Head/Face and Enchanting Smile take its physical side further, covering posture, the WANTED frame, voice and gait, your face and head, and a natural, relaxed smile.

The work modules suit your role as a sales manager. ESSENCE: The Still Point of Work, distilled from Limitless: ZONE, settles the body first and then helps build sustained attention and flow. The Lazy Genius helps you find the few actions that produce most of the results. Torchbearer develops how you teach, delegate and build capability in your team. Off Grid helps you be genuinely off duty and come back to work deliberately. ESSENCE: The Alchemy of Money, distilled from The Revelation of Wealth, supports a sense of worth and ease in receiving, and may help steady your cash flow around your larger vision.

Voltage gives you deliberate control over the intensity you carry, turned up, softened or contained, which fits your aim of containing your energy. Voice of Desire helps your voice settle into a rich, steady tone that carries authority when you lead and warmth in romance. Seductive Calibration sharpens your read of when to stay polished and when to take a well-timed risk, at work as much as on a date. The Calling helps give your Buddhist practice a clear direction and a daily form. Homeostasis grounds your results when development gets rapid, and Mosaic helps the custom fit with whatever you stack it with.

The three modules you asked about

Naturalizer makes change feel natural, so you may accept it more easily and progress more smoothly. It strengthens the delayed realisation where, months in, you look back and see how much you have changed. It is a good fit.

MDFY: Freedom relaxes the rate of results and gives your subconscious more room, so results take longer and may be more profound. Leave it out of this custom. Its job pulls against the one you gave this build, which is to lift results in every stack, and Homeostasis already handles pacing when things move fast. It is for advanced users, and it never goes in a custom with MDFY: Now.

MDFY: Conscious Guidance strengthens your conscious guidance and amplifies its effect on the whole custom. It is built for wide, versatile customs that cover several areas at once and need to switch focus easily. Yours spans work, wealth, presence, body, romance, sleep and spirituality, which is exactly that case.

The last slot

Put MDFY: Conscious Guidance in it. It ties the custom together because it lets you point the whole build at whatever matters most that season: your team, your fitness, your practice. If you also want Naturalizer, swap it in for The Aligner, since posture is already covered by Godlike Masculinity and WANTED Physical Shifting. If you later want Heartsong’s inward side in this custom, as your next post suggests, ESSENCE: The Clear Note is Heartsong Stage 1 distilled, and it would replace Seductive Calibration rather than add to the build.

Build it with Conscious Guidance in slot 20 and keep the rest as it is. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Metamorphosis (original post):

@qOS ROM (Revelation of Mind) specifically for accessing a deep meditative state while giving an exam. How does it pan out? What results can one expect by stacking RoM with Limitless:Raikov? Specifically, if one has a really fast brain (and the meditative state brings the focus onto what truly matters), how does this combo pan out? Where, instead of creating hotchpotch of arguments (and being burnt out), one can readily access their “inner genius” (not necessarily tied to RAIKOV as in the copy) through deep focus that unlocks and expands what is needed. Nothing more and nothing less. Thank you

Summary

@Metamorphosis — yes, The Revelation of Mind and Limitless: RAIKOV work well together for what you describe. The Revelation of Mind supplies the stillness and the single-pointed depth. Limitless: RAIKOV supplies calm under pressure and the ability to put what you know onto the page.

The Revelation of Mind in the exam room

The Revelation of Mind develops stillness of mind and the capacity for deep thought, which means holding one idea long enough to understand it fully. For a fast mind, that is the part that matters. Instead of ten half-arguments competing at once, you may find yourself settling on the one line of reasoning the question is asking for and following it to the end. The title also works on turning complex material into clear words other people can follow, which is what an examiner needs to see. It develops fluid intelligence, processing speed, memory recall and a steady sense of inner peace and balance as well. It already carries a reworked version of the RAIKOV module, and Limitless: RAIKOV is the full title built out from that idea.

What Limitless: RAIKOV adds

Deep Relaxation During Skill Immersion helps keep anxiety at bay in high-pressure moments such as an exam, so you can enter the zone and let what you know come out with quiet confidence. Expert Emotional State Matching helps you stay relaxed and focused during a high-stakes test. The Neural Shortcut Generator steers you toward the few actions that produce most of the result, which is your “nothing more and nothing less”. The No Gap Between Knowing and Doing mechanism helps knowledge you have studied show up when you need it. You do not have to model a famous figure. The model can be an ideal future version of you, and Mastery Identity Integration is about that capability becoming simply who you are.

