Q Custom delivery timing?

Hi everyone,

I was curious what type of delivery timing was everyone experiencing with their Q Custom orders? I submitted an order on 2/19, but it’s remained in the “Processing” stage the entire time.

The instructions state that orders are completed in 3-5 business days, and I’m a little bit beyond that at this point. It’s not urgent, but since the order status hasn’t changed in 9 days, I’m just a little concerned. I’m certainly fine with delivery taking longer, as I’m more concerned with the quality of the product than I am with the speed of delivery. I was just hoping to understand what everyone else’s experiences have been, so that I can adjust my expectations accordingly.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We are experiencing very very high demand after the release of R.I.C.H. and the delivery times are indeed a bit extended. Generally, this occurs with any popular launches and we are working on a system to give everyone a heads up. If the order is still marked as processing, that means it’s in the queue.

For peace of mind, post your order number and I’ll verify that there is no issue.

@SaintSovereign - I received my order this morning. Thank you so much for the amazing follow-up. I’m really looking forward to implementing it into my daily routine.

One question: the file was saved with a name in file title. Is that the same name that was used in the recording?

Yes. I built that order manually myself and I see there’s a different name in the name field. Typically, we don’t do this because the name on the account and the name on the order should match, per our policies. I have to ask – is this custom for yourself? Is that really a nickname of yours?

I have the same question. I ordered 2 name embedded with the familiar short version of my name. Instead, I have received them with the name on my account that only my parents used it (to reprimind me), or people in authority.

My friends use the short version or my nick name. All of them are dificult to pronounce for English speakers and that’s why I chose the shoter version.

Yes, the custom is for myself. The name on my account is my legal first name. I use it anytime that I order anything or pay for something with a credit card. It just avoids confusion and keeps it from looking like I’m trying to pay for something with a credit card that isn’t mine.

The name that I put in my custom is the name that I have been called since birth. No one has ever called me by my legal first name, so I doubt that my subconscious would even recognize it.

Is this something that can be corrected?

I have now changed the details in my account to the short version of my name, so in the future this doesn’t happen again and I follow your rules. It shouldn’t affect the payment details as my credit card only has my initial.

I ordered a custom module February 5th 2026, which I haven’t received that says status is complete. I filled out a ticket February 18th and February 24th. I’m hoping someone from the support team reads this post to help resolve this issue. My order number is 203117.
