We very much apologize for the inconvenience, but we are actively working toward clearing the queue. We obviously underestimated the amount of orders we’d receive from the release of Alchemist: Singularity and Mind’s Eye and it was a mistake on our part to release them right before a major holiday, given that pretty much everyone requested time off.
Rest assured, however that @Fire and I are working non-stop to clear the backlog, as I am building the customs myself – and some of you may have already received yours. Please give us a day or two to get everything back to normal.