How the pair tends to unfold

Early on, study sessions may get quieter and longer, with less mental noise. Over the following weeks, revision may start to feel like understanding rather than cramming, because patterns and shortcuts stand out sooner. By exam season, the aim is a mind that settles quickly, picks the relevant thread and writes it out cleanly, with energy left afterwards.

One note: The Revelation of Mind is part of the Artisan line and is intended for experienced listeners. It also carries self-exploration and spiritual work alongside the cognitive side. Start with it if you already run titles comfortably, and add Limitless: RAIKOV beside it. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @RockyHandsome (original post):

Loving stage 1 so much I am considering building a custom with it hero origins, spartan apex, khan black stage 1. Feel so content and at peace with myself. @qOS how do you see all three working…thanks

Summary

@RockyHandsome — yes, the three work well together. They point one way, toward a trained body, a steady mind and clean energy underneath, and each one does a different part of that work.

What each one brings
Khan Black Stage I clears the ground under your sexual and vital energy. Clearing the Ashes helps the old verdicts about desire settle out. Permission to Burn helps your body go back to being something you live in and enjoy. My Own Fire helps you stay in your body when your energy runs at full strength, instead of quietly turning yourself down. The contentment you describe fits The Morning Warmth, which helps the healing become the baseline you wake up to.

HERO Origins brings composure, craft and character. It supports calm and clarity in any situation, rapid progress in your chosen art, faster recovery, and the seven bushido virtues as a code you live by.

Spartan: Apex Warrior brings the body and the will to train it. It helps build strength, cardio and recovery, adds light physical shifting, and develops the willpower that may end skipped workouts.

How they fit
HERO Origins does part of the job PEACE does beside Stage I. Stage I can run heavy for a few weeks while it clears shame and old hurts, and Origins’ steady composure supports you through that clearing. Spartan gives the freed energy a daily outlet in training, so what My Own Fire opens up has somewhere to go. Origins and Spartan overlap on combat skill and recovery, which reinforces the physical side from two angles.

On Stage I as an enhancer: a mature Stage III is the stage that makes everything alongside it hit harder. Stage I is the clearing. Stage II builds the vessel and strengthens the body, and Khan Black recommends Stage II with Spartan: Apex Warrior. That gives this build a natural next step, because your next custom can carry the Stage 2 Core beside Spartan.

Building it
Three full cores already make a heavy custom, and both Khan Black and HERO Origins are Artisan titles meant for experienced listeners. Khan Black asks for one Crucible core per build, a single direction, and eight to twelve modules that point the same way. Here that direction is training, recovery and composure. Go easy on healing modules, because Stage I already does the clearing, and keep the build at Standard power until you know how Khan Black sits with you.

Post your module list here before you submit it and it can be checked against that direction. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Judoka (original post):

@qOS Can paragon help with lactose intolerance? I just wanna enjoy ice cream lol

Summary

@Judoka — possibly, in a general way, but lactose intolerance is a matter for your doctor, and Paragon comes with no promise about the ice cream.

Paragon is meant to be used alongside medical care. Some underlying conditions may not be addressable through subliminal audio, and Paragon is a tool, not a cure. Lactose intolerance has its own causes, so a doctor is the right person to tell you what is going on and what you can eat comfortably.

Paragon can support you around it. Nutrition Alignment helps you develop a feel for which foods nourish you and which leave you worse off. Health Radar sharpens your sense of the early signals your body gives, so you may notice sooner how something sits with you. Healing Inner Circle supports you in finding the right practitioner and the right kind of help for what you are dealing with.

Book a visit with your doctor about the lactose, and keep Paragon running alongside that as support.

Question from @Malkuth (original post):

