Two issues:

We have identified an issue where people aren’t receiving the e-mail containing the link to their custom and we’re working to resolve it. It’s not on our end – the service we use to generate emails, SendGrid, has ended up on the various lists that your email provider uses to block spam.

We’ve already contacted SendGrid and they’re working on the issue. In the meantime, I’m going to manually send out the emails as the orders are complete.

Second issue: Please, everyone – send your order number when you PM us for support. If you don’t, it’ll hold up your support request.

Just a note: I understand everyone’s anxious to get their orders after purchasing, but please refrain from sending multiple support messages until the order is actually five days late. Thanks!

The Q site is currently down for upgrading. We’re connecting the site to the final Q platform in preparation for full automation.

The store is back open. The design has changed and it’s a bit more clean / barebones, but we’ll be updating it over the next few weeks. Even though it looks different, functionality is still the same. The update was necessary in order for us to install the NOP (new order process) that will connect to the Q-software and allow for full automation. Once full automation is done, we can move toward name embedded major subs.

Q-Enterprise (the official production Q server) is now live and updated with the latest version of Q. It’s a pretty powerful custom built server, running on a AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X processor (32 cores). Starting later this week (as we migrate all of our internal systems to the new machine), delivery times will be GREATLY decreased for two reasons:

First, the new version of Q is capable of utilizing the Threadripper’s multiple cores and processing threads (can’t quite maximize them yet, but we’ll get there), meaning our processing power has increased exponentially.

Second, for those who don’t know, right now there’s a human element in the custom creation process. Q-Engineer has to monitor the whole process, as well as make corrections when the system glitches out. The new version of Q contains a number of tools and settings to make their job MUCH easier.

In the next update, we’ll be adding the ability for Q to create Ultimas (yes, that means we’ll be able to add Ultima builds to the Q-store), maximizing the multicore functionality and soon after, finishing the “full automation” feature.

Ultima will be coming to the Q store within the next week or two. We’re still testing everything, so the plans may change, but right now, Ultima customs will be limited to 3-6 modules. While there’s emerging evidence that Ultimas can cause deep, deep change, custom Ultimas should still be used as a booster. For example, if you have a wealth-based custom, your custom Ultima could contain productivity, wealth and business boosting modules. Right now, you won’t be able to add Cores to Ultima customs for a number of reasons, the main being that they’re simply too large. More details to come.

The first ZP customs have gone out! Very eager to see people’s results. We will be updating the guidance in a bit, recommending that everyone starts with 5 minutes of exposure to check your tolerance to the title, especially those who upgraded to ZP Terminus Squared.

What’s the difference between True Sell Core and True Sell the module? The core has been expanded upon significantly – all of the module’s scripting has been been enhanced, made more potent and goes into much deeper depth. There have been particular improvements in regards to using True Sell in romance stacks / situations and sociability as a whole. It’s a much more versatile tool, but if you are running a “sales” custom that does well for you now, you may not want to rush an upgrade, which could throw off your current balance. Instead, try the major title version of True Sell and see how it affects you.

If you don’t own the module and you’re not running a sales stack, try the major title version in your romance, persuasion, career stacks, etc. before creating a custom with it.

Delivery Times: Express service suspended. Orders backlogged. 3-6 business days for delivery due to internet connectivity issues. Anticipated resolution date: 7.1.23

We are currently experiencing extremely high load mixed with a widespread internet connectivity issue (the entire area is having outages and very low speeds), and we are quite backlogged. We believe this will be resolved within the next few days. Customs are still being delivered, but it may take the entire 3-5 day waiting period, or an additional day after that.

As such, the express service is currently suspended. Please remain patient as we are working pretty much around the clock to get everything out.
