Pride Unbroken & The Worthiness Recalibration (redundant?)

I was wondering if adding Pride Unbroken & The Worthiness Recalibration in one custom would be redundant?

It genuinely feels as though they are working on the same area of struggle but are going about it in very different ways? I do understand that The Worthiness Recalibration is focused on financial issues, but I also am aware that others have used it very effectively for life issues also. I’m working on both so it will stay.

I also know Pride Unbroken is an older module and I just don’t hear that much about it, but it really grabbed my attention and I notice that it is a Focus module, not an Emotional Healing module. Not exactly sure how that differs?

From my experience with both, I believe they seem to point to the same end result, but they each take a different path getting there.

I chose PU because I’ve lived with abandonment wounds my whole life. Having a single module address it? I’m in. I put it in a DR custom years back and I’m unsure how it worked, mostly because I was doing only MWF, so every weekend was a mini washout, which kept my emotions busy. Again, I’m not sure where PU did it’s work, but I felt more stable and strong in life throughout those months.

The Worthiness Calibration hits different roots, but this is the only module which hit me straight on, challenging me pretending I deserved this or deserved that. I put it in a custom a year back, and when it bloomed, I felt relief initially since my pretensions only hurt me directly. I have it in my Ascension custom and I’m starting it Monday.

Again, both address different roots, but the outcome will feel similar. Redundancy is not the issue on the table. This issue I really sense is … what are you afraid of?

Healing these core beliefs takes tremendous courage, and it took me almost two years before I was ready for Phoenix. No shame in sensing fears rising.

I may have hit you hard. But truth is a SOB, especially when I’m trying to avoid it.

Take your time. Be gentle with yourself. You’re worth it.

What an incredible break down. Thank you.

If it’s not a Synergy module, it is a Focus module. Or we can say that a Synergy module has a synergetic mix of Focus modules.

After creating the Synergy module pack, Fire changed the Category of many non-Synergy modules to Focus instead of Emotional Healing, Status, Wealth, etc until many of us asked him to keep the Category the way it used to be. I think Fire had a good reasoning for this but am glad he heard our request to keep the Category in its original form (showing Status, Social, etc).

But of course the modules that are now showing Focus in the Category section haven’t been put back to the original way they were so we are stuck with them for now lol.

I’m going to sit on this and think about what you just said. My immediate response, and what I was wanting to work on is healing self-sabotage, and that’s true. However poignantly asking “what are you afraid of?” is striking a very interesting nerve and I don’t have an answer to that. I’ve never asked myself that question.

It’s a feeling. An unresolved one that goes way back and I can’t put a finger on it. I’m very curious now and I will answer this after I figure this out because this is important.

Funny thing is, I’ve been through a ton. I’ve even died and returned (I hate the term “near-death experience” because it’s a death experience. You just come back). I face things head on. I like to think I’m not afraid of anything. Hell, I’ve even had a gun pulled on me and I told the dude to go f* himself and then disarmed him.

But asking “what are you afraid of?” well, something’s there. And I don’t have an answer.

Thank you @Lion. I realized that Pride Unbroken is actually listed a Status module. How do Status modules work differently than an emotionally healing module?

Thank you very much @subliminalguy. I actually figured this feeling out and this is very core. When feelings like this come up, which isn’t that common these days, I ask “when did I feel like this last?”.

I do have a long history of abandonment, but some of it is just life, not really abandonment. People move. You move and lose friends. As you get older people die. I experienced the death of a loved one when I was quite young. And then right afterwards my family moved me to a completely different State.

Then a month later my Mom and her family kicked out my father and then she divorced him. Then a month later my Mom went to work and I never really saw her for almost a year. I had to make new friends at school obviously, so I “lost my old friends”. All of this in just a few months. I didn’t have a sibling to talk to, to try and figure things out. I was an only child until I was 12.

Jump forward to today. I lost the love of my life instantly due to a drunk driver (the other person, not my partner) a couple years ago. My best friend has stage 4 cancer. I think the one that’s kind of hitting home is a close friend of mine just lost her mother. My Mom is knocking on the door of being 80. Deep down, I have that same feeling I had when I was a little boy and everything hit at once.

I’m not afraid of being alone. Hell, I did just fine. But I don’t like the abandonment. Really, a lot of it is perceived abandonment, and I know it. But it’s coming from those feelings as a little boy that just never got healed. I survived and moved on and even thrived at times.