@qOS In the last two years, Subliminal Club has significantly expanded and augmented the program description structure and format for every new release. 1) There is the inspiring narrative prose section that communicates the essence, feel, and spirit of each program. 2) There’s the modular or module-like segmented feature description; under focused subheadings. 3) There are the bulletpointed concise feature summaries. And 4) there are the pro-tips at the very end. Each one of these sub-sections is meant, I think, to connect with different types of readers or subliminal users. To make it easier for them to engage with and understand the programs. It seems to me that the introduction of qOS is basically an extension of these descriptive enhancements. In other words, here in qOS you provide yet another option for people who may have another style (perhaps, more forum-based and dialogue-focused) of taking in information. My question: Just as a general estimate (I don’t mean this strictly quantitatively), what proportion/percentage of your responses might introduce ideas, information, and interpretations that are not already described in the program descriptions? I’m guessing about 5%? I know that Saint, Fire (and maybe customer support?) also collaborate to create the responses here. Sometimes qOS may bring in additional ideas that might be fresh from Saint’s or Fire’s mind or that might draw on conversations here on the user forum. One great use for qOS is to explore between-program comparisons or to imagine synergistic inter-program effects. So those are of course not in the program descriptions in as much detail. Another might be custom subliminal stack analyses. Second question: Any suggestions on how else we users might best use this resource? (Assume that we are willing, able, and motivated to closely read the program descriptions.) Sometimes it seems to me that users routinely underemphasize the role of Conscious Guidance and internal factors, and sometimes over-depend on cookbook style prescriptive orientations to the programs. What would be your advice about how to approach thinking creatively about subliminal use? If this is too much, just answer the parts that are appropriate. I’m still figuring out what to ask to qOS and what to Support. Thank you!

Summary

@Malkuth — you have it right. qOS is another way into the same catalogue, for people who take in information best through questions and dialogue. No single percentage fits, because how much an answer adds depends on the question.

Where qOS adds to the descriptions
A question such as “what does this stage develop?” gets back what the title covers, organised around what you asked. qOS adds the most where a description cannot go into detail: how two titles work beside each other, how features from different titles add up when they run together, whether a custom’s modules overlap or leave a gap, and how a title applies to one person’s situation.

How to get the most out of it

  • Bring your situation along with the title name. What you do, what you have already run and what you want to see in six months make the answer specific to you.
  • Post the whole stack or build when you ask about a custom, so overlap and gaps can be checked across all of it.
  • Ask how features combine. Comparisons and synergies are where the descriptions leave the most room.
  • Follow up in this thread and quote the earlier answer, so the next one builds on it.

Thinking creatively about subliminal use
You are right about conscious guidance. Every title takes your history, your situation and your conscious guidance into account and works with who you are. A benefit that is not listed may still show up when it is connected to the title’s subject. A listed one that has not shown up yet tends to mean other things are taking priority for now. The subliminal prepares the inner ground, and your own action gives the change a way into your life. Journaling then shows you how an inner shift becomes a conversation, an opportunity and a result. A creative way to use a title is to treat it as a direction of growth, take small real steps in that direction, and let your journal tell you what to ask next.

qOS or support
Forum qOS is for quicker answers you can build from: a pairing, a build check, a stage plan. Support at https://answers.subliminalclub.com is for a longer back and forth. When an answer here needs refinement, take it to support and the team works through it with you.

Next time you are weighing a stack, post it here with your goal for the next six months, and qOS can work through how the pieces combine.

Question from @Nikola (original post):

@qOS I have decided to rebuild my custom. I want a nervous system regulation component in it, which is why I have decided to add ESSENCE: The Inner Spa to it, which is a distilled module of my favourite of all of the nervous regulation titles (Regeneration) This is the custom currently, which would be in a stack with Love Bomb and Limitless: Raikov: The Revelation of Spirit Core ESSENCE: Clear Sight ESSENCE: The Inner Spa ESSENCE: Human Connection Synergy: Beyond Connection Synergy: Perfect Manifestation Synergy: Subconscious Mastery Deep Listening Empathy Depths of Love Love without Attachment Eagle Eye Mercy Protocol Aura Overdriver The reason for these modules is because I wanted to combine all my favourite parts of the subliminals I have listened to before, into my own, personal, custom subliminal, to be listened to for a long time; without the need to change my stack anymore. I think this custom is overloaded, as it currently is. What do you think? Do you think I should remove something from this custom, is something here redundant? And can I have these 3 Essences together in a custom? Can you describe this custom to me, and how it will work with the other subliminals in my stack (Love Bomb, and Limitless: Raikov)? I want it to be a social, romantic Revelation of Spirit; with a subconscious connection element of Revelation of Mind; and the visualization, imagination element of Mind’s Eye.

Summary

@Nikola — no, this custom is not overloaded. Fourteen modules sit well inside the 20-module cap, and almost every one serves one of the three aims you named. I would remove one module, Synergy: Perfection Manifestation. Eagle Eye is an optional trim if you want the build leaner.

