Gratitude Embodiment:

This one has been really great so far. Started off with small things, being grateful for the little family I’m building, appreciating things while out in nature, etc.

The past week I’ve been going through the heaviest recon I’ve had in a long time, and a lot of challenges emotionally as well as externally. It was a lot to deal with, but then took a moment this morning to express gratitude for the challenges that are unfolding, as while they have been difficult, they’ve also brought awarness to areas of my life I didn’t know I needed to work on, this was a very powerful reframe for me and a much more empowering ways of looking at the same situation.

I used fearsome a total of over 1 year and a half across many customs and techs I tried many many times to “not have people fear me” by acting in a completely logical and cool way, it didn’t work, some people will fear you, because they don’t like you. Honestly I’m not sure, maybe the question is does the module make you appear more approachable or make you feel more approachable? Maybe the former.

I seem to be getting a hold on this “recon” that comes up. The stuff where oh I wish I had friends. But it seems to be my procrastination. My history of friends isn’t that we were working on goals or making progress. It was more we were just, now that I’m older I see it as just wasting time. Nothing wrong with that. It’s just that now as I sit down about to workout and instead of just getting to it, the oh I wish I had friends come up. Well if I had friends I probably wouldn’t be working out or being productive. So to me it seems to be a distraction program.

I have eye of the storm, foundation, and the merger of worlds modules in my lbfh/drld custom. I think that’s letting me see this habit and then it helps me transmute it with action from DRLD.

Also solitude module works in there to get me back on track without friends. Come to think of it, this is probably a recon/healing from Solitude Module as well.
