I’m not Saint, but when I read a complex book, it takes me time to really get the meaning of what it says, and even more so if I don’t take the time to stop and think about what the last few pages I read meant.
and the more complex and deep the work, the more time it may take me to integrate.
To understand what it says.
and it may take even more time if understanding it fully require experiencing what it tells me about in real life.
Some books may take me months to get through, not because I read slowly, but because I try to really get what they tell me about page by page, or chapter by chapter, and apply it in real life.
if these subs are like complex skill audiobooks for the subconscious, I can understand advising to only “read” a couple “pages” at first and increase slowly as we come to understand the concepts presented by it.
Still I’m just a user Saint will likely be able to give a more complete response than that.

He said the whole content was contained in smaller parts, kinda like a fractal, just that the start of the script contained the more basic concepts and the back the more complex ones that built on these concepts.
idk if that changed, but that might be a clue as to how even a few seconds can give results, since these few seconds may cover most if not all the features

Ironically the post you mentioned was him replying to me. I really appreciate your analogy there. That I understand and accept more than I can express here.