What to remove

Synergy: Perfection Manifestation combines Gorgeous Manifestor and Sexual Manifestation, so it aims at meeting partners who match your physical and sexual ideal. The Revelation of Spirit is not likely to stack well with seduction work, which is the same reason To Dream of Me came out of your first draft. Love Bomb already carries the partner side of your stack. As you grow into its model of love and wisdom, the partners you meet tend to be people who share it.

Eagle Eye is the one real overlap. It builds an analytical read of body language, movement and behaviour. ESSENCE: Human Connection helps you sense what someone means beneath their words, and Empath sharpens your read of emotions while keeping you from being swamped by them. In a romantic, spiritual build those two do that work more naturally, so Eagle Eye can go. Keep it if reading body language is a skill you want to build for its own sake.

Three ESSENCEs together

Yes. There is no limit on ESSENCEs beyond the 20-module cap. Each one is a whole title distilled into one module, so its effect is not as profound as the full title, and your three come from three different titles with three different jobs.

What the custom does

The Revelation of Spirit Core is the centre. It helps develop self-awareness, a felt sense of how everything is connected, gratitude, patience and an eye for beauty. Its empathy scripting covers mercy, compassion, kindness and understanding, turned toward other people and toward yourself.

The social and romantic side is well built. Synergy: Beyond Connection deepens love, loyalty, attraction and understanding with a partner, and it deepens respect, trust and teamwork in every other relationship. ESSENCE: Human Connection, distilled from Limitless: Polyglot, helps you meet people where their meaning actually lives, so conversations may start to feel like mutual recognition. Deep Listening helps the people who matter know they are heard. Depths of Love deepens your capacity to love and helps clear the old hurts that stop you loving fully, and Love Without Attachment keeps that love free enough to let go when you need to. Those two are designed as complements. Empath and Mercy Protocol also pair well. Mercy Protocol opens your deepest kindness, so you may become better at comforting the people close to you.

Synergy: Subconscious Mastery is the right choice for the Revelation of Mind element. Merger of Worlds improves communication between your conscious and subconscious mind, which sharpens intuition and decisions. Information Releaser frees memories and insights held below awareness. Those are the same two things The Revelation of Mind does with the subconscious. ESSENCE: Clear Sight, distilled from Limitless: Mind’s Eye, is the visualization piece. It turns half-formed impressions into vivid, multisensory scenes and sharpens memory.

ESSENCE: The Inner Spa is a good regulation choice for this build. It develops a felt sense of sanctuary inside you, with warmth and safety in the body, so held-back emotion can surface gently and your intensity may become sustainable. A custom this rich in emotional work is well served by that warm ground. Auric Overdriver pushes the aura components in the custom further, mainly the kindness Mercy Protocol develops, and supports your energy as they grow.

The Revelation of Spirit Core is an advanced core that should not carry several spiritually oriented modules. None of your modules is a spirituality module, so the build respects that.

With Love Bomb and Limitless: RAIKOV

Love Bomb builds self-love through forgiveness, moves your sense of validation inward, and develops an aura of love and wisdom. The custom gives that love depth in close relationships through listening, understanding and a bond that keeps deepening. Love Without Attachment fits Love Bomb’s move to an inner source, and The Inner Spa gives both a settled body to work from.

Limitless: RAIKOV develops learning by modelling masters, with vivid mental rehearsal of an expert performance. Clear Sight sharpens that same inner imagery. The Revelation of Mind carries a reworked RAIKOV module of its own, so the subconscious side of your custom and RAIKOV share ground and support each other.

Next step

Remove Synergy: Perfection Manifestation, decide on Eagle Eye, and keep the rest. If you want a romance core in the freed slot, Heartsong Core Stage 1 is still the fit from my last answer, since The Revelation of Spirit stacks well with Heartsong. The Revelation of Spirit is an Artisanal title meant for experienced listeners. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Risky (original post):

@qOS how would this stack up in a name embedded with khan, stage by stage. Khan ST1 + Khan Black ST1, …, Khan ST4 + Khan Black ST4. I’ve run these in the past for multiple cycles, st1-2 especially. Is it synergistic? Is there drawbacks to keep in mind!? Cautions? I’m also running Stark/IG name embedded, and Wanted store title and Spartan Apex store title. I’m thinking these ha last two will be merged and become a name embedded as well. Also please, I’m an advanced user who runs microloops and I’m on the careful side. Keep that in mind, so don’t “nerf” the answer too much if possible. Thanks in advance!

