Progress with Seductress & StarkQ

Thank you for sending in the question about dark circles to customer support.

With in 3 to 5 business days, customer service should send you an answer regarding your dark circles. Since others might have similar questions, either about dark circles specifically or (in general) about physical changes from subliminals, please post the answer here, so we might all benefit from the answer.

Offline journalling is great since you have no filter with yourself. When you have an online journal, you tend to filter toward things that seem more interesting/less trivial. I tend to write things in my offline journal that wouldn’t make sense in my online journal, like say personal issues that are hard to understand. I think it helps to keep both, since you’ll receive feedback on things online. Whereas an offline journal is a conversation with yourself and that’s therapeutic in it’s own way.

Meditation. Sometimes when I meditate, a little smile will slowly appear on my face. It depends on the type of course but it helps. Being grateful on a day to day basis also helps for me.

No idea but I’d say if everything outside of you influences the mental state inside of you, it may be a good idea to not listen to too much “negative” music. Having a time of silence is also good for introspection which you can’t really focus on when you have external stimuli on all the time.

These days I love walking out to the park, nice to see some nature ya know? Haven’t been too consistent in doing it in the morning but I also do Qigong. You could consider doing Yoga or stretching in the mornings instead. Also I see you drink tea, I used to drink green tea every morning. I find that to be a nice way to start off the day too. It keeps you awake and focused.

What would your mind be processing if you weren’t listening to music?

If you had silence, what conversations would you want to have with yourself?

That might be a good point. I don’t like silence. I have been listening to music for such a long time I no longer know what my mind would focus on. I’ll stop listening to music for the next few days and see what it does.

Chaos on paper is better then chaos in head. I think it helps to get it out.

As you re-read the above post, what thoughts do you have?

Do you have Sanguine?

Sounds rough.
Some days it takes me 45 minutes to just leave my bed.

This, I feel I can relate to.

I hope so too. If you don’t have a bloom within 7 days, please revisit this:

As you look back on your journal, where do you have a passive perspective as above thinking of yourself more as an observer waiting to see what happens, versus an engaged active participant in your life and environment intentionally making changes.

A struggle might be worth it. Suffering might also be avoided.

Want to have less unpleasantness? Have Sanguine in your playlist.

I still don’t know if you have Sanguine.

I think you’ll be so changed and successful 6 months from now, you might not recognize who you were one year ago.

PS Congratulations on your offline journaling and your ideas about changing your environment to create new habits.

I do not no.

Thank you for the encouraging words they mean a lot to me.

These are awesome ideas that you’ve expressed.

Now, I need to go back and see what programs you’re running. I can hear the creative power and the growth process of your mind coming through in these ideas that you’re developing and working with.

This is how the subliminals really work. Organically. The natural next-step for your own understanding and creative process. Not forced on you by the programs, but supported and facilitated by them.

[scrolled through]

So, it’s still Seductress and Stark, right?

And you’re now 5 months in?

If so, that would be right on time.

The kinds of innovative, profound perspectives you’re developing in your area seem aligned with Stark.

Like a scavenger hunt?

Thank you for being philosophical.

I have an idea for you. Contact customer support, and see if you can be part of any affiliate program they might have. If you’re going to help bring people here, how about making more money by doing so, Ms. Stark.

Your future evolutions will surprise even you.

Eventually you’ll transcend both the approval and the disapproval.

And who you become will both delight and vex everyone concerned (including you) in equal measure.

Quoted for veracity and delight. A well used Caribbean word.

As long as you feel OK with where you’re going on your own journey, that’s all that matters. Family brought you into life, but they don’t own you. Never did.

not your problem.

Sure, It would be nice with positive feel-good feedback, but getting any external feedback on your improvement is, well, feedback. And feedback is useful.

Understandable that it could be uncomfortable for them that thier you-shaped part of reality is changing, and they have no control over it.
Might take some extra time for them to adapt.

I enjoy reading about your progress, IronClaws. Sounds like things are going well.
The archery thingy, do you use those medevial style bows or the modern ones with wheels and stuff?

I don’t believe in this. I think that it’s very important to have quiet, dopamine-free time to calm the brain and relax the nervous system. If you’re always using music to spike your mood and emotions, you’re depending on a steady stream of inputs to make you feel a certain way.

Just like I wouldn’t agree with netflix all day, I wouldn’t agree with music all day. Music all day is only 5% as bad as netflix all day because you can’t multi-task, but it’s an example in the extreme of how your brain feels when it’s consuming for long periods of time without long periods of rest in between.

This is really common. Unless they are extremely controlling and unable to accept that you can’t be controlled anymore, she’ll get used to it and calm down in a fairly short time.
My wife (this is my interpretation here) who was used to thinking of herself as “above” me flipped out and tried to maintain that position for a while when I started my current program. It took a few months, but she stopped that and our relationship has greatly improved.
