i start from 30 and slowly increase it from there nowadays

For my regular stack, I aim for 15 minutes. But whenever I have the impression it’s enough, I stop immediately.
And I add some 10-25 seconds of SE sometimes (to reduce recon??). But that’s experimental. It just feels right.

I’m doing 7, 5 and sometimes 3. It’s been a while since I’ve done a full 15 min loop, but I’ll try it again when it feels right for me.

Most have realized any more than 5 minutes has too much recon as noted long ago.

I do 15 minute loops but I am open to doing shorter loops soon.

Currently I do 30s and 1 minute. WB still really pushes it and I cant get past 30s yet.

I haven’t run 15 minutes since the early days of ZP. When I look back on that it’s a wonder I functioned at all

For those of you running 15 minutes. Prior to subs, how was your life? Relatively ok but just needed improvement? Or could it be a bit dysfunctional?

weird enough ,when I do micro loop…I experience constant recon……the whole 15 mins makes it easier to execute the scripts….

My standard listening is 3-5 minutes

Then sometimes on my rest days I’ll listen to 30 seconds

This helps because I only have Listening Days with subs 2-3x per week

I do 17 minutes. 2 minutes silence for those who don’t get the joke.

I always do full loops

For me even 5 minutes of my new custom WB + SS (14 spots) gave me a slight worsen sleep

There is not really a logical pattern for me to all of this loop business

Sometimes 3 min give me horrible recon other times 15 min is all fine

Same program

I hope in the future they just reduce it to one file you should actually finish because of all this unnecessary confusion and complication it is causing, to be honest, I can’t really make sense of it myself…

These questions just keep coming a variety of different ways lol

I’ve settled on a do 15 mins one day. then for the next two listening days it’s 30 seconds. and just repeat that for the whole cycle. So I get the best of both worlds. Minimal recon so far.

I do 3 minutes. I plan to increase it to 5 minutes sooner or later. 15 minutes seems a little too much for me, though I haven’t tested it recently.

My partner started with 3 minutes for 1 or 2 cycles and intuitively increased it to 5 minutes. 5 minutes seems to work better for her than 3, from my perspective.

My friend started with 3 minutes but felt heavy recon in the form of dreams. She had really fast results though. I suspect she’s a high-flow factor individual. I suggested to her to decrease it to less than 3 minutes and/or increase the number of rest days.

i feel like that too sometimes. i have only run 15m of HeO twice in 2 cycles. every time i do it, it always feels really smooth & resolved most of the recons than just microlooping.

I think a combination of normal looping & microlooping is the best for me.

It would be nice to have one unified listening amount, but lets be honest that would mean they’d have to factor in so many variables. People are just too different. If they could I’d be really impressed.

Three minutes. I start getting productivity disrupting recon after that.

Against all common sense I decided to go back to 15 minutes for the last week of my 3-sub stack. Now I’m in washout trying to sleep off the hangover! :joy:

Creation is infinite, all things are possible, and only a mind who can grasp this can draw the necessary inspiration and manifest the needed creativity within himself to bring about such innovations.

The mind is like a receiving station, even nikola tesla said this. If you open yourself to certain possibilities it can begin to receive ideas from the cosmos…

All things in there own time will find there way, but we all know it is headed this direction sooner or later