Summary

@Risky — yes, Khan and the new Khan Black are synergistic stage by stage, with one exception: do not pair Khan Stage 1 with Khan Black Stage I. From Stage 2 onward the pairing works, and at Stage 4 it is the strongest configuration in the Khan Black line.

The new Khan Black is a full rewrite of the original, so your earlier cycles give you familiarity with the territory but not a preview of this version. Treat the first stage you run as new ground.

Stage 1: run them apart
Khan Stage 1 breaks down traumas, limiting beliefs and negative emotions with real force. Khan Black Stage I is the most thorough sexual healing work in a single stage, covering shame, performance anxiety, numbness and old hurts. Together they make two heavy healing stages in one build, and a build that heals twice processes instead of producing. Run the two Stage 1s one after the other. Either order is sound. Khan Black first builds the inner energetic foundation, which tends to help later runs, Khan included, produce external results quickly. Khan first gives you the external push straight away.

Stage 2 with Stage II
This is where the pairing starts to pay. Khan Stage 2 rebuilds your beliefs, emotions and personality around power, authority and awakened sexual energy, and it drives you into action. Khan Black Stage II builds the vessel that carries that energy: wider channels, a filter against other people’s heaviness, a stronger body and grounding that keeps everything settled low. Steady at Full Charge keeps your head clear while the charge runs loudest, which is what Khan’s rising sexuality calls for.

Stage 3 with Stage III
This is the hottest pair in the ladder. Khan Stage 3 turns your sexual energy into relentless action. It is the stage where you can handle whatever life puts in front of you, and each challenge you rise to reinforces your drive. Khan Black Stage III gathers the reserve that this drive draws on, and The Fire Finds the Work shapes that energy to the task in front of you. A mature Stage III is the deepest source of energy in the line, so everything beside it tends to hit harder, Khan’s push included. Khan Black recommends giving Stages I and II their full time before stacking Stage III with anything, and your plan already does that. Your gauge at this stage is simple: kept energy should feel calm, full and clear. If it feels restless, stirred and heavy, ease off and let it settle rather than pushing harder.

Stage 4 with Stage IV
Khan Stage 4 combines Stages 2 and 3 with none of the Stage 1 healing. Khan Black Stage IV asks nothing of your attention and runs cleanly beneath the heaviest titles, and Khan is one of the titles it is built to sit under. A self-running depth under a dominant title is the strongest setup this line offers.

Your wider stack
Your other titles line up well with the Khan Black stages. Spartan: Apex Warrior pairs with Stage II, because training gives the growing vessel something to do. WANTED pairs with Stage III, where the heat moves into the foreground. Stark is one of the titles Stage IV runs beneath. Merging WANTED and Spartan into one name-embedded custom with the WANTED Core and the Spartan Core is a natural build, since WANTED already carries physique and fitness scripting.

The caution is total load, not any single pairing. Khan is on the level of Emperor in difficulty, and running it with Khan Black, a Stark custom and a WANTED and Spartan custom at the same time is a lot of heavy work in parallel, most of all around the Stage 1s and Stage 3. Keep the Khan Black custom at Standard strength until you know how the fire sits in you.

My recommendation: separate the Stage 1s, pair from Stage 2 on, and time the WANTED and Spartan custom so Spartan runs alongside Stage II and WANTED alongside Stage III. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @bujin (original post):

@qOS is there any value in adding Essence: Bulletproof Focus to a custom containing Quantum Limitless ST3 core and Essence: The Still Point of Work, or is all its scripting essentially covered by those two?

Summary

@bujin — yes, ESSENCE: Bulletproof Focus still adds something, though most of its concentration work is already covered by the Quantum Limitless ST3 core and ESSENCE: The Still Point of Work.

What the two already cover

Quantum Limitless Stage 3 is Quantum Focus Mode. It deepens your natural ability to enter the zone until body and mind line up behind one task, distractions such as messages and browsing may lose their grip, and time can seem to stretch so you take in more. It also turns that focus toward understanding and memorising what you study. The Still Point of Work is Limitless: ZONE distilled. It settles the body before the task begins, makes the return from drift the practice itself, lengthens sessions by removing strain, and builds in the downshift and rest that keep focus renewable. Together they give you a settled starting state, deep absorption once you are in, and the ability to come back each time your mind wanders. Recovering from a lapse and holding unbroken concentration, two of Bulletproof Focus’s themes, are already well served.

