PLEASE READ: New Instruction Manual

Nope, I got Khan, RotNW, and WDB,
On Khan recon was like being very tired and being a bit manic as well, but more like in a Khan way? Being way more perverted and horny, taking people by the shoulders while laughing, needing to socialize more, wanting/needing to F***K and laugh with my pals around a pint

though I was also more angry on the road too, true

Also, do my dishes, clean my home, sort my admin, dance, etc… just a need to do something and lots of fatigue

Think of it similarly to a progressive learning process with gradually increasing challenge.

Juggling 3 objects, then 4, then 5, then 6.

Each phase of learning contributes to the next level of difficulty.

If you’ve just barely mastered 3 objects and then you immediately jump up to 4, it’s not going to work. So you go back to strengthen, solidify, and consolidate the previous difficulty level.

One big reason it helps is that the skill of juggling 3 objects is contained within the skill of juggling 4 objects. The less you need to struggle and think about the 3, the easier it is to add in one more object.

The above is a metaphor. It does not apply perfectly or completely to the process of integrating/applying the subliminals; but it does address your question reasonably well.

I’ve read through the instruction manual but didn’t see anything about switching titles. Is there a recommended way to switch your subs? Can I switch a stack after a 5-8 day washout with 30 day listening guide?

@AnswerGroup Do I HAVE to do the alternate pattern with 3 titles, or can I reduce exposure to one title and increase it for other ones, like this?

Day 1 - Title 1 and 2
Day 3 - Title 1 and 2
Day 5 - Title 3
Day 7 - Title 1 and 2
Day 9 - Title 1 and 2
Day 11 - Title 3

something like that

Yes, you can do this because it’s within the maximum recommended exposure threshold.

But this listening schedule is still experimental. This means that, like all experimental approaches (ideally):

  1. it should be a response to your actual experience with the Titles in question; and
  2. you should pay special attention to your patterns of both Results Development and Reconciliation and adjust accordingly.

Just feels like life to me. Sometimes tired, sometimes irritability, sometimes doubt. I just reflect and pinpoint the issues.

I get this as well. And not being able to Do The Thing makes me cranky :grimacing:
But even a small action that feels like progress (like watching a training video for example) quickly alleviates this.

I can see now why microloops is a must!

Hi guys, it’s been a while.
Just found out that new instruction manual came out. However, I couldn’t find information on stack rotation.

What would be the official guide on stack rotation with the new instruction? I was going to ask the support, but for some reason, it won’t let me log in or have it reset my password…

Anyway, thank you for your help in advance.

Good catch. We will add this to the instruction manual. Right now, you can see the article here:

EDIT: You would follow the same schedule, just within the washout periods for ZPU. When you washout (recommendation is that you run at least 2 cycles of a title before rotating it out), you can rotate a title in / out.

Also, we’re looking into this.

Does 12 days of non-exposure still apply to ZPU?

No, just adapt everything in that article into ZPU standards, according to the instruction manual. We’ll rewrite it soon.

4 months?
Honestly, that time range makes the most sense from my experience so far.

Hi @SaintSovereign,

Thank you for your reply, but I’m not sure I understand the instruction.

You would follow the same schedule, just within the washout periods for ZPU.

Does this mean I follow the new instruction’s schedule (30 days of listening days, or approximately 60 calendar days as mentioned in the new instruction), or follow the 21 day cycle as mentioned in the old Zero Point Stack Rotation instruction (following the link you provided)?

Also, if the instruction is to follow the 21 day cycle, do we only count the listening days as mentioned in the new instruction manual, or do we also count rest days when counting the 21 day cycle?

For example, let’s say the schedule was

day 1: listen
day 2: rest
day 3: listen

If we were to follow the new instruction manual’s counting method, it would count as only 2 days, but if we were to also include rest days, it would be 3 days.

Which is correct? 2 days? 3 days?
