Ayye.

Dope
- Let’s say I’m running 2 titles at 3 minutes, built up as per new instructions. If I want to add a third title, do I need to restart all of the subs to 15s, or would I be running my 2 titles still at 3min but the third title at 15s?
- If keep current titles at 3min and use 3rd title at 15s, do I need to focus on only increasing exposure to third title to get it on the level of other 2 subs, or can I just increase duration simultaneously?
"Progression Pattern:
This pattern of increasing exposure over time should follow this progression:
15s → 30s → 1m → 3m → 7m → 12m → 15m (full loop)
By this, we mean that as you slowly increase your exposure, noting at which exposure tier reconciliation occurs and staying at that listening exposure until reconciliation is no longer discernible during a rest day, you would increase exposure to the next interval."
Vs.
“If you encounter reconciliation during your rest day: Continue to listen at your current interval on each listening day until no reconciliation, or very little reconciliation is observable on the rest day.”
And
"Example Schedule:
Let us illustrate a potential situation of how this could look:
Day 1: Listening (15 seconds)
Day 2: No reconciliation discernible.
Day 3: Listening (30 seconds)
Day 4: No reconciliation discernible.
Day 5: Listening (1 minute)
Day 6: No reconciliation discernible.
Day 7: Listening (3 minutes)
Day 8: Experienced reconciliation.
Day 9: Listening (1 minute*)
What has occurred here: On Day 7, the jump from 1 minute to 3 minutes triggered the reconciliation process. Here, the user would return back to a single minute until the following rest day is clear enough to proceed."
@SaintSovereign I am unsure of exactly what to do once I hit reconciliation. In one paragraph you say to stay at the loop length until recon is no longer discernible then in the example you say to drop back to previous loop length.
If Ive made it to 1 min loops and then I try 3 min and get recon, am I supposed to listen to 3 min again on next listening day and continue on in sequence until ive overcome recon? Or reduce to 1 min until reconciliation clears and then attempt 3 mins until its overcome?
I guess my question is, how would continuing at 1 min help me achieve 3 mins? I get that I could go to 1:30 or 2 mins but the instructions (to me) seem unclear in this context. I could just be tired
Also would vivid dreams count as reconciliation and a sign to stay at the same listening time or if thats the only symptons can i move up?
I don’t really think vivid dreams are a sign of reconciliation.
I like to think of it as a door through which the conscious mind can closely interact with the subconscious.
The vivid dreams are contextual and sometimes literal insight to what is being processed.
In summary, I see them as a sign of processing.
With multistagers, let’s say I built up to 3min of ST1. With further stages, am I supposed to not go over 3min as well? I remember it was a thing in the past but can’t find posts explaining it
Dreams are a sign of processing, not necessarily reconciliation. And going forward, we don’t count them as a result – only a sign that you’re processing and working through the script.
When you start a new stage, consider it a new title and work from the beginning. The new four stagers are based around that concept. Each stage is essentially it’s own title that’s thematically linked to the others.
I will clarify this shortly in the instructions. If you recon at 3 minutes, you can do any time under 3 minutes. Just don’t do 2 minutes and 59 seconds and then say you “went down.” I’d say going down in 30s increments would work.
Continuing at 1 minute means you will mastered the scripting and tools there – or at least integrated them to the point where recon is essentially negated or easily dealt with. Remember, this is all about recon management and progressive understanding of the script.
what about older four stagers - Khan, Khan Black, etc? - which are supposed to be run in sequence
Do we follow the progressive micro loop strategy for non-ZPU customs as well when we’re stacking them with a major ZPU title?
Also not all recon is the same.
If the recon is minor and doesn’t really stop you from going after your goals, I’d simply keep the listening time.
But once you get cranky or strong headache it’s a good indicator to reduce listening time.
What’s your opinion @SaintSovereign ?
Just wondering what does recon feel like for you guys? I dont really feel anything just my results stopping then coming back when i reduce listening time
apathy and low motivation for anything. The only thing I’m capable of doing is watching cheap meaningless entertainment
So depending on the title.
On titles with a masculine edge, like Emperor or Ascension it’s often irritability.
On KB1 it’s physical like sweating and heat attacks, also a stronger lust for PMO since it’s working on that subject.
On all titles, if I overexpose, headaches.
To me, it feels like a huge need to do something related to the title. a burning rush of energy that need to be put to work. Along with so much brain activity and tiredness.
so when I was on WDB recon, I was exhausted, but still felt the urge to go out, socialize more than usual, workout more than usual, groom myself more than usual, install dating apps, etc… Even though I was tired af.
Edit:
Well this explains that lmaoo
I guess anon15812918 was right after all that I do have an adaptive scripting sub in my stack
wish I had that type of recon haha. I had something similar on C&C, which was the only title with adaptive scripting that I used
do you have any such titles or modules in your stack?
Nope, I got Khan, RotNW, and WDB,
On Khan recon was like being very tired and being a bit manic as well, but more like in a Khan way? Being way more perverted and horny, taking people by the shoulders while laughing, needing to socialize more, wanting/needing to F***K and laugh with my pals around a pint
though I was also more angry on the road too, true
Also, do my dishes, clean my home, sort my admin, dance, etc… just a need to do something and lots of fatigue