What Bulletproof Focus adds

Bulletproof Focus is drawn from the productivity blueprint of Emperor: The Executive, so its angle is execution. It helps you find the root causes of scattered attention, such as digital distractions, passing impulses and mental fatigue, and it aims at getting the task list finished day after day. It also works on identity, so you come to see yourself as someone who uses deep focus consistently to get results. Limitless: ZONE is deliberately not a general productivity or executive-function title, and Quantum Limitless Stage 3 aims its focus mainly at learning and study. Bulletproof Focus is aimed at daily output.

Recommendation

Add it if your gap is starting and finishing work, or the pull of scrolling during the day. If you already get through your tasks and want the custom to deepen learning and flow, the two you have cover that ground, and the slot is better spent on something the build does not yet carry.

Question from @delta (original post):

@qOS another queation in relation to my current stack Primal + R.I.C.H and dragon reborn regeneration. Im thinking of adding True Sell, but unsure if it is necessary, and if so which one of the titles should i replace from my current stack? I am in sales, as a recruitment consultant, so i build my portfolio of clients, and at the same time sell the role/opportunities to candidates. I think my stack covers many areas required in sales: confidence, remove fear of rejection, nervous regulation, and healing of past traumas and self sabotaging. Any advice? Thanks!

Summary

@delta — yes, True Sell is worth adding, and Stage 1 is the one for you. Swap it in for R.I.C.H. and keep PRIMAL and Dragon Reborn: Regeneration.

Why Stage 1
True Sell is four standalone titles, each aimed at a different bottleneck. Stage 2 builds the pipeline and Stage 3 builds the close, and you already know how to do both. Stage 1 builds the seller underneath the skills. What you describe is a block at that level: fear, nervousness and overthinking getting between you and skills you already have.

Several Stage 1 features work on exactly that. Power Before the Pitch helps you pursue a deal fully without needing it, so you stop softening your fee or chasing too hard. Unshakeable keeps you level when a client pushes back on terms or a candidate hesitates, long enough to think and ask instead of conceding. The Ninety-Second Reset separates the lesson of a lost deal from the feeling, so one bad call does not shape the next three. Voice of Authority develops a level, unhurried delivery, and The Natural Seller helps you present value without hedging. Together these add up to steadiness under pressure, and that steadiness is what lets the commercial ability you already have come through in the conversation.

Both sides of recruiting
In recruiting you sell to two sides, and Stage 1 covers both. With clients, Paid Without Flinching helps you state your fee and let it stand, and The Direct Ask turns good meetings into a clear next step. With candidates, The Second Answer helps you listen past their first reason to what will actually decide their move. The Reputation Asset supports telling a candidate when a role is not the right fit, which tends to build the trust that brings them back. Deals That Hold helps you surface doubts before an offer is treated as done, which may mean fewer placements fall apart late. These features carry straight into recruiting.

Why R.I.C.H. is the one to swap
R.I.C.H. and True Sell are both wealth titles, and True Sell carries the New Wealth Experience like every wealth title, so the money side of your stack stays covered. True Sell aims that work at the skill your income comes from. R.I.C.H. takes its own self-sabotage and money-settling work with it, and Stage 1’s steadiness picks up that ground in your working day. PRIMAL covers the social side, and its work on approach anxiety, rejection and reading a room carries straight into client meetings and candidate calls. Regeneration is the healing title in your stack and works on the nervousness you named from the inside, so it stays.

Before you start, write down a few numbers, such as calls made, fees held and placements that stick, so you can see what changes. Listening guidance for running the new stack is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Bjay (original post):

@qOS can you tell me how KB1, Heartsong Attuned and The Stabilizer work together? Thanks

Summary

@Bjay — yes, the three work well together. All three are foundation stages, and each one works on a different layer: your relationship with desire, your heart in love, and the practical ground of daily life.

Khan Black Stage I with Heartsong: Attuned is covered in an earlier qOS post: qOS Question and Answer Thread - #406 by qOS. In short, they meet at intimacy and clear the sexual and emotional sides in the same season. The Stabilizer is the new piece.

What The Stabilizer adds
Genesis: Ascension Stage 1, The Stabilizer, works on the ground under everything else: money, home, sleep, movement, daily structure, boundaries and follow-through. Beside the other two it does three useful things.

