I ran a single loop of my terminus custom Khan stage 4 it has the IAM module.
After the 1st loop i felt lazy as hell, demotivated, the ability to have fluid conversations seem to have to have gone, not sure what happened. Then right after i ran a single loop of my Stark Q terminus custom which picked me up. I was back to my normal self.
Does anyone have thoughts and why this happened ?. Going foreward will always run Khan stage 4 custom first before the Stark custom.
My guess it has something to do with a metaphoric bandwidth in the brain. It’s processing the subliminals which means less processing power for things such as motivation and conversation.
@Hermit talked about this- your most recent sub run is left in aura/energy or for the non-esoterically inclined, you could say it’s left front and foremost in you experience. So the khan run had whatever effect it had on you, recon or breakdown effect form IAM, and then after Stark, your flooded and back on track with a more familiar, easier to run at this point, effects of that sub.
That IAM module did something I am sure of it as i never had that kind of effect on Khan stage 4 before.
If anything i thought IAM would be a good module to include in the Khan stage 4 core
. It will break down your negative beliefs, emotions, traumas, thoughts, and behaviours and make you more congruent with who you truly are.
The healing/breakdown subs can be really tough, especially if you haven’t run them for an extended amount of time before. They can throw a wrench in performance, state, and results initially even if the improve or speed them up long term. Saint something about they create constantly dealing with issues/ the past …so he does periods of healing and periods of performance.
The plan is to run just the one loop of Khan stage 4 and two loops of Stark. Will see how things pan out over the next few days being terminus they are both hard hitting subs.
Stark terminus custom is sending my productivity through the roof. However I also want the masculinity of khan. I want it all 
TBH if you want something healing, I would encourage you to consider Elixir at the main shop.
Now if you truly want a custom Ultima for healing, I would say stick with the ones that are likely to be gentle because my guess is you want your energy more on productivity not on healing this, that, and the other things from the past.

The second day of running Khan stage 4 with Stark feeling good no brain fog or symptoms like i had yesterday.
Will aim for rest days both saturday and sunday.
Fucking hell what bizzare experience i had last night. I was listening to my custom and fell asleep then i had this sensation of floating !!!. Like I was levitating then suddenly a voice said “BA watch your cholesterol levels” . I then floated back down to my bed and open my eyes thinking what the hell just happened ?.
I have the module Asclepius in my build was this Asclepius talking to me ?

Been thinking of cutting down on my boiled eggs funnily enough.
I have a few ideas. I think there have been times when my subconscious was very strong in its method to get my attention.
You could get your cholesterol checked. You could look for eating habits that are considered healthy. I think the Mediterranean diet had empirical support.
Could it have been the results of Asclepius? Maybe. The subconscious seems to be strange in how it works. At least, I think some of its ways are strange.

I am curious, what’s been holding up Q Automation? I’ve heard about this for sometime and it seems it’s becoming a bigger and bigger block for the other projects that SC has planned. I would imagine they would prioritize Q Automation!
