We are engaged in this cycle ceaselessly.
Do it with awareness. Be aware of your relationship to energy in your daily life and seek to improve and optimize it. Breathwork, qigong, pranayama would be some formal ways. Setting boundaries in relationships. Organizing your living and working space would be environmental ways. Paying attention to how interactions, foods, physical spaces, behaviors, and activities impact your energy. What renews you? What depletes you? What unsettles you? What inspires you?
And so on.
It’s a concern to all living things. Fusion Optimized should enhance your ability to make good judgments, good observations, good choices in relation to energy in your life. It will probably expand and strengthen how you effectively process, store, and express energy. Any conscious or unconscious actions related to this should be relevant.
Every level of us has its own energetic features; from mitochondria that energize our cells, to the beliefs, values, and principles that energize our life purpose. It’s all energy. Just need to recognize it.