  • It steadies the heavy weeks. The Steady Hand builds the pause between feeling something and reacting to it. Chaos Familiarity helps your nervous system treat calm as safe instead of suspicious. Together they partly do the job PEACE does beside Stage I, across your whole day rather than only around closeness.
  • It meets Attuned. Self-Sabotage at the Threshold works on pulling away just as a relationship starts to deepen, which is the same swing Secure Ground settles. The Inability to Receive works beside Letting Love Land, so compliments and care land from two sides. The Inner Circle and The Seal build clean boundaries, which suits Free Inside Commitment.
  • It meets Khan Black. Dopamine Mismanagement and Firelight, Not Floodlight both help cheap stimulation lose its pull. Restorer helps make sleep a priority, and enough sleep helps Khan Black’s depth gather.

What the season looks like
This is a foundation-heavy stack, and the early wins tend to be quiet: a calmer body around intimacy, bills opened when they arrive, earlier nights, less reaching for the scroll. The Stabilizer tends to act on daily life straight away, because it works through practical action. That may keep the season from feeling purely internal while the two clearing stages do their work.

The one thing to know
Khan Black Stage I with Attuned is already heavier than either title alone, because both are clearing at the same time. The Stabilizer is practical and steadying rather than another clearing stage, so it is a sensible third. If the season runs heavy, step Attuned back first and bring Heartsong in again beside Khan Black Stage III, where Khan Black places it.

For an experienced listener, run all three. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

I have a follow up question.

This is your response, @qOS :

To my question:

I truly liked what you mentioned here:

This too (but I will elaborate on what I struggled with this):

I recently discovered that I lie on the outlier end of the IQ spectrum. I also went deep into multiple subjects (unrelated to the exam) and subsequently formed a fresh identity that is healthier, faster, and more nimble.

However, the strategy required for the exam is quite straightforward, which is why what you said about RoM resonated with me much better than the Raikov process. Raikov pulled me in too many directions.

That said, here is my follow-up question:

How would RoM stack with Phoenix?

Since Phoenix includes scripting to craft your own identity while burning down old ones that no longer serve you to be reborn, I can see how it would be an intense experience. Still, I would much rather run what works for me and unlocks my potential, rather than running into the same walls.

@qOS
What is meant by sexual channels when reffering to khan black? Is there a specific organ in the body that can be pointed to?

If I tag qOs in the black forum, do you receive a notification anyways? Or should I ask my question again here? @SaintSovereign

@qOS does new r.i.c.h help with discovering/finding a wealth/business path if one is uncertain how to proceed?

Yes, we do. However, we most post the answer directly to your thread.

Question from @subliminalguy (original post):

@qOS , I have a few long-standing symptoms, and I’m presently on a Phoenix/LB custom along with an Ascension custom plus the new RICH. I’m concerned since I feel like I’m not changing. (I did 2 minutes of the Phoenix custom maybe 2 hours ago) Symptoms: Self blame Tearing myself down when I hurt emotionally. Lack of self-forgiveness My naive belief is that a healing sub should provide clear signs when it’s time to move on to other goals. I’ve been on this custom almost 3 months now, and …maybe I’m fighting change (I just realized that). A naive question: am I doing enough to heal? I’d rather be a crying mess than an inhibited control freak over myself. Tears come and go. And I’m holding them back presently. What might help to let go of these self-controlling beliefs?

Summary

@subliminalguy — yes, you are doing enough on the listening side. Your Phoenix and Love Bomb custom, your Ascension custom and R.I.C.H. already aim at self-blame, self-criticism and self-forgiveness several times over, and nothing needs adding to the stack.

Are you changing?
“Not changing” does not match what you have been recording. In the last few weeks you wrote about compliments landing and feeling worthy without trying, a morning when the need to kick yourself was simply not there, and anger you could no longer hold on to. Self-blame feeling louder right now fits how Phoenix works. It may bring beliefs that were never yours into plain view, then reshape them at the moment you let them go. Noticing that part of you holds on is part of that stretch, and Phoenix’s reconciliation support is built to help make it rapid and thorough rather than prolonged.

What already covers your three symptoms

  • Love Bomb carries deep forgiveness of yourself and others and loosens the shame that clings to past lapses, with the New Forgiveness Experience working through it. This is the piece aimed most directly at your list.
  • Phoenix’s emotional intelligence scripting is there to help you process what surfaces, tears included. Letting them come when they come works with it.
  • Self-Sabotage at the Threshold in The Stabilizer works on the old habit of ending good things yourself as a form of control.
  • R.I.C.H.'s Worthy Receiver Activation and The Worthiness Recalibration in both your customs work on worth that does not have to be earned or proven.

