@SaintSovereign : Now that real names on accounts are going to be mandatory. Can you talk about data privacy a little bit? Who has access to that information? How secure is it? And it is ever going to be used in the future for anything else than Sub Club E-Commerce purposes? By the way, is it just for the Q store or will even the forum accounts have to show real names?
I know a lot of people here highly value their privacy.
I second this…
I’d like to toss one more variant of “names in different languages” in the ring: There are names that are spelled the same but pronounced differently in different languages (I’ve got one of those). So some preview and option to adjust the pronunciation would be great.
Is this the one whose name started with “H?” lol
We’ve spoken about this before. Only @Fire and myself have admin access, and I don’t ever look at any information like that unless specifically requested by support or a customer for support purposes. And admin access is locked by 2FA to specific cell phones. What I mean by this is, I can’t even login to the website unless I’m using a specific cell phone just for that purpose, which is annoying af at times because I’m notorious for not charging my phones, but eh.
First, c’mon – there’s absolutely no reason for forum accounts to have real names. Right now, if we suspect that you’re using an alt account, we simply impose a temporary suspension until you give us an order number, which @Fire usually verifies.
Next, as you already see, we barely send any promotional emails. Only when new titles and modules come out, and sometimes we don’t even do that. Even when we do, you can notice that we don’t use any name tags or anything, so the only use for a real name is the name embedding. We engage in very little marketing, as we prefer slow organic growth through word of mouth and the customer forum.
Support doesn’t even have access to your information unless they specifically have to look up an order. Without an order number, there’s nothing they can do, and even when they login, much of the information is restricted to the contents of the order, considering the only time they login is to offer refunds or figure out why a custom wasn’t delivered, etc.
It’s why we never unified the logins between the Q Store, the Main Store and Support. It also slows support down significantly, but since we know privacy is a major concern, it’s just the nature of the situation.
We also don’t store any kind of payment information on our side. When you enter your credit card, it’s processed in real time via Stripe, similar to swiping a card at a store. Now, Stripe (and every other merchant account) does store information, and there’s nothing we can really do about that.
We’ve openly stated that the files Q generates have a unique digital watermark associated with the order, and that’s to prevent people from creating customs and the such and trying to resell them (happens more than you think), but the Q software doesn’t retain any personal information, just the order number associated with the watermark.
Simply put, we just don’t collect that much information and that won’t change much. We just want the ability for the automated system to reject / flag an order for manual review based upon a name match.
This is a given. You’ll be able to enter the name phonetically to get it right.
Nah, that’s not happening, lol. Not until we can set up some system of control. We’ve been discussing all day why this is necessary.
You’ll be able to spell it phonetically and hear it played back. Fairly easy to handle this. We will consider the point about the barrier of entry, but from our viewpoint right now: this might be a good thing. I’m less worried about the number of new customers and more worried about the satisfaction of existing ones.
Like, someone left is a negative review once because of the length of the instruction manual, as if providing more information is a bad thing. We don’t really want those customers, as we take these products and their development seriously.
It’s an imperfect idea and system right now, hence why we’re having this open discussion, but I’m sure some compromise could be made.
I very much disagree with this. For me, the emphasis on the short term is exactly how one creates bad products. I’m very much a “long-term” type of entrepreneur, and the fact that we still consider Zero Point “early access” (in a manner of speaking) indicates that. Zero Point Union will be considered the first version designed to “go wide.”
Also, note –
We may be developing the framework for this, but it won’t go live until it’s perfect, which may take QUITE some time. I’d imagine this wouldn’t go live in any state until all the current titles have been updated.
And again, we are open to other ideas on how to achieve the goals discussed earlier today. Let’s keep this discussion going, I love this collaborative vibe. No concern is too small or seemingly unimportant. I think we can all pull off something incredible.
You have my support if this is the ethos moving forward.
I just ask that you guys improve the strength, buff the scripting heavily, and raise the prices by 3X to 4X, and start working on skill based titles…
Then I’ll be spending way more money here

Lol yes!
@SaintSovereign feel free to reach out to me if you need testers for the new Khan Black 2 and Khan 2.
@Fire can you enhance the aura in Khan black 2 for stage 1 thanks
Thanks in advance.
Note: I’ve added “open discussion” to the title of the thread to reflect our current thoughts on the situation. We’re listening to all concerns regarding any upcoming changes.
Again, no concern is too small or trivial. No idea too far-fetched. If you have them, let’s hear them.
I have a unique question regarding ‘Name Embedding.’ I’ve always been known as ‘Junior,’ a name to which my subconscious strongly responds. However, I discovered that I have a legal name due to having different fathers, a name I’ve never used. Is it necessary for me to use my full legal name, or can I use ‘Junior’ for the name Embedding?
I don’t know if this is far out of left field, so forgive me if it’s not on topic. But a while back I think it was mentioned something with AI was being integrated with the forum? Or maybe I imagined it lol.
So I’ll preface this by saying I don’t want people putting faith in something other than their own guidance. However I think growth moves in cyclical patterns at times dependent on individual makeup, patterns that begin subconsciously and can present blindspots. A lot of people journal on here and you can go back and read your journals, but it’s still biased if the current headspace you’re in effectively shields you from seeing those patterns that need work. Whether that’s insecurity, lack of knowledge, or lack of confidence.
There’s so much good information in journals personally for every individual user. I think using some kind of AI to analyze journal entries and make suggestions on either modules or major titles that would benefit the user would help a lot. It could be opt in for those that don’t want to have their personal info touched.
Without getting anymore long winded on my proposal. It’s really about utilizing tools to enhance their own intuitive process and decision making. Not “you need to run this title” more like “have you considered this?” I know this is like a can of worms a bit, but since we’re moving towards focus on more stable individuals I would think most of them understand the value of information and how to utilize it to make better decisions.
That’s amazing to hear …would definitely like upgrades to the following over time :
SMX
ROTNW
PN
@SaintSovereign it is mentioned that the non name-embeded majors will dissappear from our accounts. Will there be some way to buy the name-embeded upgrade for a lowered price if you already own the sub?
First I heard of that, where was this mentioned?
Reading it back its possible i may just have misinterpreted something. Im tired and its been some very busy weeks.
@SaintSovereign > I’ve been curious about one aspect of the spoken scripts. Do they all use the same accent, or is that varied between subs? Could this affect subconscious reactions? For example, might scripts in American English resonate more with Americans, UK English with the Brits, and Australian English with Aussies?
Or is it akin to a coach’s motivational speech? If the accent is clear, it should not affect how receptive the subconscious is?
