@SaintSovereign don’t want to disturb you but it’s almost midnight I’m wondering if my custom is in the top queue to see if I should stay up the night and wait till it arrives or if I should go to sleep and wait till tomorrow.
Perhaps those with late get a coupon for next order’ for technical difficulties
@SaintSovereign it’s been almost 4 days since I ordered my custom with express service. Should I expect it to be delivered today?
At this point, based on what @SaintSovereign has said, no one knows when it will be. It might be in 5 minutes. It might be a few more days. There is apparently a computer malfunction.
So when might this computer malfunction be resolved @Plutus, and when will you get your custom? No one knows. That is your answer starting since when the malfunction began, and this is the same answer that continues until you get the custom link in your email, and until the malfunction is resolved.

I agree RV. I will be completely honest as you noticed I’m naturally a impatient person about things I love.
I do appreciate the hard work and dedication Saint is doing to make it go through ASAP so I will be more patient and wait.
We’re trying. It’s completely out of our hands. We now have four Q machines primed and ready to go, including the new Threadripper powered box. As soon as the service is restored on their end, we’ll start pumping them out full speed. I’ve been calling their support non-stop, and they assured me that they are moving as fast as possible. They actually asked us not to keep trying to send things through because it’s slowing things down, but I’m doing it anyway.
It’s an Internet connectivity + API issue on their end. Not just affecting us, no one who uses their services can connect.
I’m just as frustrated as you all, as we can’t create test and research builds either.