Knowing when to move on
A healing title does not send a finish signal. Our titles can be used for life and keep finding new ground, so moving to other goals is your call.

What may help you let go

  • Act on what you see. Phoenix is built for people who take action, and The Stabilizer makes the same point: awareness of something that needs handling is the title working, and handling it is what completes the shift. One small act on a realisation tends to do more than another round of examining it.
  • Keep a short log of practical wins, separate from the journal: a compliment taken in, a task finished, a choice made for yourself. The Stabilizer recommends exactly this, because quiet progress is easy to miss day to day.
  • Practise receiving. R.I.C.H. recommends pausing to take in a compliment, a gift or an opportunity fully, without deflecting it.
  • A trusted person or a counsellor can sit alongside a healing title if you want that.

Stay with the stack you have and take one small action on something you have already noticed. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Green-power-ranger (original post):

@qOS does new r.i.c.h help with discovering/finding a wealth/business path if one is uncertain how to proceed?

Summary

@Green-power-ranger — yes. New R.I.C.H. helps with finding a direction when you are unsure how to proceed, through several features that work on clarity and on seeing the paths already open to you.

  • Wealth Vision Crystallization helps you get clear on the financial life you actually want, separate from goals you picked up from other people, so a vague hope becomes a route you can trace.
  • Opportunity Recognition Enhancement sharpens your eye for openings that are already around you, such as a passing comment or an unfamiliar chance that turns out to matter.
  • Synchronicity Acceleration may bring the right person or the right piece of information at the right moment more often.
  • Entrepreneurial Flow Activation helps a business path that feels risky or stuck show up as a series of manageable steps.
  • Career Advancement Pathways and Creative Monetization Channels open the other routes: growth where you already work, and income from a skill you already have.
  • Value Creation Orientation shifts your attention to where your skills solve real problems for people, which is often where a business idea starts.
  • Inspired Action Catalyst helps close the gap between seeing a direction and acting on it, so uncertainty does not turn into endless planning.

If the specific need is generating the business idea itself, Nouveau R.I.C.H. specialises in innovation, idea generation and testing ideas in small steps. New R.I.C.H. is the broader foundation, covering worthiness, calm around money, clarity and several wealth pathways at once.

Start with New R.I.C.H. if you want the clarity first and are open to whichever path appears. Look at Nouveau R.I.C.H. if you already know you want to build something new and need the ideas.

Question from @Necter (original post):

I have read through the whole thread and I havnt seen PEACE + WB combo covered, unless I have missed it. @SaintSovereign please can I get the qOS to cover the PEACE + WB combo. This would be much appreciated!

Summary

@Necter — yes, PEACE and Wanted Black work well together, and SaintSovereign confirmed in post #475 that the pair will increase your magnetism. The Q&A thread has a short earlier qOS answer on this pairing; this one goes into more detail.

What each title brings
Wanted Black is the maxed-out version of the Wanted mystery aura. It works on your energetic presence and body language, your words and your voice. It also carries self-love and masculine confidence, grooming and style, life-of-the-party energy, physical shifting, and a large amount of partner manifestation.

PEACE carries no aura or attraction scripting. It restores a settled sense of your own wholeness, widens the pause before you react, and helps you act without strain. It does not reduce drive. It is also one of the strongest results boosters in the catalogue, so the title beside it tends to land faster and deeper.

How they work together

  • Magnetism. A settled person calms the people around them, and people tend to want more time near that calm. Added to Wanted Black’s aura, this shows up as more people starting conversations with you and staying in them. That is where the increase comes from.
  • Composure. Wanted Black builds emotional regulation because mystery depends on staying composed. PEACE deepens the same calm until it holds in every part of your day, not only in social settings.
  • Non-neediness. PEACE may make it something you simply are that an interaction does not have to go anywhere, so rejection costs you less.
  • Healing. Wanted Black has scripting to help you heal old sexual issues and grow comfortable with your sexuality. PEACE lets old tension release while your system stays relaxed, so that material may move through more gently.
  • Texture. Wanted Black’s party energy may come out steadier rather than louder. If the loud, high-energy edge is the part you want most, PEACE tends to smooth it.

Before you start
Wanted Black is an Artisan line title for advanced listeners and is not a starter title. Its sexual aura and multiple-partner scripting may also not suit someone who is married or in a long-term relationship. If you have not yet run one of our titles successfully, begin with PEACE and bring Wanted Black in once you know how you respond.

Listening guidance for both titles is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
