PLEASE READ: Q-Store Express Service, etc

The checkout process for the Q-Store is glitching a bit and will probably require a complete overhaul. This required us to turn off the express service, as the form wasn’t charging for it properly. We’ve reconfigured Q to now look for the following item on your order:

Simply checkout with this item in your cart ($75) and it’ll be added into the express queue. Further updates will be posted here.

@AnswerGroup I ordered a custom for standard delivery time back on Friday…pertaining to Order #2027835

Will this glitch affect delivery times for all recent custom subliminal orders?…just so i know what to expect.

It does not. The website wasn’t charging for express orders, so they weren’t being placed in the express queue.

@SaintSovereign and @Fire I got a custom with express service last night and it’s been over 24 hours now and I still haven’t received it. Is there something else I need to add to my cart for it?

Haven’t received the custom with the express yet, I think it was supposed to reach me last night (cording to standard express service), but nothing yet

If u dont get the express delivery within the timeframe, it will automatically get put into the regular queue and the express costs will be refunded

@SaintSovereign and @Fire i got the email that the order is complete but I got no custom. Could you check if it got delivered please?

EDIT: #2027853 just landed.

One of our service providers are experiencing an Internet outage and causing the orders to timeout during processing. We’re running on full speed all day to get them out.

Made on Jun 13th, still not filled

We’re trying to push them out as fast as we can. This time, the issue is legitimately not our fault. One of the services we use are having issues with connectivity on their side and we keep getting timeouts. I’m literally sitting in front of one of the Q machines trying to push them through over and over. Some of them manage to get through. I’ll be here all day doing this.

Again, sincerest apologies for the delay. It’s very rare that we get this far behind with customs.

The service provider has assured us that functionality will be restored tomorrow or Friday, and we are still rushing to get the orders out. Once this is completed, those with late orders can contact support and we’ll make things right.

@SaintSovereign for those who ordered their custom on Monday. Should we expect the order to be delivered today or tomorrow?