But I don’t like the feeling of perceived abandonment. That’s the fear. That’s what I’m afraid of. l don’t want to feel the unresolved fear of abandonment I had as a little boy during that time.

Status modules raise your status. It is possible that Pride Unbroken focuses on the positive aspects of your pride which helps you feel more self-esteem znd worthy. Which in turn increases status.

Sometimes emotional healing isn’t necessary. Or we prefer to simply focus on another method of improving ourselves instead of emotional healing.

Or maybe we have done enough emotional healing and now want to focus on another path like status.

So essentially changing your focus of something and looking at it in a different way?

Yes. We have many negative associations wifh pride. But pride can also be a positive attribute if taken in the right spirit. To build ourselves rather than feeling better than others. Taking pride in our journey and our achievements sp far rather than beating ourselves up constantly for our failures.

Thank you very much Lion. It’s very interesting as I dig deeper into my life with these subs. Money is like that also and I find the connection of general financial wealth and worthiness as an individual is so intertwined.

It actually boggles my mind because it seems so simple on the surface, but it’s very complex. But so is the human experience. LOL.

I just saw something.

The Worthiness Calibration, for me, reminds me of things I’ve had and lost. I say I don’t feel worthy… but the truth is that I’m afraid I’ll feel small and helpless again…if I lose them.

I have a few possessions in my life right now which I paid good money for. But I’ve never used them.

The logic? If I don’t own it or take active possession of them, then…I can avoid the feeling of that old pain if it’s lost.

That’s my truth.

I just love people on here man. It’s such a positive, open, and healing space. It’s very powerful. I’ve been open too, but I want to thank you for your openous and friendly interactions we’ve had.

Would any of those be a Ferrari? Man, I’ve seen so many older Ferrari’s with so few miles.

Well, one could lead to that, but I’m not a real car guy. One of the things I have and have never used is a trading software that earns 1.75% per day, all on autopilot. I don’t do anything but just let it work. Over 5 years back, I was scrambling online, seeking to find easy ways to make money, and I came across this guy. He’s been creating this stuff for years, making money hand over fist, but… but nothing. I’ve done absolutely nothing with it so far. I keep thinking when this happens, or when that happens, or when I have enough money to throw in, I’ll do it.

But the truth is that I’m afraid of feeling alone and scared again, of remembering losing my brother.

That is the core wound. That is my holdup in most of my life’s choices.

To where, honestly, I’m considering rebuilding my Phoenix custom to include pride unbroken.

Wow. That’s powerful.

After this conversation it’s become obvious to me, my feelings were correct in being drawn to Pride Unbroken. I also know this will be a custom I’ll run for a couple of years. This stuff needs to heal. It’s more of a core than I was expecting.

Thank you @subliminalguy .

Intuitions, especially for choosing subliminal titles (and customs) are usually correct. I think that’s why most people have a hunch 9n what to run and their curiosity is piqued on that particular title/modules.

Something in us genuinely calls out to us regarding that and it is our subconcious talking.

I absolutely agree with you. I’ve only been running these subs for less than a year (Nov 21 will be one year) but I’ve responded to them very well and it has helped to clear my mind to actually listen to my gut instincts instead of writing things off as coincidence.

I’m currently running PEACE name embedded, along with RICH Trader name embedded. PEACE continues to blow my mind. Subtle but relentless in tearing down my old constructs and ways of thinking.

Thank you also @Lion . I greatly appreciate your help, not just this time, but you’ve helped with other questions also. I just want to let you know, I don’t take your knowledge and help for granted. I sincerely appreciate you.

There is a very big difference between being prideful and being proud.

Just the dictionary definitions highlight that difference very well:

Prideful: Having an excessively high opinion of oneself

Proud: Feeling deep pleasure or satisfaction as a result of one’s own achievements, qualities, or possessions or those of someone with whom one is closely associated.

For me the important distinction comes in not comparing. If you are very inteligent and completed an intelectual task very well you can be proud of your work well done. Being prideful will tell you that you are more inteligent than others and you shouldn’t listen to “lesser” opinions. (extreme example)

I very muxh agree with you, @Philemon.

@Forexpreneur - i appreciate your presence on this forum since you always approach things with an open mind and gratefulness. You also reflect on your thoughts and actions (similar to @subliminalguy) and come out from that with wisdom.

And since journaling is part of the trifecta of success at SC (the trifecta being Subliminal Listening + Action + Journaling), am sure this will help you go far.
